Recently Dr. Tom Cowan related how when Goethe arose in the morning he would put ice water on his face five times. Tom also spoke of walking in the snow or morning dew barefoot for 2 minutes. The third thing he mentioned was sitting with eyes closed looking toward the sun for 10 minutes or so. All good natural ways to connect with earth’s frequencies.

I discovered Wim Hof just before the lockdowns. I've done the cold shower thing ever since (along with the breathing) I agree with you--it gives you back something essential, some kind of physical confidence. I've never been particularly sickly, but I've been injured severely more times than I care to remember (former pro dancer). That can erode your physical confidence too. I'm definitely a fan of cold water. (I also read that taoist sages would do this too--go stand in an icy waterfall at dawn every day. I live in the desert, so not many icy waterfalls here, or maybe I'd try it!)

After watching Wim, I jumped in our ice cold pool and swam twice! We are also lying on the grass naked for 15 to 30 minutes daily, in full sun. Check out the Grounding documentary, and this; https://www.brasscheck.com/video/your-heart-is-not-a-pump-and-other-realities/

This follows Pollack´s work on EZ water, or structured water. So much of our healthy functioning is due to subtle electricity. Yes, that includes touch, love, pets, and prayer. Zoom, girl. My prayers are with you.

I dont think health requires such an extreme tactics.. my parents lived well into their 90s without sickness and with much energy UNTIL the docs convinced them to start meds to prevent this and that- flu shots etc. they are killing off the oldest who remember life before meds and shots.

This is lovely and really informative, Celia. Thank you. I am so glad it has worked for you as well. My first step in this direction was understanding that food = medicine. I can't wait to try this (even though I just got out of a hot shower).
