I'm also getting a strong sense that "they" are strongly attempting to start an Apocalyptic nuclear conflict between China, Russia, and the West.

I would add to the absolute necessity of love and forgiveness, the possibility/necessity of making ourselves whole on all levels with true commitment and consistency, moment by moment, day by day. Nothing external to await, simply up to us. This task is something I never undertook before the past 6 years (I'm pushing 80), always looking after others - needing to, out of caring and out of avoidance of my own brokenness - instead of myself. "Covid" and then a heart attack woke me up, and for that I am deeply grateful. Since then, wanting to live, I directed my attention and energies inward in the realms of diet, exercise, sleep, stress, self-education, relationships, refusing any longer to go on automatic with my lifelong dysfunction. Every bit of what I am doing for myself is making me healthier, quieter, more clear, and more truly available absent the neurosis. And we have control over these actions. I was profoundly fortunate in having a dear friend who saw me clearly and showed me new options which I hadn't before considered, as in "Physician, heal thyself."
Feeling into the rhythm of nature, into the season/cycle of the year, and into the phase of life in which I find myself is harmonizing for body, mind, soul, and spirit. With the world being so chaotic my well being comes from getting back into a good rhythm, with nature and with daily self care and spiritual study practices. This time of year in the northern hemisphere, at least, supports going inward, reflecting back, and also dreaming what is needed for the coming year. This task is something I never undertook before the past 6 years (I'm pushing 80), always looking after others - needing to, out of caring and out of avoidance of my own brokenness - instead of myself. "Covid" and then a heart attack woke me up, and for that I am deeply grateful. Since then, wanting to live, I directed my attention and energies inward in the realms of diet, exercise, sleep, stress, self-education, relationships, refusing any longer to go on automatic with my lifelong dysfunction. Every bit of what I am doing for myself is making me healthier, quieter, more clear, and more truly available absent the neurosis. And we have control over these actions. I was profoundly fortunate in having a dear friend who saw me clearly and showed me new options which I hadn't before considered, as in "Physician, heal thyself."
Feeling into the rhythm of nature, into the season/cycle of the year, and into the phase of life in which I find myself is harmonizing for body, mind, soul, and spirit. With the world being so chaotic my well being comes from getting back into a good rhythm, with nature and with daily self care and spiritual study practices. This time of year in the northern hemisphere, at least, supports going inward, reflecting back, and also dreaming what is needed for the coming year. A letting go of what is not supporting my higher purpose to make room for what will. I appreciate you, Celia, and consider you a true soul sister. Your heart, through your words, enriches my life.
