Blackout Silence In Western Media, Eva Bartlett Brings Out The Human Stories Most Feel It Is Wrong To Know About Because: What Are You A Putin Apologist?
“The viciousness of Elensky, NATO, and the other criminals is unnerving, heart-breaking, irritating, INFURIATING.”
—JD
“This is so sad, Eva, but never despair. Know that your work is enlightening many in the West, showing them what has been going on in Donbass for almost a decade now. You and other real journalists like you are ensuring that these crimes will not be forgotten, that the victims' names haunt their killers. There's no more important work than that right now.”
—Jack Gordon
As others have said, Not a word about this from the western press. Not a word about March 14th downtown cluster massacre. Nothing about the school shellings on May 30 (RIP Lilia Ripenko). Same for the intense bombing on June 13 caught in your report on June 17th. Very little if any about the petal mines strewn over parts of Donetsk on August 2. But if I hear one more "Russian war crimes" I am going ballistic.

”For eight years, hardly anyone in the collective West even knew what a Donetsk was, let alone where, or what was happening. Now, so many defend what has been done for those eight years, and continues to be done. They either blame it on "Russian separatists" (while screaming that people have the right to determine their own future in the next sentence - apparently not "Russian separatist" people)... Or they say Russia has been doing all the bombing for those eight years, and blaming it on the Ukrainian government. Why bother? Russia knows the western governments always paint them as the villain no matter what. So why would they even bother to stage provocations? Here is a joke... A mother and her child are visiting a zoo in Estonia. Why Estonia? I don't know, but it's in Estonia. They are visiting the alligator pits. Also there visiting is a man, sipping a beer. Suddenly, the child, a young boy, not realizing the potential danger of such an action, jumps into the alligator pits. I guess he wanted to see them up close? His mother screams, just as the man jumps into the pits after the boy. He quickly picks up the boy, hands him back to the mother. After the man climbs out of the pit, the mother is sobbing, and says to the man, "Oh, thank you so much! You are a kind, brave Estonian man!". To which he replies, 'Thank you, but actually I am not Estonian, I am Russian.'. The next day, the Washington Post newspaper has a headline: "Drunk Russian Deprives Hungry Alligator of His Meal"

More from Vadim Pysarev:
That apologist label doesn't do justice. I'm a Putin fan, cheerleader, enthusiast, supporter, promoter... Lavrov too. We are lucky to have such as these in power, no matter where.
Excellent subtitle… “…because: what are you, a Putin apologist?” Exactly right. That is what people are apt to conclude if you dare utter a word against anything Ukraine.
It’s very troubling how anyone that is “pro Ukraine” can flaunt their opinion with flags, articles, signs, whatever, but to suggest that things may not be as they seem is unacceptable. I feel compelled to self-censor. Freedom of speech no longer applies to the freedom to openly speak about current political issues, but the “freedom” to use inappropriate language.
I have been saying from the start that sometimes there is no “good guy.” Also, that Ukraine is getting what the U. S. deserves, but we may have to take our own punishment next time. It seems to me that the U. S. is using Ukraine and Ukrainian people as pawns.
It is a very troubling situation. Those who support Ukraine are oblivious to what has been going on and assume that the one that the media paints as the aggressor is that one at fault. It is a complete mess. Is any of mainstream media talking about the years of attacks on people in Ukraine by their own government/military?
