Standoff at Coutts, Media PSY OP Brewing
So Far Mostly Bought Sourpusses With Syringes On Their Lecterns Vs. Tens of Thousands of Truck Drivers So Loved, People Are Standing Around In 30 Below Temperatures, Happier Than They Have Ever Been
[This post was supposed to run this morning. I hope it’s still timely.]
Below is a mainstream media report of the standoff at Coutts. Listen to it, and then watch it with the sound turned off.
I was astonished to see, literally, syringes as graphic symbolism on the front banners of those politicians attacking the convoy, and also shocked (but not surprised) to hear that “stepping on people’s toes” is something they now apparently oppose. (The woman who owns the pottery shop.)
How are there people like this, so perfectly unjust, so utterly bereft even, of irony?
On the freedom fighter side, I was watching this, and so far, I understand there is somebody called “Portland Andy” who is having a huge impact and some kind of new brigade called “Hot Dog Heroes.” I love it!
I usually figure basics out before I post but we are truly all following together here in real time.
”The hot dog heroes? Celia do you realize how funny that is?” my father would say, if he were here.
I sense that exquisite Canadian humor emerging, which, truth be told, I’d forgotten about.
Now I will go figure out who the Hot Dog Heroes are, and whether I can lend support somehow. (I know most of you already know, probably, and will clue me in fast.)
All levity aside, the PSY OP makers are trying to paint a picture of:
1. Protesters seeking to crash the Canadian economy.
(Rich. I know.)
2. Canadians being denied food.
3. Truckers attacking cops.
The question of the era: What do you do against a PSY OP?
How do you cut a PSY OP off at the knees, when it cares nothing for truth, reality, footage, sources, interviews, context, etc?
A PSY OP is in essence an industrial guilt trip, pollinated electronically that overtakes reality, and displaces it with a set of synthetic accusations that can rarely be overcome. A PSY OP is designed that way.
I’m not asking what the human truth is right now—this I know. I’m asking how the convoy and its supporters can anticipate the coming media generated PSY OP that will justify whatever actions they eventually take.
If we can cripple a PSY OP before it pounces, we can liberate ourselves. This is what we need to figure out next. Getting out in front of PSY Ops and neutralizing them.
The media and the RCMP are lying big time. It's the RCMP and their handlers who do not want to negotiate. I posted the following earlier this afternoon on one of Celia's earlier threads. The first link contains video of the RCMP "negotiating" with the convoy at Coutts. After the RCMP left, the RCMP tried to get tow companies in the area to come in to help them impound and seize truckers' vehicles, but all tow companies declined, some saying, "Sorry, we've got Covid-19", parroting Trudeau's reason for going into hiding.
The RCMP are also not allowing food and medicine to be brought into the truckers. The truckers also need fuel to keep their trucks idling 24 hours a day, since it's 20 below and truckers are sleeping in their trucks. There was a fuel load headed to them from the U.S., and, from what I'm now reading, supposedly the truckers' attorney has negotiated for that fuel to be let through.
Here's what I posted earlier:
Very interesting embedded reporting by Rebel News from the border of Alberta and Montana. RCMP, accompanied by SWAT teams, inform truckers they are free to leave now; or, they will be arrested and their trucks will be impounded and seized.

Thanks Celia for standing for what's right and real Canadians ( I am one).
