Spot on. Putin, while not exactly angelic, is giving Der Führes Schwab, Gates, etc real heartburn and grief. More, please.

While I agree that Putin/Russia was provoked into an invasion, it was done intentionally by the US. The plan to provoke Russia was laid several years ago (re: link below). Red lines are always dangerous because they create the opportunity for false flags, or in this case a means to push Russia into Ukraine. Russia's reasonable demands created the red line. The US could have prevented this without losing anything, but that was not to be because the US wanted to draw Russia into this conflict.

While it serves a number of purposes, some of which will be unintended consequences, it also provides the cover for US domestic issues as the COVID operation is revealed. I see it as a kind of BLM/Antifa series of riots bought and paid for by the Soros "Open Society". Soros also chipped in millions to oust the democratically elected leader in Ukraine in 2014, along with US taxpayer's $5 billion.

So, while the US's NSA/CIA and accomplices (foundations) have targeted Russia since Putin became its leader and would not readily follow where DC demanded, this invasion was as much incited as a means to redirect public attention and energy away from COVID. COVID will be coming back. This is just reprieve and a means of hiding and keeping the masses as quiet as possible.

Probably wise not to think this is a binary situation like Russia Good, West bad because this war is Hegelian dialectics at play. The real war is really between the sovereign countries & peoples of the world (who are naturally libertarian and naturally socially conservative) versus the totalitarian global establishment of the world (including Biden/Trump/DeSantis et al and Putin et al).

But I’ve watched a couple of vids where Klaus was previously praising Putin, and we know the comic Zalensky is a WEF young leader. Could this be a deadly drawn out (WWF like) match of globalists in reality advancing the NWO reset agenda, again at U.S. and world (depopulation) expense? Has the Russian stallion really bolted that corral?

Thanks, Celia. Fascinating. I see some light on the horizon, too. Even with three cats hogging the bed, I sleep well. These clowns will will not succeed in enslaving us, though the damage they are causing is the worst the human population has ever seen.

Agree that this is very interesting. But van Wolferen totally lost me when he opined that the Chinese social credit system was more about "harmony" than control. CAF was a bit startled but then humored him by saying the Western upcoming system was, unlike China's, "demonic." Would suggest that van Wolferen read some of Patrick Wood's pieces on technocracy. Many others as well. Beyond that, I get the case he makes for Putin, but I don't believe it. We are watching Oceania, Eat Asia and Eurasia form as we breathe. The invasion of Ukraine is already causing destruction of the US dollar as reserve currency (note how the Saudis are suddenly open to trading oil for yuan.) Russia and China have amassed huge reserves of gold and the US, the word is, has none or non unencumbered. The US just went into economic self-immolation as the bloated debt-based system went dysfunctional in the extreme and the dollar's days are numbered. Europe needs Russian oil, so that show goes on during the sanctions. (In 1984, Europe becomes part of Eurasia.) Russia was controlled throughout the post-war Cold War period by US bankster money and technology and the Soviet Union itself was funded into existence by Wall Street. Maybe Putin bolted the barn, but I don't think so. Russia is totalitarian today and always has been under Putin. So much for the "State" as the rescuing agent as per van Wolferen. Also, Putin forced the vaxx on his people, so he has joined with the rest of the world in what is intended to be the defining element in the upcoming subjugation of us all--if we let it.

As a postscript of sorts, as to pick up the pro-Putin justifying invasion of Ukraine by considering whether the US would tolerate nukes or weapon's labs in Mexico or Canada and how we forced Russia to back out of Cuba (Bay of Pigs, etc.) when Russia threatened us with nukes. The now apparently defunct aangirfan website ran a lengthy piece on Castro some years back. In it we learn that (1) Castro was Jew aligned with Israel and other Jewish interests; (2) the biggest landowner in Cuba was Rafi Eitan, high level Mossad agent; and (3) Mitt Romney had an affair with Castro's daughter in Havana, film of the event now in the hands of the FBI. My son knew a Cuban girl for a time and she confirmed all of this because he didn't believe me . So what do we make of the whole Cuban business now? What do we make of Putin?

Thank you Celia for posting the interview. I still have 40min to watch/listen. It is a very important interview (as all of Catherine's interviews are) if people want deep understanding of the world we live in and want to change.

I would like to draw a distinction. It’s well past time that we stop confusing usurpers of government in nations and the nations (citizens) themselves.

Russia isn’t at war with Ukraine, a thug who has commandeered the resources and military of Russia is at war with a crook who has commandeered the resources and military of Ukraine.

It’s only governments who want the wars, the citizens, except for the brainwashed zealots, do not.

I hear “the US does this” and “the US does that”. No, the US military/industrial/media-tech complex does this and that. And we are being ruled against our consent.

Quite possibly the most enriching enjoyable conversation as interview since many weeks! Grace a Pelerine & Celia bonne merci :) This made me want to learn Dutch just so I could read Gezond Verstand, hell I would work for free on it! *Sigh, the marvelous knowledge of a pair of world traveled deep thinkers and keen observers. Such a treat. "The giveaway was 'doublespeak.' When the writer says that you know they have not *read* Orwell....for it is 'newspeak,' and 'doublethink.' (It would have been good if they *had* read it!)" van Wolferen's conviction that the State (and thus citizenship itself) is essential to democracy, and the fact of Putin and Lavrov's reinstating private sector/public sector distinguishes their country now, as well as its amazing financial position re debt. It should not surprise me at all that Solari report video has such beautiful elegant production values; this one at the close played Bach sinfonia in C Major by Randolph Hokanson and I HAVE to get it! Hope is underrated.

Both the neoconservatives and eurasianists are controlled by the central bamkers and are two sides of the coin - to bring in totalitarianism to the whole world. Hegelian dialectic and the central bankers want a technocratic world with the neo-eurasianists as the new empire. What do people think of occultist Aleksander Dugin (an adviser of Putin) and his ideology and his books including The Foundations of Geopolitics? Russia (along with China, India, Iran and Asian countries...) are now starting to be overtly expansionist?

I recently saw a speech by Putin from 2016. The translator makes a mistake - every time Putin points at someone grabbing the world power, they put between brackets (USA). Then already, Putin, indeed no angel, despised the clan and without mentioning them, says so. In the last few weeks, WEF has removed his membership page. One of the bloggers showed the blank page where it had been. Putin is fighting off the WEF. That is why the west should not intervene. As you state, with the EU and Von Der Leyen, Europe is become worse than the German third reich. They don't seem to realize it. But I noticed twice that Von Der Leyen was not offered a chair. So may be some people are aware. And you indeed state that the WHO is Gates, and that man is close to the devil himself, poisoning as many people as he can under the cover of vaccines. He told last year in an interview that the next epidemic is due in 2025, laughing. Nasty man.

Thanks, Celia, for posting this. I watched most of the video, but felt that Catherine Austin Fitts, whom I usually admire, was interrupting Karel and changing the subject when he was developing some really remarkable ideas. We were so frustrated with her that we had to bail out! Amazing insights from van Wolferen about Putin and Lavrov, and about the Davos crowd. Like many deep intuitive thinkers, van Wolferen is not verbally facile and struggled to get his points across (English is not his first language either). I loved the emotion that he spoke with at times, when giving voice to ideas that were important to him. He very gently pointed out to CAF that you can't reduce such complex issues to economics, but CAF, though she agreed, clearly did not realize that he was politely criticizing her. Thanks again for bringing this is our attention! My girlfriend subscribes to Solari Reports, but we somehow missed this.
