The smart thing to do here is for people to not abuse one another. To form a common front to demand transparency. In the case you bring, you have to explain why you belief he was not executed there, under that tent, in front of so many people.
You can do this by proving the logical complement: "the victim is alive, here is proof." If Kirk is alive now, then he wasn't killed three weeks ago. The negative proposition is then proved true.
But the default position is to accept the testimony of people, and the scant videos we've been shown over and over. All the people who entered the scene will be questioned, many times. Many images are retained and not shown to the public (for example the professional video-camera in front of Charlie and behind Charlie) because they are part of a criminal investigation. Even the guy who was debating with Kirk will be interrogated. And the autopsy is crucial. It is impossible for the authorities to say "there was no autopsy." That's a crime. They don't admit crimes.
But it is possible for them to be ambiguous saying: "now is not the time to inform the public of the results of the autopsy."
They may be fabricating an autopsy. Maybe, they need a corrupt coroner who will sign any manipulated report they tell him to sign. This has happened a few times, and it is also a crime that the authorities commit against everyone. Or, it is also possible that the autopsy was done at the right time, and there was no tampering or manipulation of any type (including adding a bullet into the corpse). And we already know that even if the autopsy report is legit, the grifters and trolls will say it is false.
If the State has exclusive authority to investigate this, it is useful for them to flood the internet with misdirection. And the perpetrators also enjoy all the chaos and interpersonal abuse between members of the scandalized public.
The smart thing to do here is for people to not abuse one another. To form a common front to demand transparency. And, this is probably the thing that the authorities fear the most: people acknowledging that this person may have been killed by a professional assassin hired by Zionists, and the gay kid was hired to play the role of a patsy. If people stop with their addiction to red herrings and computer magic, and focus on the actuality of foreign power intervening over their country, then that may lead to real changes, including the collapse of the covid globalist coup, and the persecution of the perpetrators of the mass poisoning.
So, if you are interested in truth, maybe you have to stop following the barkers, the grifters, the chaos agents, the mountebanks, the trolls, and focus on what is useful. You are in a mind war. You are a prisoner, and your duty and task is to escape and counter attack the enemy. Following the demoralizing stories planted by your enemy is not helping you achieve your task.

So, I found a documentary on something that happened in Australia from 2014 - 2018 (right before the C19 scamdemic). Almost 500,000 Australians were issued erroneous or completely fraudulent debt notices by the outsourced customer service organization Centrelink at the national tax authority ATO. I used to work in IT departments, so when they described how it was done, I was shocked. But anyway, it took 4 years to get it stopped. Six people were identified as the perpetrators but they were kept secret, not prosecuted, and remain free to work at Centrelink today. Three people committed suicide and countless others lost everything because Dun and Bradstreet aggressively collected on these 100% fictitious debts.
But anyway, what was seriously amazing about the documentary "The People vs Robodebt," was the footage of the psychopaths responsible for creating it, and/or not stopping it. The producers had the video clips of their statements ON CAMERA, and the footage of their denials they ever made those statements ON CAMERA.
So, if you believed what the psychopathic official said, and only saw one or the other statement, that would be the version of reality you would walk on with. I've read about this phenomena years ago - but I've never seen it in action so clearly.
Those psychopaths are banking on a certain portion of the population never knowing the truth. As believers in Jesus the Messiah, and in obedience to 2nd Corinthians, Chapter 6, James 4:4, and Revelation 18:4, etc., we can't have any sort of "fellowship" with unbelievers and those who condone evil, especially "monu-mental" evil.
