Yes, but since the French Revolution when did the French people ever gain from such demonstrations? I've seen nothing in my over 70 years that would suggest that this is nothing more than a release valve. In the US there are a number of methods used to domesticate the masses. Look at Britain, it has become more tyrannical with moments of sunlight, like here in the US. A month, month and 1/2 of the "pandemic is over" and then...WHAM! It's mass psychosis. Look at Australia...mass demonstrations...or New Zealand. What's up with that tiny (smaller pop. than NYC)? The end game will be a transition from national currency to global digital currency...and they won't blink...it's total control but so abstract it's like fighting the wind....

The answer is walk away, localize and do what you can...but it's tough because the West has been so domesticated, even its protests are tame.
