I’m easing my way back into posting, after moving again, and going on healing safaris—(that means quests for knowledge and breakthrough.)

I have good news, on a few fronts, which will come up in imminent posts.

There will be more than one a day now, after this long wool-gathering period.

[If you feel you are getting too many post alerts, I am sympathetic; Please note that you don’t need me to unsubscribe you, it’s easy to do. ]

Starting with something very simple: Winter’s over, and I’m getting back in the habit of 3 minute ice baths, or cold showers, about 5 days a week. I slacked off over the winter—it was a really cold winter up here. And my symptoms, naturally, got worse.

So I want to share yet another Wim Hof video with you, as I feel he is perhaps the most important single voice in “alternative healing,” in case anybody here feels stuck in their healing walk. (From any number of things.)

I am fascinated by the simplicity of cold water exposure, and its effect on inflammation.

Is “depression,” just brain inflammation? What about addiction? OCD? ADHD? What does Daniel Amen have to say about Wim Hof?

He should do before and after brain scans on Hof people!

One good thing about my post 2020 dissociative syndrome was that I could get into an ice bath with no emotions, about how cold I would be. Didn’t care. That’s how Wim Hof himself was, the first time he went into ice water. His wife and mother of his four children had jumped out an 8th floor window to her death. Ice water brought him back to life, so he could carry on, and raise his children. He’s not a daredevil. He’s a healer, a lover of real people, patron saint to the scores “struggling with depression.”

Because if you just do it, get the bag of ice, fill the tub, get in, and stay in 3 minutes—you will feel relief, immediately. I think it is said (Dr. Rhonda Fitzpatrick) that you get 430% more dopamine right away. Wim Hof points out in this video that your heart has to “pay” for all your lagging capillaries, where circulation is weak. If you try it, I warmly invite you to brag happily in the comments section and tell us what happened.

I've been cold showering for a year now and will never look back. No matter what I have to face in the day, it steels me for it. Far more invigorating/life-affirming than coffee (and I love coffee).

I'm going to try it. It's time. I've struggled a lot with numbness/depression since March 2020 when I realized the scope of the agenda, combined with losing friends and family, both to death, and to the cult. I am slowly climbing out of it but I still need some help for myself and I am going to try this. Thank you..and you do not post too much!!! I love everything you post.
