A Blast From The Past: Former NIH Director And His Wife Sing Puff The Magic Dragon
"SARS Cov 2" Is The Magic Dragon. Unbelievable.
Following this post, Karena, in the comments section, described this performance piece from 2020 by former NIH Director Francis Collins and his wife Diane Baker. I found it YouTube by searching on “Francis Collins and Puff The Magic Dragon.”
Thank you, Karena.
I’ve never seen anything like this and do not know what to say. It’s indescribably sad and weird.
To go in the other direction entirely, I suggest subscribing to Mike Merenda’s brand new Substack, where lyricism seeks form to take on the present lunacy, and more. Mike also co-hosts one of my favorite podcasts, called Terrain Theory. which you can listen to here.
But first, here’s Francis Collins and Diane Baker, who are either mocking us or so far gone they are not even doing that. I would say, actually, they are bonding with their virus entity/idol, which is beyond just “pushing the narrative.”
Normally, I cry when I hear this song, the original. In fact I skip it.
In this rendition, one is struck by so many things, all of them unfortunate. All the way through to the Skittles.
I actually think there is symbolism/messaging going on, and Skittles means something, but what?
Skittles?
They were eating Skittles during lockdown? He ran the “National Institute of HEALTH?”
What a country.
I want to escape this entire Matrix, but I can’t. It only makes me sad. I long for the analog world, before we were woven in to the Covid Borg. Remember when our thoughts were our own?
Serge Lang used to ask: “How do you address a morass without becoming part of it?”
Demented. Like the dancing nurses. In what world are we living? Stop the ride - I want off!
Two things I noticed; this was a more professionally done video, like it was planned to be part of the 'narrative' justifying the lockdown. It appeared like a 3rd person (or more) were involved in the production.
Also, notice that when he sings about the vaccine, his wife experiences "sudden death!"
