This has gone far enough.

I’m ready to go to court with anybody who is spreading the malicious lie that I am controlled opposition, which means I took money from nefarious sources to change my views or reportage. This has never, ever happened in 35 years of doing this.

Attacks on my work, calling me a “shitty researcher,” or any other thing, is protected speech. Say whatever you want.

But this new whisper campaign that I and possibly Jon Rappoport are “controlled opposition” or part of a Duesberg “PSY OP,” somehow pushed by Duesberg, is clinically insane, as well as libelous.

So insane, in fact, that I want to take those behind it to court, to fight out a Battle Of The Shitty Researchers. You call me a shitty researcher? While you make up pure lies and don’t even try to check with me? Then you spread these lies to countless people in our movement? Does that seem decent to you? Have you not ONE research bone in your body that would compel you to challenge me directly?

Unlike you all, I have never made things up about people I do not know, out of whole cloth.

So show up here, slanderers.

Who exactly are you? Can you use your real names?

I’m salivating at the chance to have this out in a court of law. The burden of proof will be on you.

Tell us your names and then post your “proof.” Isn’t that a good way to get to the bottom of this? I’m prepared to show (in court) my tax returns from the last 25 years. Are you? Who do you work for?

Right now I earn $42,000 a year on Substack and my paid subscribers are my ONLY source of income.

I say: Let's deal with this. Let’s find them and ask for their proof, and then let’s all go to court.

I would sue for $5. For the sheer pleasure of going head to head with them in court. We shall see who is a shitty researcher.

I’d like to see the defamatory statements along with a name and mailing address of whoever wrote it, and if possible, a list of addresses it was sent to.

Whoever sends me this material will be kept anonymous.

If anybody else in the Substack community would like to join together for a class action lawsuit, I would be open to that.

Above all, I want to demonstrate to you the shockingly low quality of these people’s reasoning as well as their non existent standards of proof, never mind their personality disorders.

Don’t tell me to ignore them. I tried that. They’re destructive, and they’re libeling me and other honest writers every day and they don’t even have the balls to show up here and say it to my face.
