Yes! I have pushed back on several occasions when folks in our space so quickly label someone a “psy op” or controlled op. It IS destructive as we are all coming to our own conclusions at a different speed. Coming from a medical background it has been a challenge to fully grasp alternative points of view, and this new idea, however clear it is for some people, that viruses may not exist at all. I’m a nobody from the Midwest just trying to figure all of this out on my own. So I know I’m not controlled opposition and right now, the only thing I’m 100% sure of is that we have all been lied to for a very long time. Probably our entire lives. We need to give the people who are on the right path enough grace to figure it out, and not automatically jump to the conclusion that they must be working for the feds if they aren’t exactly where we are. If we can’t manage to do that, we have zero chance because we’re spending too much time at each others throats and we close ourselves off to learning from a different point of view. But K, doesn't a diet so high in protein severely harm the kidneys. How do you deal with the risk of kidney damage? I hear that back in the 1970's from several sources when high protein diet was so popular (the popular Dr. Stillman Diet), lots and lots of water? Or maybe the fat cancels out the high protein effect on kidneys? Do you know from experience or research regarding the Lion's Diet? The other problem is that meat is becoming difficult to get, meat that is organic, grassfed-grass finished especially. I hope you might weigh in on this.

Since I no longer wait to eat an entire steak at the buffet (now out of business doe to the scamdemic :( of course) that pent-up need to pig out is gone. I pay about $7.00 for cut-up kabab pieces (roughly a pound) at the store then cut up about 4 of those pieces into smaller pieces. cook and salt them. This makes about four satisfying meals for me over 4-5 days. It is hard to tell size but I'd say I'm similar to :Celia. Yes, I know about Lion's Diet. Dr. Mercola eats a quarter pound Bison daily with tons of butter and rice. I'm not in the financial level to deal with organic. I drink a lot of cranberry juice and water with MMS which I think is good for kidneys. It seems to me, if we listen to our body, that's the best bet. If digestion is going ok---a good sign. And naturally back off if clothes are feeling tighter. I hate the obsessive scale thing so when I have to get something at Walmart which I generally avoid, I use their little machine by the pharmacy to check weight and blood pressure. It keeps me in line. Not a guru here, so please correct and comment at will. Thank-you.

Hello Bean~Thanks for your thoughtful question. Since I no longer wait to eat an entire steak at the buffet (now out of business doe to the scamdemic :( of course) that pent-up need to pig out is gone. I pay about $7.00 for cut-up kabab pieces (roughly a pound) at the store then cut up about 4 of those pieces into smaller pieces. cook and salt them. This makes about four satisfying meals for me over 4-5 days. It is hard to tell size but I'd say I'm similar to :Celia. Yes, I know about Lion's Diet. Dr. Mercola eats a quarter pound Bison daily with tons of butter and rice. I'm not in the financial level to deal with organic. I drink a lot of cranberry juice and water with MMS which I think is good for kidneys. It seems to me, if we listen to our body, that's the best bet. If digestion is going ok---a good sign. And naturally back off if clothes are feeling tighter. I hate the obsessive scale thing so when I have to get something at Walmart which I generally avoid, I use their little machine by the pharmacy to check weight and blood pressure. Kennedy seems to believe everything he says when he says it. David Knight has nailed him on some previous quotes of wanting to jail everybody who believes that the climate change agenda of the psychopaths who own all governments and big corporations and banks and land is false. I think he perhaps now realizes that he was their prey. It'd be good to hear him say that he got that wrong.

As I have been going through comments and reading what heroic Celia has been trying to get across, I too have been thinking about the term "controlled opposition". I'm sure somewhere along this long and confusing road someone has defined it, but I think it is very loosely used. I get that some entity supposedly allows someone to say out loud something that is truthful without letting the full truth out, so the person who speaks a truth without full bore is deemed to be controlled.
I listened to Alison McDowell's thesis about RFKjr as she picked out a particular page/paragraph from his book having to do with the "mismanagement" of the "pandemic". I would love to know who among all the critics actually believed or did not believe, with true knowledge that the "virus" is real and that any mitigation of symptoms by competent physicians was a waste of time and resources.
If not for people, in particular Celia and Jon Rappoport, who have dedicated many years of their lives getting to the bottom of the story of virus mania I too would have been listening to far too much of the official narratives. I owe them much gratitude.

I have no knowledge of who's libeling you, but it's clear that the propaganda machine is ramping up (especially since the silencing of Tucker). Unfortunately, it appears the de rigeur response today of "conspiracy theorists" to just about anyone who's not part of the establishment is accusing them of being CO. Maybe their reasoning is that if they don't trust *anyone* they can't be conned--which, of course, is ridiculous. But just about everything in clown world is upside down. When you consider that content on Facebook is policed by ex-spooks and that the FBI wants to criminalize the use on social media of such words as redpill, there's no knowing how many are employed to smear and slander and dox people like you.
