That was a very, very good game. Even I could tell, and I know little about football. I am very fond of France, but I am in favour of anything that wipes that smirk off Macron's face.

Was one fantastic game by both teams. France scored 2 goals in the end of regular time to tie it. Each team scored once in the overtime so game was decided by penalty kicks. Very tense and emotional win for one and crushing loss for the other.

I agree. I was born in Argentina. Those people have endured endless turmoil but always have a pride in their country and heritage the USA would do well to learn, an unbelievable optimism in the future. Moments like this unify a people in a peaceful feel good way like no other. I don’t watch sports but couldn’t help but being attracted to this beautiful event.
