My grandad worked as a driver of articulated vehicles carrying hazardous materials. He had protocols for each substance, should there have been any accident. What I do not understand is: What are the protocols for these particular products? Why have they not been publicised? Where are the statements from the owners of the substances? Obviously the local first responders and train operators don't know. The local people don't know either..... so why aren't we hearing from the industry?
