Folks, I am in my 70's and haven't seen a doctor in 6 years. You can't be mentally healthy if you are eating poorly and doing other unhealthy things. I am an avid near-scratch golfer (NOT from the senior tees but "member/standard" tees. Have "shot my age" many times - about once a month. I have qualified for a national senior running competition next year. But in 2017 I was getting my affairs in order. My health turned around in weeks/months - not years. NO DOCTORS, medicines or surgeries involved. My mental state and mood are through-the-roof good.

Panda proved, as he said the science shows: "WHEN you eat is more important than WHAT you eat." And "...eating later in the evening turns even highly nutritious food into junk (causing inflammation all night)."
THe simple rules of God's design are:
1) Manage your day and your eating so that you NEVER "have excess circulating glucose (ECG) as the sun is setting - Panda proved it causes terrible inflammation CONTINUOUSLY all through the night. And what is at the root of all illness (including brain illness) INFLAMMATION

I think this is somehow related to the Russian withdrawal from Syria, which was done suddenly and with no obvious benefit for Russia, which leads me to believe that it was coordinated by the transnational deep state/Mr. Global/G3P.

Sadly, I don’t believe Dr Bay is correct. The decision in his favour was based purely on the lousy job that AHPRA and the Medical Board did in prosecuting the case. They denied him procedural fairness and as a result, the Judicial Review went his way and his license was reinstated.

Nothing in this decision should be understood as the Court entering that debate. It seems the latest mRNA injections, mistakenly called 'VACCINES', actually cause unbelievable numbers of health issues and vax-related Deaths. They are totally ineffective against Covid or any other medical condition. Was Covid & the Death Shot a deliberate CULL of humanity?
We must now conclude that these injections are responsible for nearly every ailment known to man. Pharma thrives on the pretence that these poisonous injections are 'Safe & Effective. It's been proven they are the exact opposite of this 'fairy story' claim. Was this CULL deliberate?

When questioned - face to face, my Doctor said "Yes, it's a mess isn't it" and "..... but what can we do about it?" Proving he knows the truth but dares not destroy his own livelihood.

I think this is somehow related to the Russian withdrawal from Syria, which was done suddenly and with no obvious benefit for Russia, which leads me to believe that it was coordinated by the transnational deep state/Mr. Global/G3P.
Why they are doing that in reaction to the collapse of their "Covid" narrative is not clear, but it may be that they want to portray Russia as wounded and especially dangerous and prone to launch nukes.
In other words, they are waving around the Samson option in response to said narrative collapse.
What good that does them I don't know, except maybe they want to press the Armageddon key on their mighty Wurlitzer crisis keyboard in the hopes that we will respond to that one and start singing the world government tune.

Sadly, I don’t believe Dr Bay is correct. The decision in his favour was based purely on the lousy job that AHPRA and the Medical Board did in prosecuting the case. They denied him procedural fairness and as a result, the Judicial Review went his way and his license was reinstated.
“Dr Bay asked the Court to review decisions of the Board about matters that have been the subject of public discussion and debate. Nothing in this decision should be understood as the Court entering that debate. The Court is concerned only with whether the decision or the conduct was free from an error that goes to the decisionmaker’s authority to make the decision. The Court does not have any opinion on any argument about the substantive merits raised in public debate relating to any decision under review.” (emphasis added).
People are being misled by Dr Bay - no doubt unintentionally because he did not understand the implications of the decision. But if doctors listen to what he has said and speak out against vaccines in the current climate, they will be struck off. Unless, of course, they find their cojones and do so in a united manner. Here’s hoping that happens.

My point is that he is saying that his victory in the judicial review means that doctors now have freedom of speech in Australia to say that vaccines are shit. You know very well that I agree with that statement. In fact - they are more than shit. They are genocidal. But any doctor who says that - perhaps not Billy because AHPRA is probably licking their wounds a bit when it comes to him - can and very well may be cited for it. And Billy is telling them that won’t happen. He is wrong.

Not only did the judge quash Dr Bay's suspension on the basis the Board was biased and had denied Dr Bay a fair hearing (both of which the Board admitted) [8,9], but the judge decided the complaints made about Dr Bay arose out of Dr Bay's political actions, whereas the Board only has competence to deal with the regulation of doctors' clinical services. [14,15]
That distinction between political and clinical is critical. The judge specifically held the covid measures as enacted did not stop Dr Bay criticising either government or the regulators, because such criticism is political. He also held that the supposed 'emergency' did not empower the Board to act on what were political complaints nor justify its 'combative' conduct towards Dr Bay. [16-17, 20]
In acting as they did, the Board acted beyond its statutory powers. [108]
Despite asserting Dr Bay had committed offences and broken their Code of Conduct, the Board were never able to identify any legislation or guidelines that Dr Bay had in fact violated. [112,114]
