Thank you for sharing this. Many people have leapt from swallowing uncritically everything authorities told us about Covid-19 and feeling righteous about obeying it all to uncritical support of this war without any questions asked. I just watched a piece on PBS (liberal US Public Broadcasting System) "explaining" the war solely from the standpoint of Putin's megalomania with absolutely no historical context or information about how the US actions created a situation that all but guaranteed Putin would eventually do what he did.

I have noticed the use of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) when a reporter or politician starts off by saying something like “Everyone knows…,” so if you disagree your going against “everyone” and most people can’t stand up against that. It’s dangerous to be excluded from the tribe is wired in us.

The phenomenon of paralyzed minds succumbing to internet prolefeed presented to the public by the woke globalist consensus of Soros-Nuland is even more perverse and bizarre than the lockstep instilled in Covid-19 zombies. Has the media declared that Ukraine now controls Mariupol and has turned the Azovstal steel complex into a military HQ yet?

This neatly plays into a subtle bobble-headed-doggy narrative. Even though we might have a doubts about war events being reported (since we now have doubts about ALL things reported) we still find ourselves prefacing our convos with, “OF COURSE, I decry an invasion of Ukraine and loss of life, and we all know this is terrible, BUT, when we carefully examine the long history, we realize there may be more to this story …” well,💥🔥💥 Not to do so is to appear an unfeeling beast. But we should not need a preface, and even as a qualifier it has proven ineffective, negated by our simple addition of “BUT…” at which point our interlocutor’s brain locks and s/he, trance-like, chants woodenly: “Putin - bad; Zelensky - good,” satisfied s/he has appeared knowledgeable about current events. But, perhaps up until 26 months ago, there was a little (or lot) of that in all of us. Appearing knowledgeable …

Countries are always at war. Most can do little but wonder and watch. Century after century, citizens and soldiers suffer and die due to pride and insecurity of overlords gleefully playing manipulative games of greed and power. We serfs have always been their pawns. It grieves my heart to think of countless millions of sons and daughters sent off with the current tommy gun, knapsack and helmet for the war games of unfeeling zealots unwilling to barter for peaceful resolutions. The Neros of AD history have been grinning and fiddling for 2000 years.

Can we see a silver lining here in the midst of current misery and global insecurity? Dare we hope (as we smell the bizarre dichotomy around us) that we are finally pulling back the Wizard’s drapes? And what is there but the stench of naked putrefying ugliness maniacally grinning as levers of power are pulled. No more. May madness end. This has been a triumph of deadly, soul-destroying sin run amok, spilling into precious lives designed to live in natural freedom, love, goodness and kindness. Dare we boldly call you out by and bid you stumble over your evil as we chant an antidote: “Let God arise. May His enemies be scattered. Let those who hate Him flee before His holy face” (Psalm 68).

Why is war always about choosing sides? Why is it always about good vs evil? Why must one always enter war in the pursuit of victory? Instead of sending billions of $$$ in munitions, why not send thousands of negotiators and peace pursuing troops to de-escalate the conflict? Wouldn’t we all learn a bit more if we stopped and listened to each sides’ grievances and history and perspectives? Didn’t we do that in kindergarten? I say give it a try first.

Brian Eno is a genius! We must muster the courage to circulate that brief comment wide and even at the risk of letting 'friends' discover they are not our friends! If one cannot listen to reason, how can one even befriend oneself?

Thank you for sharing this. x x x I left two comments on Youtube, and thought to relate them here... Thank you very much for speaking out. I hope many will follow your lead. “Being in a minority, even in a minority of one, did not make you mad. There was truth and there was untruth, and if you clung to the truth even against the whole world, you were not mad.” ― George Orwell, 1984 ... and this one ... This is a spiritual war which will ultimately transcend good and evil. It is an attempt to control our psyche and our hearts, so that we no longer remember our free will and the likeness to God we once shared. What is happening now is truly evil... but evil is not the opposite of good. Love is the opposite of evil. I choose Love!

We were going to see Mushroom Clouds again.

This is just history repeating itself.

I have written an article inspired by this video, which outlines the depth of the threats we face, and outlines the one thing we must all do now to prevail in this situation... and we ALL have the power to do it... https://rachelwild.substack.com/p/the-evil-is-not-in-ukraine-it-is?s=w
