I love this, Celia! Thank you for posting something happy! These are the beautiful human beings that our disgusting government annihilates.

Hi Ms. Farber,

This reminds me of the late, (great humanitarian) Barbara Ehrenreich's book "Dancing in the Streets" about the spontaneous joy and reviving power of dance. Thank you for your posts.

aloha Amy, I love dancers. I was thinking about Elton John’s song: “Tiny Dancer.”

Dancing = meditation in motion.

Dancing quiets the mind and inspires the Soul...

Mahalo Celia, Dancing is a sacred art form of all Cultures of the World…

Has anyone noticed, American Folk Music & Dance seems to have disappeared in the Media.

Ten-year-old children dancing. Girls and boys, Palestinian with an Israeli and vice-versa. Video was released in 2014.

https://www.ifcfilms.com/films/dancing-in-jaffa

“Pierre Dulaine, an internationally renowned ballroom dancer, fulfills a life-long dream when he takes his program, Dancing Classrooms, back to his city of birth, Jaffa. Over a ten-week period, Pierre teaches 10-year-old Palestinian-Israeli and Jewish- Israeli children to dance and compete together.”

After dance instructor Pierre first made this proposal to the community, it was a bust. Few wanted to commit to such a program. Slowly, things turned around..

I guess you needed a break from all the ugly in the world. I am starting to wonder if there is beauty and ugly in the world. Maybe there is no such thing as beauty and ugly, maybe there just is. Doesn’t feel good but we must follow the evidence to the truth no matter the consequences.

A very short video clip, rescuing a toddler from the rubble with hand tools chipping concrete, next to a crushed family member. https://twitter.com/Khadija69909018/status/1722729869761503526

Does anyone remember the series, "Where the Hell is Matt?" He was doing a stellar job of bringing people of the world together. We need him back! More than ever! Or as a friend of mine, Janet Supriano, used to say, "We should all be dancing in the streets!" Still a great idea, even though now with "political complications."
