Thank you Celia. Hope you have had a good Thanksgiving Day.
I want to share with you a message I sent to 2 of my adult children just a few minutes before you posted this sweet thank you note.
"I have an idea! I think we should start having a Forgiving Day every year too.
I know how important forgiving is. It's actually just as important, or maybe even more important than Thanksgiving. Maybe September or October, sometime before Thanksgiving Day. I bet we would have a lot more to be thankful for if people were more forgiving. I love y'all".
That's a great idea. I live in Ireland and this year decided to have a Thanksgiving as I think it's a beautiful motivation for a celebration. Blessings to all.
For The Great Relief....of getting to hang out at The Truth Barrier! Been really isolated and STILL am. So many people and family are still just totally oblivious, completely checked out, and I'm ALWAYS working on acceptance of these limitations, but it still feels insurmountable and frustrating in tandem. So I bailed all Thanksgiving this year, no Drama to report, lonely AND liberating, in a way! Refocusing on: How to Remain in the Spiritual Alignment of All Gratitude and Love. So many lessons to learn. Thank you for caring and writing and being brilliant, otherwise, I just wouldn't make it! Depend on you and the other greats here at Substack. God Bless You Infinity Times
Dear Ms. Farber, You have the rare (and greatly needed and valued by some) combination of extreme intelligence, great empathy and superb writing skills.
This is just personal to me but you remind me of the Hans Christian Anderson tale of "The Ugly Duckling"; about a beautiful swan chick who all the plain ducks thought (in their limited capacity and comprehension) to be ugly.
For those who crave popularity better to be an ugly duck than a beautiful swan.
Happy Thanksgiving to you! Thanks for the wonderful memories that this song stirs. In addition, thank you for all the work that you’ve courageously done during the past few years to seek and dig in order to find, then bring to us, your readers, the truth. It does not go unnoticed and I appreciate it. 💕
I have one better! Thank you for the wonderful commentators you've attracted and amassed! I have derived the very best social interactions and knowledge from Substack comment sections - without YOU GUYS it wouldn't be possible! I no longer have to leave the house to associate with assholes instead!!!!!
If it were not for you there would not be such great people who read your Substack and comment which I have come to cherish! The intellectual interaction and just overall vast knowledge!!
When I say assholes, it's mostly people that talk through them! Ignorant and completely narrow minded! Disputatious! Very seldom if ever do you encounter this with Substack readers. I think it's Bill Rice who wished there were more subscribers to Substack but I believe it would ruin it's authenticity!!!
Merry Thanksgiving, Celia. Thank you so much for everything you share with us on this blog. I pray you and yours every blessing this year, unto eternity..
I’ve seen the Lovin’ Spoonful twice in concert twice these past ten years at the Orange Blossom Opry here in central Florida, this song here is easily my favorite in what is always a great set. It’s sublime, really, it catches you up somewhere deep inside in the gladdest possible way.. Thanks for slipping it into my day, increasing my already over-welling sense of beatitude.

I'm thankful to you Celia for raising interesting questions and creating a space for people to ponder thoughts that go against the grain.
