It is quite interesting that “Law Of Attraction”. Looking back I was also programmed in a way by my mother, the original narcissist in my life. She taught me that her needs were above mine and in order to get any crumbs of love and attention from her I engaged in what I later came to know as “codependent people pleasing behavior” in the hopes of her actually “seeing me” for the intelligent, loving and kind girl and later woman I became. I see that I replicated this same situation in several significant ‘friendships’ and ‘relationships’, I have had over the course of my adult life. I was always trying to do anything I could in the hopes that these people would really “see me and get me”. But sadly it was always about ‘them’ and meeting their needs and rarely there was much reciprocation on their part.
I’ve had to do a lot of processing of this ‘shadow side’ of myself for the past couple of years. I’ve shed a lot of tears in the process. Through this process I have come to the recognition how all these people in my life basically never really “saw me” or even appreciated what I brought to the friendship or relationship. And that’s the lesson… that I no longer need these kind of people in my life anymore. I deserve better and so much more. 🙏🏼

The last demon to attack me in that space keyed off my innate anger with the sound of a door slamming. I followed the sound in a reddish dim place to some stairs and found a set of Magick symbols on the slamming door in front of me, that I had seen in a 4 part series on Youtube (that is no longer findable). I am not into Magick, but I had looked at the symbols and the short videos.
I felt a presence coming toward me fast. It was a long snake-like thing (similar to the the alien probe in Tom Cruise's war of the worlds when they are in the basement of the house). It had a big black lens on the front end of it and it was menacing pure evil. I was frozen in place and I knew in a flash of awareness, that all I had to protect myself with was love. So I projected a blast of love and sympathy for it's trapped state - and it stopped not far from me.... and began to change color from threatening metallic with a deep black lens, to iridescent blue-purple-silver body and a swirling blue-white iridescent lens - and it started emanating peace.
My occasional journeys to the inner spaces continue, but I have never been threatened again. The demon is my protector and no more have been sent - because I will just bring them out. I am protected because I have asked for benevolent protection.
Those in the energy planes can help us in our physical plane too. My aging Mother slipped on ice by her car and was caught by invisible hands. A friend escaped assassins when their attention was physically diverted away from her. When I accepted that I would always be protected, the near death experiences to convince me of it - stopped completely.
I could be wrong, of course, but that's how my soul evolution has been:))). It is a LOT easier for me now, to know that I am not alone on my soul journey. I don't have to carry the load all on my own shoulders.
One of my personal practices has been to spend more time every day creating beauty and harmony and less and less time engaging in reacting to all the activities of the dark forces. I'm creating an ever-expanding bee garden sanctuary and am fascinated by watching what the bees and other pollinators love. I've been planting so that there are flowers in bloom from early spring until late in fall. A garden is always a work in progress!
Everything is being grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers but I am using biodynamic preparations that I make along with a local group of biodynamic gardeners. We're learning as we go.
Originally I thought I was creating the garden just for the bees but then I saw how watching happy bees was also incredibly healing for me and for so many of the people in my neighborhood who walk by the garden. They often stop and look at the colorful flowers and take in the beauty and tell me how good they feel when they see the garden, how they appreciate the way the garden changes through the seasons, into fall color, etc.
We all have brilliant, God-given creative power. Expressing that creativity in ways that restore and heal us is one of our superpowers!
I think I understand, Sophia. I was an amateur beekeeper for 13 years, and I experience so much joy when I see bees -- and other pollinators -- enjoying the flowers. Watching them roll around in the pollen of certain flowers like roses and poppies make me laugh with joy.
Gardening helps one really connect with oneself and nature. And not many people do it these days. Back in my Mom’s and my Grandmother’s times it was quite common to see beautiful gardens, taken care of by women and men, not some “migrant mow and blow landscape guy”. I grew up in an agricultural area, in a smaller town of a few thousand people, then we moved to a bigger town of over ten thousand, and people had amazing gardens there as well. My grandmother was an amazing gardener, and my Mom had a couple of older women friends who”lived out in the country” and had amazing gardens of flowers and ornamentals.
Gardening was a thing back then. People like my grandmother grew ‘victory gardens’ for food during WW2 and had chickens for eggs.
I was raised in an agricultural area. Farmers grew vegetables, fruits like melons, cotton, alfalfa (for hay) that were shipped all over the U.S.
In addition to my grandmother being an awesome gardener, she and my grandfather had a small citrus ranch and grew grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, and tangelos.

It is quite interesting that “Law Of Attraction”. Looking back I was also programmed in a way by my mother, the original narcissist in my life. She taught me that her needs were above mine and in order to get any crumbs of love and attention from her I engaged in what I later came to know as “codependent people pleasing behavior” in the hopes of her actually “seeing me” for the intelligent, loving and kind girl and later woman I became. I see that I replicated this same situation in several significant ‘friendships’ and ‘relationships’, I have had over the course of my adult life. I was always trying to do anything I could in the hopes that these people would really “see me and get me”. But sadly it was always about ‘them’ and meeting their needs and rarely there was much reciprocation on their part.
I’ve had to do a lot of processing of this ‘shadow side’ of myself for the past couple of years. I’ve shed a lot of tears in the process. Through this process I have come to the recognition how all these people in my life basically never really “saw me” or even appreciated what I brought to the friendship or relationship. And that’s the lesson… that I no longer need these kind of people in my life anymore. I deserve better and so much more. 🙏🏼

PTSD treatment has a therapy that I've used all my life. I called it "Mirror work." When you feel yourself being pulled in directions that obliterate who you are, claw at your priorities, make you feel less centered and at peace, let yourself look at yourself in a mirror.

So true. I've been writing a book for 15 yrs and up young people to help them navigate past the lies we oldsters had to endure. After 11 years of research, I thought I'd seen all of the horrific possibilities the dark side could come up with... but I hadn't, and I no longer believe I will.
The abyss has been staring at me off and on for my entire life - and you know what I learned? If you look right back at it with the deepest pity, sympathy and love - sometimes, the abyss that stares - is transformed into something completely the opposite.
I've met other folks who have been navigating the space between consciousness and un-consciousness too. They have had demonic attacks to test their ability to pull love from their own soul and project it outward. We all need to do this every day. We can bring the highest frequency into any room full of evil or psychopathic people - and derail their agendas effortlessly with humor.
The last demon to attack me in that space keyed off my innate anger with the sound of a door slamming. I followed the sound in a reddish dim place to some stairs and found a set of Magick symbols on the slamming door in front of me, that I had seen in a 4 part series on Youtube (that is no longer findable). I am not into Magick, but I had looked at the symbols and the short videos.
I felt a presence coming toward me fast. It was a long snake-like thing (similar to the the alien probe in Tom Cruise's war of the worlds when they are in the basement of the house). It had a big black lens on the front end of it and it was menacing pure evil. I was frozen in place and I knew in a flash of awareness, that all I had to protect myself with was love. So I projected a blast of love and sympathy for it's trapped state - and it stopped not far from me.... and began to change color from threatening metallic with a deep black lens, to iridescent blue-purple-silver body and a swirling blue-white iridescent lens - and it started emanating peace.
My occasional journeys to the inner spaces continue, but I have never been threatened again. The demon is my protector and no more have been sent - because I will just bring them out. I am protected because I have asked for benevolent protection.
Those in the energy planes can help us in our physical plane too. My aging Mother slipped on ice by her car and was caught by invisible hands. A friend escaped assassins when their attention was physically diverted away from her. One of my personal practices has been to spend more time every day creating beauty and harmony and less and less time engaging in reacting to all the activities of the dark forces. I'm creating an ever-expanding bee garden sanctuary and am fascinated by watching what the bees and other pollinators love. I've been planting so that there are flowers in bloom from early spring until late in fall. A garden is always a work in progress!
Everything is being grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers but I am using biodynamic preparations that I make along with a local group of biodynamic gardeners. We're learning as we go.
Originally I thought I was creating the garden just for the bees but then I saw how watching happy bees was also incredibly healing for me and for so many of the people in my neighborhood who walk by the garden. They often stop and look at the colorful flowers and take in the beauty and tell me how good they feel when they see the garden, how they appreciate the way the garden changes through the seasons, into fall color, etc.
We all have brilliant, God-given creative power. Expressing that creativity in ways that restore and heal us is one of our superpowers!
I think I understand, Sophia. I was an amateur beekeeper for 13 years, and I experience so much joy when I see bees -- and other pollinators -- enjoying the flowers. Watching them roll around in the pollen of certain flowers like roses and poppies make me laugh with joy.
Gardening helps one really connect with oneself and nature. And not many people do it these days. Back in my Mom’s and my Grandmother’s times it was quite common to see beautiful gardens, taken care of by women and men, not some “migrant mow and blow landscape guy”. I grew up in an agricultural area, in a smaller town of a few thousand people, then we moved to a bigger town of over ten thousand, and people had amazing gardens there as well. My grandmother was an amazing gardener, and my Mom had a couple of older women friends who”lived out in the country” and had amazing gardens of flowers and ornamentals.

Gardening was a thing back then. People like my grandmother grew ‘victory gardens’ for food during WW2 and had chickens for eggs.
I was raised in an agricultural area. Farmers grew vegetables, fruits like melons, cotton, alfalfa (for hay) that were shipped all over the U.S.
In addition to my grandmother being an awesome gardener, she and my grandfather had a small citrus ranch and grew grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, and tangelos.
