Karen Kingston made a rather bizarre statement concerning Dr Malone and FBI/CIA hit squads who were supposedly trying to kill her.
Dr Malone then issued a thoughtful and compassionate (for the circumstances) statement which revealed some facts about the situation.
Karen Kingston has/had malaria. She is probably taking a certain medication to treat it .... and that particular medication has some side effects including depression, anxiety, paranoia and delusions..... and can cause other temporary mental health issues. She also looked like hell during her statement that she issued from Mexico, where she is ‘in-hiding’.
Considering the circumstances and the allegations made against him, I think that it was totally inappropriate for Dr Malone to contact her family.

“We wish to thank everyone who has expressed concern about the health and safety of our daughter, sister, and mother Karen Kingston. Several weeks ago, Karen publicly shared that she was suffering from malaria. For information on the side effects of malaria, please visit CDC.gov. Our sole concern is for Karen’s health, safety, and return. I think that her family is in a much better position to know about her mental health than we are.
I find it amazing that so many people feel qualified to judge Dr Malone’s actions and motives while taking Karen Kingston’s story about CIA and FBI hit squads out to kill her at face value.

He came out against the FBI and CIA’s involvement in censorship, he was one of the first people to call out the vaccines, and he’s had his career and reputation severely damaged by his stance on the issue.

It seems like people are mad at him because he didn’t endorse the more off-the-wall ‘conspiracy theories’ and because he criticized “Died Suddenly” by Stu Peters.
One thing to be aware of too is agitators who hype stuff up. This can be done with bots too. "I don't trust him" or "I don't trust her" etc. All these inflammatory statement fuel the fire. I'm trying to be aware of this possibility.
Make no mistake, Malone is a criminal and nothing more. You cannot work for a criminal lying poison people on purpose company and be a good person, it's simply not possible. I understand having strong differences of opinions and stuff like that and/or even not trusting someone, but to say that they have sought to have them killed is a very extreme claim.
Malone probably could have thicker skin but I would personally speak to that accusation if someone had accused me in public. My first impulse would be anger (since I'm not a psychopath and wouldn't hurt anyone) but if I noticed they might be sick would probably try to urge them to get help.

As someone who has traveled extensively in Mexico for 40 years, I have to say, if she did indeed "flee" to Quintana Roo, she chose one of the most corrupt places to go. QR is home to Cancun, possibly the most corrupt city in Mexico. It was not always this way. I spent a 6 weeks camping on the beach near Tulum QR in 1979 and never had a problem. Jet-set tourism has ruined QR and other "resort destinations" of Mexico.

I found Malone to be inappropriate here as well.

I was actually speaking to Malone intervening in the role of a psychologist...speculating> I found it to be intrusive.
He was speaking to it because she had posted something to the effect of "please tell Malone to call off the CIA" or something like that. It was in a video.
I understand having strong differences of opinions and stuff like that and/or even not trusting someone, but to say that they have sought to have them killed is a very extreme claim.
Malone probably could have thicker skin but I would personally speak to that accusation if someone had accused me in public. My first impulse would be anger (since I'm not a psychopath and wouldn't hurt anyone) but if I noticed they might be sick would probably try to urge them to get help.
I don't know Malone and I don't agree with everything he says. But I don't think he's a CIA asset. Perhaps self serving and a bit of ego, but not someone who is going to try to get someone killed. He's been pretty outspoken against the tyranny and he seems kind of new conspiracy research.
It's plausible that he didn't know how bad vaccines were or that he had a change of heart. I really don't know for sure. But I do know that the speculation and fighting plays right into the hands of the tyrants. They like divisive drama, so I don't think it's good to feed it.

Stack readers were recently posting in comments that she had been located and was safe as were her son and mom. Why would they do this? More bots to throw others off her trail? Mexico is an interesting choice for one seeking safety from a three letter agency with a hit out...and with Horsey Lusitano on your trail no less. I remember watching her analysis back in August of 21-one of the first after Yeadon to clearly and intelligently identify the dangers and thinking “she is gonna be on a list for sure”. I am so grateful for her truth-telling and courage under fire...if they did get to her, which is likely, what a loss for all of humanity. I hope we learn what did happen but doubt we ever will.

As someone who has traveled extensively in Mexico for 40 years, I have to say, if she did indeed "flee" to Quintana Roo, she chose one of the most corrupt places to go. QR is home to Cancun, possibly the most corrupt city in Mexico. It was not always this way. I spent a 6 weeks camping on the beach near Tulum QR in 1979 and never had a problem. Jet-set tourism has ruined QR and other "resort destinations" of Mexico.

I’m actually a virus skeptic at this point! I think much of my problems started after a booster shot mmr for work in an autistic kindergarten classroom, oh the irony & I got Lyme at work on the playground. I’ve been on disability far too long.
