I think it was near the end of 2015 when I decided I was going to start following national print media more closely, and I started with the Washington Post. I liked the opportunity to post comments to articles, which I don't think was or is an option with the NY Times. Over the next few years I grew frustrated and alarmed about what was being written, and how activists and unelected subversives, often revealing little more about themselves than their names, had arrogated the role of unofficial captains of the Western ship. Who are they? Were they elected to anything? Is there some reason why even conservative politicians seem to fear what is written about them, perhaps by spoiled 20-something new grads with laptops and a taste for grievance culture?

My comments were occasionally censored by WaPo. Once, I translated some French text that showed up in the story photo, and shortly thereafter they took down the photo. It was a condemnation of the cowardice of the officials who admitted a murderous illegal immigrant in Europe.

I decided I wasn't going to pay these people as a subscriber. Eventually they grew more restrictive with their paywall; for a while I found a glitch that allowed me to get in nonetheless, but even that vanished with updates. I could get in on a few free stories per month, per device. After a few years of provoking the ire of other commenters, I lost interest and gave up any hopes of changing minds in a room full of idiots drinking the Kool-Aid. Later learning that WaPo was part of the so-called "Trusted News Initiative," helping to propagandize and punish on behalf of COVID tyranny, I was hardly surprised. They've done enormous damage, told incalculable lies by commission or omission, and deserve to end up in financial ruin.

They do deserve to end up in financial ruin, but they are aggressively helping to suppress the truth for the benefit of the criminals who run Pfizer and the Fed, so they will always be given as much money as it takes to keep them spewing propaganda via the TV, NY Times, and NPR.

Jonathan Capehart is such a smug you know what _______. (Fill in the blank). Never liked the guy even when he started out on Morning Joe. He’s become even more of a smug “you know what”, as he’s gotten older.

How I hope you're right. But at this point, these people don't seem to be at all bashful or concerned about appearances. They're all in on the steal; decades of prep for Agenda 2030 are on the line, and they'll do anything at this point, I fear.

By all that is rational, yes, trump should win.

I'm afraid you underestimate the 'steal' that the lefty is trying.

For anyone with a functioning brain trump should win, for those with tds, well they put down horses don't they?

Your country will never survive the 2 groups.

Of course, all three of them are obnoxious--it's like watching a fight between people you despise. Whether it was the host suppressing his anger at being 'lectured,' the chick struggling to 'recollect her thoughts' after someone dared to get angry--of the other dude finally walking out after years and years of just faking it.

hola, celia.

it was perhaps, for me, very interesting and amusing to see the co-host go into freeze, then stumble around with a form of cognitive dissonence. and then, synchronicity(?), the other guest's connection breaks. the timing of that is... well, a synchronicity that the integrity of nbc is completely broken, in this case.

The technique ( Recipe , Algorithm ) : First , create a 50/50 split to mentally paralyze , then isolate the individual ( ie , put the kid into the corner wearing a dunce cap ) . Now , experiment with a fear factor and see if it sticks , via the hoped for creation of anxiety . Once anxiety is created , introduce a slogan that has a cadence , or a hand movement that is easily repeated . The slogan or hand movement is then able to create Mass Formation , via recognition of "Tribal Memetic Action" , and then , the newly formatted group holds priority to the prior collective that the individual is now moved out of via this manipulation .

i've explored that in my substack series 'obedience to authority.' and i just updated my antidote to all that, which is to see that we are living with bully stockholm syndrome — some of that created with the method(s) you clearly and accurately articulated. my solution, or contribution to the solution, is to begin to remove from our language bullying, guilting and 'othering' language, the last which i describe as the deserving/undeserving split. that split is mostly unconscious as to its really perniciousness. my approach is relatively east to see and understand and to enact. in my experience, and with my friends who have taken it on with sincerity, it is really a powerful antidote to what is happening.

A pleasure to watch that. Yes, "Big media" is in the midst of an implosion.

I hope that the same comes to "Big medicine" in this country. More than simply "failing" during the COVID operation, it aided and abetted it -- just as Big Media did.

It's all theatre..Trump is their chosen one. He will win but they'll make it seem like it's going to be a.close run thing, that he might not make it, so you invest more in it. MSM falling apart, the whole country on the edge of their seats it's all a distraction. You only get to select from the candidates that are given to you. Trump is one of them, disguised as your hero.

The presstitute bordellos have always been sleazy state propaganda outlets just as Big Pharma has always been a criminal cesspool. The presstitutes reports some legit news, and Big Pharma produces some great products because evil has to exist with a cover. Now Big pharma has become genocidal with the modRNA biowrapons, and the presstitute bordellos are pretty much all in on state propaganda with minimal-to-no truth being reported. Our world is completely upside down.

Wow , now them's some wild linguistics ! Got 2 luv it ! Honestly the only way out of this maze is to create some new words , some new phrases , and some new images that allow actual page turning moving forwards to happen . Lately , if I can insist on a word that remains underlined by red dashes on my computer , I feel satisfaction . Keep the question mark in the equation , people . PS , the more and more frequent use of letters that stand for a meaning is a red flag for me , even good people with good ... anagrams ? I have to check , hold on a sec , anagram , acrostic , LGBTQ alphabet land words , to me , are very dangerous . The beauty of the English Language is in the intricacy , which brings forth the ability to truly accurately describe innuendo . There is a reason why the French HATED puns , and the British take huge delight in them . The reason is > When the two words that mean different things via context yet have the same sound , pronunciation , and occasionally the same spelling COLLIDE in the brain , it smashes logic and laughter must ensue . However , these letters that stand for things become UBER generalizations , which act like .... ok , here ya go , they act like a giant pimple emerging on the cheek of a beautiful virgin or on the middle of the nose of a great warrior . Disgusting to me . Have a good laugh on my account and blessings . Keep writing ! J

There is a fantastic movie , I think from the 1980's , titled "Ridicule" all about wit and parry . A country gentleman goes to the King at Versailles to get funding to drain an actual swamp because the people are getting malaria from the mosquitos . His adventures and so on , it is beautiful and charming .
