He's explaining it to a group of what appears to be Aeroflot flight attendants. Everything, now, is propaganda, but it’s not all of the same intensity or variety. So we are not propaganda-phobic. Rather, we discern it.

The questions are fawning (or are they just nationalistically healthy?) and sincere at the same time. Very interesting.
