Thank you for this post. And I want to tell you that some of your people (insofar as people like Reiner and RFK - and me - are part of your people) are with you. I was very touched by your post.

Beautiful, Celia. Your thoughts and words brought me to tears.

I had a conversation the other day with my sister who has a severe case of TDS, and takes every available opportunity to reveal it to me. I had to interrupt it to share my thoughts that we are in a war against humanity and we are being goaded into right-left conflicts to keep us distracted while we are being stabbed in the back by those who want our demise.

My stance was that if “they” want us to fight each other, the remedy must be that we find ways to be cohesive, to find common ground and support each other if humanity is to have any chance of survival.

What do we want, rather than bicker about what we don’t want.

Words are powerful. Let’s push through this with love.

Ekoh, I suspect that TDS is a genuine possessed state. It seemed that way in 2016, and after, all the years that followed. It is characterized by a supernatural rage/hsyeria, and a refusal to soften or change or listen or hear. Demonic.

I was also quite moved by your words, Celia, and particularly impressed by your inclusion of Jesus’ house divided teaching in Matthew 12, and the acknowledgment of the supernatural, demonic rage/hysteria that characterizes so many on the left. In that vein, I also love Jesus’ teaching about casting one’s pearls before swine, and find it fascinating that the group of demons called Legion actually begged Jesus to cast them into a herd of swine. Am I saying that the left are demon-possessed swine? Not exactly, but if the shoe fits…🙂

Ekoh,

I hope you sister felt your words. I get a knot in my stomach when I try to talk with any of my sisters in the way you describe. I usually get no meaningful response and I hang my head. I don't know where to go from there, but I can't stop loving them.

I agree, why does it have to be a right/left, black/white deal? Where has the neutral color gray gone? And I am definitely a ‘shades of gray’ kinda gal! 😉

(Just kidding!) I’m assaulted on a regular basis from both sides of the political aisle’s thinking. But the left side in particular goes immediately to “if you are not on their “lefty/progressive/woke (and rather moronic)

side of things”, one has to be, and I quote a certain person today on FB post, “A MAGA cultist”! Geez! 🫨😬

I'd go further. Restore or re-establish the core value of body sovereignty.

The west talked a lot of shit about all that stuff at Nuremberg etc. but pretty much has ignored ALL those laws since before the ink dried

We could get rid of Religious and medical exemptions also. Not because those aren't good things but because THEY SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY!

I SAID NO should be sufficient. Your body is sovereign. No one is allowed to needle rape you and you should not have to bring a note to say you have a rape exemption

Reversing the 1986 indemnification is a monumental step in itself. But the bigger challenge is eliminating the PREP Act, active until 2030, which would make culpable the entire DoD and National Security State juggernaut. Will Trump agree to that? Krofter, four years ago I was still on the hamster wheel grinding out a living. That is, too busy to read this wonderful magnum opus.

Once during the Mercola days you answered a lard question, I believe, steering me to "Islander", also a hog keeper.

A lot has changed since then and I'm thankful for a second chance to read your well researched essays.

I hope I live to see the day that my institutionalized medical sibs relent and read it too.

I agree. ... I think.

What I mean to say is, while allowing people to sue is our right and our recourse, IN PRACTICE it is not a recourse that is available to the average person in both the $$$ and "disposition to sue". sense. Many if not most people don't have the money to sue and don't have ready access to good lawyers. They just know their lives have been ruined. But on top of that they may not be predisposed to sue and if they or those they are responsible for have been injured they may be too crushed and with too little energy to sue

I suspect the fighters are the outliers. Many people when catastrophic injury hits them go in to a dark place, maybe even hope it all ends soon so they can just get it over with.

I know, I am meandering. But removing EUA and rebooting the right to sue NEEDS to happen but is too easy, we need more than just the right to sue. Because, in the evil world as it is, it could be an easy business decision to go ahead, market and deploy STUFF YOU KNOW IS VICIOUSLY HARMFUL and if someone wakes up to it. Oh well? Pay them off and continue to tell them "it's all in your imagination"

The DOD & DARPA spend trillions to brain wash you to think dam anything they want you to think. Even perhaps convincing you that "it wasn't the shot that hurt you, it was something YOU did that hurt you". Like if your kid dies of SIDS. Welp. Shoulda made him sleep on his back (or was it sleep on the belly?). Whatever. I recall LOTS of debates about infant sleep hygiene and NEVER ONCE did anyone mention "maybe we should look at the needle rape".

Where am I going with this ...??? I am not even sure myself. But I think what we need besides "the right to sue" is REAL JAIL TIME AND REAL PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. If Fauci for example knew people were dying because of his advice (presuming he knew Remdesivir for example destroyed kidneys and did not help COVID, just one example), what the hell does it mean if he spends no time in jail &/or his heirs inherit the wealth accrued from all those deaths?

Seems there is never any PERSONAL accountability even when it is pretty well known things were done with full knowledge of the harm it would cause. Everything his hidden behind LLC's, and bankruptcy and phantom digital fiat currency poof'd in to existence and ultimately backed by indebting the victims.

Bottom line is

In many of these egregious cases massive harm and murder has been KNOWINGLY PERP'D and our best "remedy" is "Gee it would be nice if we could sue". Not enough for me. "Gee it would be nice if we could put some people in jail in perpetuity would be THE MINIMUM to perhaps slow down the evil. When you have people KNOWINGLY repressing the autism and other harm stats and yet pushing forth with the "Safe and Effective" coercion narrative.... Sorry, threatening to maybe possibly sue the LLC or whatever they hide behind is not going to deter much of anything

Because the consequence is not personal. People can do egregious things but still keep their freedom and their fortune. They don't care if you don't like them because the money they have landed will easily buy some else's pretend affection. You can't just scheme to hide damning data for 55 years and then when you are outed go "oh well, we had no idea what we were hiding". When that sort of nonsense happens WHY AREN'T PEOPLE DRAGGED OFF TO COURT IMMEDIATELY???!!! No one hides damning data for 55 years because it is not damning. And yet they can turn around and clot shot cancer up stroke out and heart fail the millions and it is all "nothing to see here". No consequence AT ALL.

PERSONAL and consequential penalties is the least that one might expect to bring back a bit of transparency

Without PERSONAL consequences it all just becomes a lawyer enrichment scheme. The lab rats will continue to be harmed with impunity

In general all technologists reserve the right to deploy their technologies and place the onus upon those harmed to PROVE they were harmed (almost always those least able or fit to do so).

The ordinary person generally sees it differently. We would like the onus to be upon the technologist (almost always those best placed and best able) to PROVE their technology is safe BEFORE they deploy it.

So long as the first regime remains (effectively) in place, technology reigns unchecked, because the cost and trouble of proving HARM, one by one, AFTER the fact will always be too prohibitive, on average, to put much of a brake on any given technology.

Only if the second regime is ever (effectively) put in place will technology ever SERVE people with products proven to benefit and not harm BEFORE the fact.

It's something I've been thinking about for a long time - not only in respect of vaccines and other drugs, but also in relation to all the different transmission enerG's - 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G... and so on. :)

I've shut my Wifi off and keep my cell turned off much as possible. When Verizon added 5G to the Wifi router (it shows a 4G & 5G channel) I decided just for giggles to look up the frequencies. You just about the same ones coming from your kitchen microwave. Duh:) Because they're microwave. Imagine that. I always wondered "just how good is that shielding on the kitchen microwave". This is purely anecdotal but my friend who uses wireless earbuds (which I am trying to get him to stop doing), soon as he goes near to the microwave (while it is running) the earbuds go south). We are being cooked with every imaginable frequency from sound (audible to ultrasound) to EMF, infrared to Gamma. Some of them are actually good for us. Few things nicer than a heat lap on a cold day. But we are being roasted alive. Personally I think the day will come when microwave harm will be to telecom what cancer was to big tobacco. You can't be blasting hot dog roaster waves right into brains from infant to dirt nap without it doing a little cooking. Irony there of course is because of the probable vax induced SIDS everyone has crib monitors which I am told is yet more microwave. NOT GOOD to be scrambling brains before they've had a time to unscramble and get organized.

Yes... hopefully... and then (providing we haven't managed to get the onus of proof shifted) they'll move their R&D departments on to the next new thing... :)

It's a wonder any of us are still alive and kicking! :)

Switching the onus of proof, so the work is on them to PROVE safety, and not on us to PROVE harm, would change everything. It would rearrange the way the incentives work.

For example, in relation to EMF's you'll find the usual disclaimer "no evidence of harm" used in the FAQ in relation to EMF hypersensitivity, thusly:

"Although there are a number of people who experience substantial suffering that they believe is caused by exposure to RF EMFs, there is no evidence that this is actually related to the RF EMF exposure. Conversely, the research points to the symptoms being caused by the belief that there is RF EMF exposure, which is referred to as the nocebo effect. For example, although people report symptoms when they know that they are exposed to RF EMFs, once appropriate blinding is used to ensure that both the experimenter and the sufferer do not know whether there is RF EMF exposure, the effect disappears. As there is no evidence that symptoms in EHS individuals are related to RF EMF exposure, there would be no benefit of applying RF EMF restrictions specifically to account for EHS. Accordingly, restrictions have not been set to separately account for EHS, and individuals who believe that they are adversely affected by RF EMF are treated as part of the general public in terms of RF EMF restrictions."

https://www.icnirp.org/en/rf-faq/index.html

It will always be possible to say "there is NO EVIDENCE of harm" so long as:

a) you take good care never to look for any, and

b) you take extra good care to gaslight and explain away any harms that anyone affected has tried very hard, and at great expense and trouble, to prove to you.

So, in general, always look for the size of the effort actually made by the purveyor of whatever technology to PROVE safety before deploying and then judge any disclaimers they make in relation to "no evidence" accordingly.

Please order the glass of Prosecco and raise it to Bobby Kennedy and all the unsung heroes (yourself included), alive and fallen. The Sanhedrin had no mercy or forgiveness in their hearts (if they even had hearts) and extended no grace. But Bobby and all the "despised" can revel and cry in this redemptive victory today. You have hearts, you cry, you laugh, you love, you feel for others - yes, even those with whom you may disagree. God bless all of you who have endured since 1993. Thank you, Celia. Your accounts of multiple interactions with RFK, his integrity, care, consistency, determination to get accurate information, and faithfulness over time are of such great value. His Real Anthony Fauci is a giant of a book. Thank you for your role in it and thus in the vast data base of real information available through his work and Children's Health Defense. That you similarly provide through The Truth Barrier - with breadth, depth and truth that can only come from personal experience and loss. Please read Matthew 24, all of it. Here's a short quote:

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come."

The rest of the chapter is worth reading, and re-reading. Truth matters! Hang in there, Celia.
