This *might* increase their legal exposure (when their workers start dropping) and thus their zeal to proceed, but we'd need to get the fear of legal liability in place, and that requires proving the lethality/destructiveness and ineffectiveness of the vaccines, as there is no discussion in this decision that implicates any of this. Dr. Pam Popper and her attorney Tom Renz in Ohio have successfully challenged the Ohio government by challenging the emergency orders in court not by arguing unconstitutionality. Their purpose is to go into discovery To force the government to prove there is an emergency and during the discovery phase it would be revealed that there are no grounds for these emergencies nor perhaps ever was as the true information is revealed about this Big Lie, All of which is provable using the governments own Numbers! In each case the Ohio government backed down knowing that they could not prove an emergency existed! Thus Ohio became an open state in August 2021

I agree this is great news but as usual they bargained. Now healthcare workers will have to decide between a job or their life. This is going to create a huge healthcare worker shortage and that includes nurses and doctors. We are already experiencing this crisis. These workers most of whom have natural immunity cared for COVID patients for almost 2 years now and without a vaccine. They are probably the safest of all Americans because they have natural immunity. Forcing a medical procedure on anyone is unconstitutional and the in my opinion the Supreme Court failed us again.
Another court case protecting federal workers and health care workers must be in the works now, I hope. Mandating vaccines should not be coming from OSHA.

In California they are so shorthanded in hospitals that they are allowing Covid positive healthcare workers to work! There are now more positive Covid cases than there are negative! It’s known through La Quinta Columna that the regular yearly flu vaccine had graphene oxide in it in 2019 and probably before. Graphene oxide creates the same symptoms that are being attributed to Covid disease. Thus the bioweapon causing the disease could have been in the regular flu vaccine. It’s also known that the older people who died at Bergamo had gotten the quadrivalent flu vaccine. There was also a big 5G rollout there as in Wuhan also affecting oxygen. Add to this the drastic pollution in Bergamo, Wuhan and other hotspots.

Their purpose is to go into discovery To force the government to prove there is an emergency and during the discovery phase it would be revealed that there are no grounds for these emergencies nor perhaps ever was as the true information is revealed about this Big Lie, All of which is provable using the governments own Numbers! In each case the Ohio government backed down knowing that they could not prove an emergency existed! Thus Ohio became an open state in August 2021

She and Renz analyzed thousands of failed lawsuits over lockdowns nationwide and found that they all were arguing the "Unconstitutional angle" but were swept aside because "This is an EMERGENCY" which requires "Temporarily suspending our rights"...sooooo she and Renz said.. "lets challenge them on the Emergency angle and drive them into discovery where we can PROVE there is no more emergency!" All people should have this right but this does not cover all. This is a small tactical victory on which we can hopefully build. We cannot relax until the power is taken away from the criminals at the top of the power pyramid. All our problems emanate from one source.
I agree this is great news but as usual they bargained. Now healthcare workers will have to decide between a job or their life. This is going to create a huge healthcare worker shortage and that includes nurses and doctors. We are already experiencing this crisis. These workers most of whom have natural immunity cared for COVID patients for almost 2 years now and without a vaccine. They are probably the safest of all Americans because they have natural immunity. Forcing a medical procedure on anyone is unconstitutional and the in my opinion the Supreme Court failed us again.
Another court case protecting federal workers and health care workers must be in the works now, I hope. Mandating vaccines should not be coming from OSHA.
No one is even bothering to fight for federal workers who are losing their jobs due to Biden's order. And yeah, let's toss those healthcare workers to the curb too. This is a concession to business, not any victory worth celebrating.
In California they are so shorthanded in hospitals that they are allowing Covid positive healthcare workers to work! There are now more positive Covid cases than there are negative! Everybody has Covid!!! Could it have anything to do with the brand new PCR test they released as of January 1st??? Or the fact that everybody who’s been vaccinated is testing positive?
