I’d guess my friend’s 90-year-old mother very possibly ran into one of those infiltrators.

As someone born Jewish who walked away while in college I am going through a similar realization about the ugliness that has surrounded “the chosen people”. When we see the way religion can be used for deception and power mongering, it’s rather striking.
