Why are so many of these potential witnesses silenced by "suicide"? Wouldn't any confess, seek contrition, redemption, and forgiveness before death?
If our governments cared about these crimes, these "suicides" would've been prevented. Conversely, if our agencies valued the operation, they would threaten or kill potential witnesses.
