we all carry a coin in our breast pocket, on one side is hope and joy, on the other - fear and sorrow.
we spend it as we are accustomed to...& often the world hands you the coin with the negative side face up- and it is incumbent upon one's internal alchemy- to transmute or 'flip' it so that what you expend- comes back to you thousandfold.
(upon reflection- this can be reduced to "when life hands you lemons...")
I love NDE stories. They aren’t all of heaven and light, some describe going to hell and it being more horrific than anything you could ever imagine. I try to keep all this is mind.

Then place your best headphones on; turn the volume up; and set the following 5-segment playlist (a continuous Gregorian Chant that is split into 5 tracks) to play in track-order. Ensure that the YouTube or YouTube Music repeat button 🔁 is selected so that you listen to it multiple times (I recommend 5 to 10 times); and if possible that Autoplay and Gapless Playback are enabled in the App settings or Web browser.
I notice all his opinions about “hot-button issues” are the ones that don’t threaten book sales.
Part of that I’m willing to credit to the nebulous nature of describing something we don’t have the macro-cognitive ability to observe, much less articulate.
But most of it, I suspect, is book sales and not having to answer those danged pesky questions in the dark at 2 am, or discouraging the book sales to those who also don’t want to answer those pesky questions at 2 am.

Research the matrix reincarnation soul trap theory. It resonates with me as there is so much evidence for it from different sources. The best researchers in to the theory think that the white light & apparitions of Jesus / loved ones is all a trick to make us go to the light where we are then mind wiped & put reincarnated back to this prison planet
