These people who masquerade full-time as the opposite sex have an association with the Satanic or Luciferian cult. I learned about this when in the 1990s I was part of a support group for a woman born into a cult family who'd been tortured into structured (as opposed to reactive) multiple personalities.
According to our protectee, to rise in the cult, a person had to sacrifice their first-born child, or, failing that, the child's gender. I also would like to point out that for example here in Spain the law is very -overly protective of trans people, so I wondered why they would have chosen to hide the fact that the "first lady" is a trans woman. The only explanation I've gathered is the Masonic ritual, I mean the concealing part of it in the face of everyone and also because I've read that the androgynous component is also a plus..
