The #1 thing to do to avoid inflammation is follow the written advice of Christ - from the little known/read ancient papyrus documents (2 of them) titled "The Essene Gospel of Peace" and know that that advice was proven by science in 2016. See the youtube interviews of Dr. Satchin Panda by Dr. Rhonda Patrick (microbiologist). Avoid having "excess circulating glucose ECG) in your blood stream as the sun is setting. So eat NO meat within at least 6 hrs of sunsetting. Panda proved the ECG causes inflammation all thru the night EVEN if you had eaten "highly nutritious food".

As the sun sets melatonin is produced into the blood (for sleeping). The pancreas goes to "sleep" and doesn't release insulin to get rid of the ECG. It's that simple. Here's the link to the Gospel.

https://media2-production.mightynetworks.com/asset/50819821/Sz_kely__E.B._-_The_Essene_Gosel_Of_Peace__1_.pdf#_gl=1*1csly6s*_ga*ODE4NDM0NDg4LjE3MjQ2OTc0OTU.*_ga_T49FMYQ9FZ*MTczNDk4NDc0My4xMDkuMS4xNzM0OTg0ODA3LjAuMC4w*_ga_NEGJ2SXNP7*MTczNDk4NDc0My4xMTAuMS4xNzM0OTg0ODA2LjYwLjAuMA..

Notice the first two paragraphs are about health - not praying, salvation, etc. To your HEALTH.

7 years ago, at age 66, I was getting my affairs in order - after 25 years of daily/nightly suffering and no help from 21 doctors or massage, yoga, etc and ever thing imaginable that offered hope. All to no avail. I stopped eating after 4PM (to be ubber sure) and saw benefits in a week or two and total healing of all my problems in a month or so. I am at age 73 a FREAK of health. I have had stranger, men around 40'ish, on a golf course say "You barely look 50."

Two weeks ago I ran a 5k cross-county course - in 24 minutes and 20 seconds. The National Masters News Standard of Excellence for men 70-74 for a FLAT TRACK 5K is 27:40 but this course is all grass and has 3 big hills of about 30 feet of vertical elevation. AND my "training" TOTAL for the prior 6 months was a mere 46 miles - 1.7 miles per week.

Folks, after 25 years of suffering I now know this is what God's "Normal" looks like. Unbelievable in the senior amateur running world AND my years of experience as an amateur competitive runner.

As Hippocrates wrote 2,400 years ago: "If YOU are sick and still eating YOU are feeding your illness. Stop eating and YOU will heal." They knew MORE than science tells us today that long ago.

Finally, the first document was found in 1923 by Dr. Edmond Bordeaux Szekely and the 2nd was found amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls 1946/47. Where was the first found? In the Secret ARchives of the Vatican. But Szekely wrote that the Vatican/Council of Nicean had that document in the 3rd Century AD but REJECTED IT FROM INCLUSION IN THE BIBLE.

Ponder that for a bit - in a world where many truths have been withheld or obfuscated for a reason that has everything to do with health - specifically poor health. Right Dr. Fauci? Birx? ...

Also ask yourself, why wasn't the finding of the first person written words of Christ, by his fellow Essenes in the 1st C.E. not taught in Catholic Schools and preached from the choirs. And when the 2nd confirming document was found in 1946 - why didn't that rock-the-world. Two copies in proven ancient documents and I never heard about it even though I went to Catholic Church and school for 12 years!!? The evil ones silenced Christ in his day and also Essene Christians. Why?

THe historian Josephus OF THAT TIME and LOCATION, sheds some light. He wrote of Christ and the Essenes and he said "The Essenes are long lived AND NEARLY DEVOID OF ILLNESS....". They were outliving the Roman citizens by 30 to 50 years - "nearly devoid of illness." Want one more?

The indigenous Cherokee Indians had elders around 150 years old and "still quite active" and "even the old women (in their 80's) "do things that I cannot do" - from the autobiography of British Lt Henry Timberlake who LIVED with them for a few months in 1762 (Smoky Mtn) area. He wrote that the mother of the Chief - that he interfaced with routinely per a Treaty, "carried wood on her back for 1 to 2 miles" that he estimated at "200 weight" (224 lbs). He knew the Chief was 59 so he figured she was in her 80's.

God's Normal. Folks.

Those who are not of the Hebrew tribes, yet are interested in what scripture has to say a about what people are to eat, may want to re-read the story of Noah.

Curious about why the rainbow symbol had been so vigorously co-opted, I reread the story of Noah, the ark, and the flood.

Genesis 9:1-3

And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Interesting, eh?

Many thanks for the link to the Essene Gospel, so many words and beautiful thoughts. Problem is in Scandinavia in winter the sun sets around two o´clock, so then what? No meat at all apparently in wintertime. And in summer way up north the sun never sets at all, so no meat then either. I myself have been on a fish diet for years, supposedly good?

And people who live near the Arctic Circle are not supposed to eat during the winter? And eat 24 hours a day during the time of the midnight sun?

Or, maybe advice given to people living in a very different climate and much closer to the equator does not necessarily apply to everyone living everywhere?

I have nearly finished this document that you included: the words of Jesus to the sick. I am astounded. There are sentences, phrases, words that have been lifted and put in the bible, but certainly taken out of the context of this document. The Catholic Church has had these documents all along --does not surprise me. I too went to Catholic schools and churches growing up and we were "taught" very little of the words and truth of Jesus. It was for this reason I eventually rejected the Church, besides knowing of their debauchery and treachery as I got older. When the "Covid" scam started knew I needed strength from God to lead me through what I assumed would be a terrible time. I have been so grateful for Celia's Truth Barrier and so many other truthful and loving and strong people; all through the internet. I have very few friends around me, but am so grateful for each and every one of them. We can hug each other and help each other form a new community. Bless you.

Bless you too. Thanks for replying. I want to first greatly acknowledge your noticing that the "Bibles" have some stuff out of this Essene Gospel but out of context. So KUDO's to you. There is a great book from a while ago: "The Dead Sea Scroll Deception". The authors concluded that in the 1950's - when the DSS's were being studied, that Israel controlled the Vatican which controlled the steering committee over the experts studying the DSS. So some things were revealed and other things were not. This book reveals that one of those experts responded to another, by letter (1956) who had written to say he was considering taking a job with "The Church." The other man, still studying the DSS, said "I wouldn't worry about taking that job if I were you. When I'm finished (with his study of the DSS) the church will cease to exist." BOOM!!! 1956 Apparently he had evidence that the basis for the formation of "The Church" (RCC) was refutable. But that man was silenced, as were others, - encouraged to shut up. 1956.

NOTE/FYI: Around 2019 a man wrote two letters to POTUS DJT. His name is Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano who WAS the Nuncio (Vatican's representative) to the USA under the current Pope and the previous Pope Benedict. I got to read those two letters because they were posted in a special place on the internet. Vigano told DJT "There is a great evil in the Church." NO details but I learned what this evil is about from another source - Vatican Watcher Leo Zagami who told what he knew to Alex Jones around the same time. "... A great evil." Feel free to reply or not. Happy New Year. Maybe soon to be the greatest year in all of human history.

Archbishop Vigano is a hero to many practicing Catholics. I read everything he has to say with a longing for the love for Jesus Christ and his ministry to the Human Race that Vigano, I believe, tries to convey. His writing to DJT reminds me of a book written by Malachi Martin: Windswept House. I would like to read The Dead Sea Scroll Deception. What do you know of its authors?

This will seem not believable at first but over several years following this website, I have yet to find a way to prove it true OR prove it "fake news". The most compelling evidence for "True" is the story on Oprah W. If you look back at the news, she went on a "sabbatical" for a week or so and came back about 50% lighter. In May 2024 I did a 7 day fast - only salt and water - (Per Christ's advise in the Essene Gospel) and lost only 7% of my weight. WAS Oprah on a sabbatical OR a GITMO "vacation." And A REAL FACT is that around 2019 two Army Veterans (Derek JOhnson and Dr. Lee Merritt) both talked about how GITMO's building capacity had increased exponentially recently (under DJT). There is indication from two sources that there are currently over 300,000 sealed indictments for traitors, perverts, criminals-against-humanity, etc. 19,000 are people in the medical arena (doctors, nurses, administrators, etc.)

As Q (aka Military Intelligence) posted often. "Get your popcorn and enjoy the show."

Oh, BTW, "Dr." - as in front of Fauci - means "Dead rat" :)

I have more recently thought back to a couple of events when I was just a little guy after which there was no resolution. Those two things alone without any reassurance in tow could have set an early course for my life.

She came to live with us at age 90, demented, immobile, overweight, on several meds, constipated, in constant pain etc. On a low carb organic whole-foods diet with very low omega6 PUFAs, plus some supplements, she regained her sense of smell, lost the excess pounds, was able to dress, shower and toilet herself again, walk twice a day without supervision and shed all but one medication for hypertension. Her dementia receded. Her lifelong restless leg syndrome went away. This only took six months. Unfortunately she gradually lost ground after starting memory care day programs where they fed her processed snacks and juice drinks etc. It was really pronounced.

Pork is meat, too. Pork is 'red meat'.

My understanding is that the pork on the Iberian peninsula has not been 'industrialized' as it has been for decades in the U.S., resulting in dry, flavorless, excessively lean meat sold as pork in U.S. supermarkets.

Isn't most Iberian pork still from traditional breeds, or crosses with those breeds, that have a nice ratio of fat to lean? Aren't many of them still fed kept on the land and fed a mostly natural diet? Some grain supplementation does not ruin the flavor or the nutrient content of pork, though pork from animal managed this way may be less expensive.

https://www.allrecipes.com/article/iberico-ham/

The entire animal is delicious, so more affordable cuts than the legendary cured jamon Iberico can be enjoyed.

In the U.S., there are numerous small farms and smallholdings ('homesteads') raising traditional breeds free-range on pastures & woodlots, and fed garden scraps, sometimes pre-customer restaurant scraps, old produce from supermarkets etc, and often supplemented with some grain.

Government regulations are designed to keep small farms & family smallholdings from offering the food they produce directly to consumers - so making pork,o r beef, lamb, etc, available by the cut may be too expensive & time consuming. However, you CAN buy the live animal or a share (usually half, sometimes a quarter), and the farmer can deliver it for you to a custom butcher where you will pick up your meat.

WARNING: Once you eat the real thing, you may never be able to eat the stuff sold in supermarkets. Supermarket beef is often OK, but the difference between 'real' milk & the white fluid that sells & taste like the plastic jug its sold in... eggs from hens on pasture... chicken & turkey raised on the land... and heritage breed pork raised on pasture and/or woodlot & fed a natural diet is amazing.

RealMilk.com - Info and sources for 'unfooled around with' milk.

Look for hogs (a pig is a young hog) that are long, deep, and wide. Too many of the traditional breeds in the U.S. have been commercialized - turned into 'the other white meat' - so we can't rely on breed name or color & markings. The pig or hog should be 'chubby', but not have rolls of fat over it's eyes. Ask about the feed, and see where the pigs are kept. Pork from a pig kept in a nasty mucky pen will tend to taste like the muck smells. Ours free-range with the cattle & sheep on pasture, and forage in the woods. Yes, they eat grasses & 'weeds' and clover, etc too.

We must find the farmers raising good food in our area, and support them- while we still have a choice.

Farmer's Markets and websites are too expensive & time consuming for some smaller farms & smallholdings- so check the Farm & Garden section of Craigslist.

If you can't find local sources, these farms offer quality products from livestock raised naturally, on the land:

AmosMillerOrganicFarm.com - WhiteOakPastures.com - NourishedbyNature.com - PolyfaceFarms.com -

The price is higher, in part because they are not luring you in to sell you toothpaste (use a natural salt like Redmond's instead), or other high mark-up stuff we mostly don't need - including manufactured food-like products.

When we first made the switch to mostly carnivore keto, aka 'ketovore', we were ravenous... then our appetites diminished, and we found ourselves eating less, apparently because the mostly meat diet was much more nutrient-dense than the SAD stuff we had been eating before.

The cost per pound of junk like chips & cheetos is not low, either.

IF all you can access or afford is supermarket beef, pork, chicken, cheeses, or eggs- while they are not as beneficial as the eco-farmed heritage breed versions, they are much more nutritious than anything else sold in supermarkets.

Hope this info helps.

People really need to become aware of the fact that every single symptom this woman experienced is a symptom of RADIATION POISONING. Frontal lobe damage is a well-known side effect of cell phone use, which I have extensively documented in my book, "Are Wireless Devices Really Safe?". My book can only be found on my website since it's been banned on Amazon and elsewhere for telling far too much Truth and backing it up with over 800 citations. You can find the book here: https://birthofanewearth.com/2019/07/are-wireless-devices-really-safe/

Here's a quick excerpt by Kevin Mottus, President of the US Brain Tumor Association:

"We are seeing a dramatic increase in brain tumors in the three areas of the brain that get the most radiation from cell phones: frontal lobe, temporal lobe, and cerebellum. The Italian Supreme court has already ruled that cell phones can cause brain cancer."

Also, the desire to commit suicide, along with headaches, anxiety, insomnia, brain damage, cognitive dysfunction, etc. -- all are well-known side effects of exposure to wireless radiation. Below is a another quote from my book:

"Neuropsychiatric effects from EMF radiation have been well- documented and include sleep disturbances, insomnia, fatigue, headache, inability to concentrate, cognitive dysfunction, dizziness, vertigo, memory loss, restlessness, tension, anxiety, stress, agitation, irritability, depression, and suicide."

Like this woman, my stepfather - who worked a few hundred yards from a cell tower - developed brain damage and extreme memory dysfunction. He could not find his way home anymore as he was getting so confused. Once he left that job and allowed me to clear out all wireless devices in his home, he recovered his memory. There are many such examples of people recovering from various diseases caused by radiation exposure once they get themselves out of the radiation.

It would be good for people to read my book. We are very late in the game now as they are planning to use the wireless grid to kill alot of people. Please wake up friends and get educated. it is crucial that people get rid of all wireless devices and go back to safe and sane wired devices as soon as possible. Again, here's a link to my book: https://birthofanewearth.com/2019/07/are-wireless-devices-really-safe/

Expand full comment
BirthofaNewEarth's avatar

My sense is that food changes can help for a time, especially eating carcasses as they make the body heavier -- more dense -- and perhaps more alignment with the alien frequencies coming from the wireless grid. But if people continue to be exposed to the radiation, there will likely be a relapse and the next one will be worse. This happens alot to people who "never get sick" and then suddenly get "the flu" (ie, microwave sickness) three times in one year, with the last "flu" really hitting them hard and even taking them down completely for weeks or months.

I think what you comment may be misguided by the deadly sin of specialization.

People who specialize or over-specialize in one subject tend to obsess over it and see it everywhere.

A side note: I don't think obsession is bad per se. Artists are obsessive and art is a very good thing that human beings do, very useful for mental and emotional health. See for example, the Annunciation of Virgion Mary by Fra Angelico. That style of painting denotes a well trained obsession.

https://www.italian-renaissance-art.com/images/Fra-Angelico-Annunciation.jpg

So, back to our topic, a person who specializes in endocrinology will claim every pathology is an hormonal imbalance. Same with brain specialist: depression is only in the brain, everything is the brain, everything is inflammation. Same with an expert in radiation: everything is radiation. Same with an expert in environmental pollution: everything that happens is produced by pesticides, herbicides, etc. Same with a person who specializes in raw veganism: all diseases are caused by eating meat and cereals and plants, humans should only eat fruit and nothing else, everything else is toxic. Same with a psychologist: there is no problem in food or in pollution or in radiation, the emotions manifest as disease in the body, and that explains all inflammation and all dysfunction. Same with the virologist, same with the parasitologist, etc.

Specialization can be very misleading.

Whenever one finds an obsession, it's good to ask "does this obsession produce anything useful?"

I think if a person is in bad health, and a so-called anti-inflammatory diet restores her health... well, it's hard to argue with good results. Whatever it was (one thing, or many things) it was solved —totally, or for the most part— with what she did. Success! Let's celebrate that as much as necessary before returing to our Byzantine debates.

Expand full comment
jeanice barcelo's avatar

Just to be clear, my specialization is in the field of preventing and healing birth trauma. I am deeply active in creating curricula for preconception preparation so that babies can come into this world unharmed by medical abuse -- including radiation exposure from ultrasound, other medical devices, and wireless radiation that permeates all hospitals. I became interested in the topic of wireless radiation while researching for my book, "The Dark Side of Prenatal Ultrasound". So the damage caused by wireless radiation is just one of the many topics I cover in my courses and my books, but the emphasis has been -- and will likely remain -- protecting the incoming children from harm. AND, I believe the danger from the wireless grid is the most important issue of our time.

Expand full comment
agnt RogerW, on Holy Night's avatar

Dear Jeanice, that's not a specialization in the sense I have used the term before. You are pretty much an interdisciplinary expert. My critique does not apply to your work.

I remember you from a CHD tv show.

https://live.childrenshealthdefense.org/chd-tv/shows/tea-time/the-dark-side-of-ultrasound/

That was a surprise for me. Ultrasound imaging seemed harmless to me. And non-invasive, like other "tests" the doctors may want to do.

One wonders how could humans and their domesticated animals have survived for so long without all these medical gizmos around? It seems that as more inventions are used, everything becomes more difficult and dangerous. There is something wrong in all this.

Been on a plant based diet for forty years ; all raw for ten. Works for me. Read, “The Raw Gorilla”. End the slaughter in factory farms. The animal holocaust.

DRK's avatar

Gorillas are one of a few true herbivore primates. They have huge guts so the microbes can break down the massive amounts of low-nutrient density plants they eat. Humans no longer have a massive organ to do this, only the appendix is left.

The brain uses a dispropotionate amount of energy relative to its size, so gorillas have among the smallest brains relative to their size, as energy & nutrient poor plant matter can't support a larger brain. Those who want more info on this can get Brave and search the Internet :-) for Klieber's Law for more details on how an animal cannot have both a large gut needed to be a true herbivore - and a large brain.

Nor do we have a four-chambered 'stomach'. Ruminant animals regurgitate the plant matter they have eaten, re-chew it, and re-sallow it. The microbes in their G.I. tracts produce fatty acids - fats - which is what cattle, deer, bison, camels, sheep, goats & ibex, antelope, yak, water buffalo, etc actually digest. The protein they digest is the microbes, some classed as animals, that get washed into the true stomach periodically, where they die in the stomach acid.

These true herbivores INGEST a high carb diet - but DIGEST as high fat diet.

Many, or most herbivores eat at least some of their food twice. Rabbits, for instance, eat the fecal pellets they produce at night directly from their anus.

Predators are essential to the Cycle of Life, keeping both herbivores & omnivores in balance with their environment.

It doesn't matter to me what other people eat, so long a they now they must supplement with Vit B-12 and DHA to remain alive on a plant-only diet for more than a few years. Carnitine and heme iron, and a number of essential and the provisionally essential amino acids are among 0ther nutrients that will be deficient in plant-only diets.

A woman was convicted & imprisoned for killing her 18 month old baby that died because the mother tried to raise her infant on a vegan diet. Many more children suffer from permanent developmental 'stunting' of their bodies & mental abilities from a lack of animal source foods in their diets. This used to be seen only in situations of extreme poverty, but is not sadly occurring in developed countries.

Dr. Paul Mason - 'The Logical Fallacies of a Vegan Diet'

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0b8Osg5MbfE

While infants & young children are mot vulnerable, studies have shown that those on vegetarian or vegan diets have smaller brains than those who include animal-source foods in their diets.

Dr. Barry Groves, PhD - 'What We Are Deigned to Eat'

https://rumble.com/v33hg7e-the-carnivore-diet-what-we-are-designed-to-eat-barry-groves.html

Whatever people choose to eat is up to them. My hope is that every adult has access to accurate information on nutrition and the effects of different diets on health - uninfluenced by corporate greed (chronically ill people are highly profitable; food-like stuff processed from plants are massively more profitable than eggs, milk & milk products, or meats). Or religious ideology they may not agree with. The 7th Day Adventist church has had an overwhelming influence on what passes for 'nutrition science' in the U.S. and abroad.

I couldn't comment on any location or attesting-to of any particular documents, archives purported as being discovered/ found anywhere, sorry, as indeed nor can anyone else. Sounds impressive though - of course, which it is designed to do.

You are taking on someone else's assertions here - one which are not related to anything of Jesus. Other than the (mis)use and corruption of His words- which are intended to take our focus off Him and place it elsewhere....the exact opposite of what we ought to be doing.

it's all very tricky. there is culture. quality of soil, seed, water and sun. there is just the plain love of eating (and not on the run as in america). there is so much. and yet the noose of veganism has descended upon the globe and low carb and high fat this and that. around the world. this part is what worries me. the export of confusion. also a high contributor to mental illness.

It's true that the switch to a 'strict vegetarian' aka 'vegan' diet can bring some initial improvements in health, especially because people doing this usually dump 'junk foods'. They often focus on their health at the same time, exercising, getting out in the sunshine & fresh air, getting enough sleep, etc.

Yet a diet lacking animal-source foods is deficient in a number of nutrients essential for optimal human growth & development - and totally devoid of some, such as B-12, and the EPA & DHA form of Omega 3 fatty acids. Without supplementation, people on vegan diets will become ill, and can die. Parents in Europe have been jailed for permanently stunting the physical & mental development of their young children by raising them on a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Many of the nutrients in plants are in the wrong forms or the wrong balance to meet human nutritional needs. Others are low in bioavailability- like the iron in spinach or kale, which is not the heme-iron form humans need, and tends to be bound to oxalates, making it unavailable to our digestion.

Dr. Georgia Ede, MD is a Harvard trained psychiatrist who uses nutrition as a tool to help her patients. Her presentations on nutrition available on YouTube provide information anyone can used to improve their health, including those without any mental health challenges. Her website contains well-researched articles with relevant references on many foods and the effects they have on health, including cancer.

Interestingly, the 7th Day Adventists reportedly define 'vegetarian' as eating meat no more than once a week, and 'vegan' as eating meat no more than once a month. Note that the other so-called 'Blue Zones' per the original book (now the designation ca apparently be purchased) all consumed meat, and at least two consumed a significant amount of cheese. The traditional Sardinian diet included meat at every meal, in addition to a big roast meat feast on Sundays- very different from the 'once a week' only consumption of meat the book claimed.

Would be great to pls if possible put the videos on a site that does not require a sign in to view them and help people maintain their privacy and freedom. One can not even get the title or link without signing in. Thx for considering.

I had a similar experience as yours.

I visited the US for 2 months after being absent for 8 years. During that short time I gained weight even when following my normal modified keto diet. I found it impossible to find nutritious food that I was used to, even when buying from supposedly high-end healthy food places. And, overall, I felt less healthy.

I've since returned to normal after leaving the country again. It really is disgusting how US people are used in so many different ways simply to generate income for mega corporations, both food and others.
