the upside is, I now understand Kafka.

The dilettante thinks Kafka is Science-Fiction.

What he was doing was showing how human behaviors are simply a few elemental, animal instincts, made into human artforms.

"The Burrow" & "Investigations of a Dog" two excellent examples of this phenomena.

Bummer! ..I wanted to do that one. Guilty till charged.

It is all MINDBOGGLING and shows the complete malice against an honourable and heroic individual. They aren't hiding anything anymore. If they don't like the fact that you are speaking out, you are imprisoned to be made an example for all to see, same thing happening in other parts of the world. Unfortunately, this will only emblazen the flames and make them look like the fools. Reiner's following is growing, as people see how unjustly he is being treated. Keep praying for Reiner and his family to be reunited and for true justice.

It is clear by now that “they” wish to stretch this show trial as long as possible so that Reiner at least cannot do his real work. The charge could be: Reiner F. fought for the truth and that is punishable in the New Normal now. Enfin, of course, they can't say such a thing out loud.

Lawyers are complicated animals with a contradictory belief system.

Reiner himself believing he needed "a loan".

Could you elaborate?

Expand full comment

No, I can not elaborate on why Reiner believed he needed a loan.

Can I say that was my entreaty, to anyone interested or involved in this matter, to elaborate to me, why he needed a loan?

His kangaroo Court farce, notwithstanding.

Dear Joseph Molitorisz,

Thank you for commenting with such cogent clarity as you did during the ICIC- meetings.

And the good German citizen, and the good American citizen, and the good "global" citizen, continue to lower their heads as they whistle past the graveyard, chanting, praying, hoping, "that will never happen to me".

What a Pandora's Box Viviane - foolishly? - opened.

The Trial is one of the most terrifying novels I ever read. And over the last four years observing the wickedness Covid unleashed on the world, my fear was we were going to see the tyranny inevitably find its way into the courts in this manner.

In Canada, the last two remaining defendants of the Coutts Four were sentenced to six years in prison. Despite a jury having found them innocent because the Crown did not - and could not - prove tis case. But they appealed anyway and asked the judge (who oddly changed his tune) for a nine year sentence. And got what it wanted. We know about the law fare against the Jan 6. protestors in the USA.

People applauding this or even indifferent for it should be careful what the wish for.

Because we're all Josef K. now.

hadn't we already seen this with Assange?

did VF bring the action against WF -- if so, was she blackmailed into taking that step?

so now Viviane is a mythical trouble maker so we can blame for state tyranny?

Not at all. But it sounds to me, and I could be wrong in my perception, her lawsuit was ill-advised if not perhaps naive? Was she not paying attention during the endless hours of testimony collected by the CC she sat on? The state will crush you if it wants to crush you and what they were doing, bluntly and in short, was taking on Leviathan. The last thing you do is bring in a fight over fricken money while in the middle of an existential battle. No?

She unwittingly triggered an unfortunate chain of events.

frankly, I too was deeply confused about her hair clip. she seemed out of her depth in the interviews, she lacked stature. now it feels like a divorce -- endlessly messy -- she is visibly haggard -- did she sell him out to save her skin? is she the bumpkin femme fatale? what cruel irony that legal eagle WF should be strangled in legalistic coils -- what were the loopholes he failed to close? again, it takes so little -- look at Assange. he had the world's eyes on his predicament and still they held him. for years and years and years.

This is amazing. I had no idea what happened to Reiner and was wondering why he went silent. The only thing I heard was something about the woman with the strange hair. I didn't pay much attention because, intuitively only, I never trusted her. These people are, indeed, ruthless. Thanks for informing us. What a complete tragedy.

Reiners' choice of "the woman with strange hair" still has me puzzled.

No matter what happens, I oppose the criticism of women's hair, lest my own hair be condemned. Viviane was a very successful fashion designer, before becoming co-host with Reiner. Adding more still to all that "makes no sense."

Wikidata describes Viviane as a "German political activist, lawyer and hatter."

No mention of whether or not she's a mad one.

She is also known as Rike Feurstein.

This is Viviane's video explanation of what Reiner had been up to, posted about a year ago.

And it seems de rigueur to criticize Fischer on many levels.

What an inverted case this is! Reiner, a straight-forward innocent man doesn't even know what he's being charged with after almost a year. What does that nonsense say about the Judge? Hmmm, I wonder?!

Reiner's charge not to be revealed until the verdict. This is pretty much akin to the prosecution in the New York case against Trump not definitively stating the charge until the prosecution's closing argument.
