I don't think that there is ever going to be one "miracle" cure, be it MB or anything else. I have been sick enough to know what healed me. I had breast cancer and did the Incurables Program from American Botanical Pharmacy. It is an intensive detox protocol and getting waste out and high nutrition in. Dr. Richard Schulze had an 85% heal rate in his clinic and he had the worst of the worst; people given weeks to live, so he threw everything at them, because why not. They were supposed to be dead in a few weeks. He even wrote that as a young Naturopath, he wanted to discover the one herb, the exotic cure all. Guess what, he said it doesn't exist. He trained with the best healers of the time, all proudly thrown in jail for helping people heal and being an embarrassment to the medical establishment. Number one is always going to be getting the retained fecal waste out of your bowel. We all have some. We don't live in a clean, perfect world any more. Native people, eating native diets move their bowels after every major meal. Then there are "super" foods that will help you heal; they are like a blood transfusion. Anyway, you can go to his website. Sadly, the FDA made him remove all of his videos and testimonials during Covid. But there's still a bit there and they will send you the Incurables Book for free if you ask. He has a Brain Formula that works well. All of his stuff works; I used his Tooth & Gum formula to get rid of deep pockets. The best part about Dr. Schulze is that he's not some virgin healer. He healed himself at 19, when doctors told him he'd be dead in a year if he didn't have some heart surgery. He healed his heart and went on to become a master herbalist and Naturopath. If I were you, I would make an appointment with Dr. Ellen Jensen; she is the daughter-in-law of the late Dr. Bernard Jensen, one of Dr. Schulze's teachers. She does Iridology and can see through your eye photographs what is going on with all your organs. She does Zoom calls. Please, message me if you can't afford it; I'll paypal you her fee. I love your writing. I want you around a long time. :)

Carol, guess what? Your comment had the effect of making my "like" button work again! To be exact, and this is the stupid half of brain fog, it works in Chrome. But surely I TRIED Chrome all those months ago when it first stopped working? 😩 In any case, I am with you all the way, and some 10 years ago, listened to Dr. Schulze all the time. I have many times ordered his bowel detox capsules and in fact, have a bottle here in Granada. I will follow up on your suggestion of Dr. Ellen Jensen. I had a promotional ($19 only) iridology online exam last week, and the results were a little distressing. First words she said: "Fight or flight," and many times she said "I've never seen THIS before." "Cortisol" came up a lot. I can't quite recall all that was weak and not good but basically same as always--all organs or most, struggling. My heart came up, something or other is going to my heart and weakening it. There is a detox and healing plan but unaffordable. That's how I wound up back at wondering if I might take MB again, until I can solve this deeper chronic problem. Marcy and I are also going to work together, maybe get my blood tested. Yes, Dr. Shulze is the real deal and I'm so glad you reminded me. Warmest thanks Carol. 🌺

The Incurables Program isn't that expensive. $450 ? That's a 30 day supply. Can't remember; odd that their website is currently down. Well, I think you get what you pay for and I would ask if this person who did the discount Iridology exam is also a Naturopath or has some record of helping people heal. Real patients in a clinical setting? I, personally, would not waste money on blood tests. That's really expensive. Dr. Schulze used to throw people's tests in a big trash bin and they would freak out and he would say, now you are ready to get to work. It's about creating powerful health, so that disease doesn't stand a chance. Good luck! I'm rooting for you and if you'd like to come to Southern Oregon, I'll teach you the program and do it along side of you. I did that for a friend with blood cancer. He was a horrible patient, sneaking cigars when I went to the store, but we got it done. Remember, health is your birthright! We just have lots of poisoning to undo these days. xoxo

Since I'm fighting metastatic cancer to the brain & meningeale, it's important to analyze the anti-parasitics which cross the Blood-Brain Barrier (B-B-B) best, to counter *ModeRNA. Some of the 1s I've taken or studied include:

Mebendazole -

Paracide - used the most

Fenbendalzole (FenBen)

10 cloves of garlic a day is a righteous amount. I was taking 30 a day when I had cancer. I found I needed to take it with juice. I wasn't eating food. Gerson therapy has you drink 13 glasses of juice per day. It's not all carrot juice, if I'm remembering correctly, there were green juices and one glass of orange juice in the mix, as well. Do you think you have parasites? There was a great testimonial on the herbdoc website, before he was forced to remove them all. The woman was really sick, no one could figure out what was wrong. She was in NYC and saw the Pope's doctor, who told her, "well, you just have to face that you might die, honey." She was 32. She had been vacationing in some tropical place, and got sick right after that. She had a friend who knew Dr. Schulze and asked if he would help her. She ate 5 BULBS of garlic a day and she said, "that's when the bugs really started flying out of me." So she was doing the Bowel Cleanse repeatedly, I believe, and the 5 bulbs of garlic. Geez, that is so much. Sometimes, that's what it takes. You take as much as you can handle, sometimes until you vomit, then back off from there, and you found the dose you need. :) The other thing about your symptoms, Celia, is that they are very close to what people who are iodine deficient experience. Good books on the subject are, The Iodine Crisis and Iodine, Why you need it, why you can't live without it. Iodine testing through Hakala Labs is fairly inexpensive at $70. Love and hugs to you!

My daughter taught in Spain for three years. When she first moved there, I sent her a package and it took six months for them to give it to her. (It was a large package with boots and coats and things that she didn’t realize she would need.)

But I can put the cayenne in a 4x6 postal bag. That will probably go straight to you. If you want to give me your address privately, email me: pamela@movedbymusicllc.org

He used 10 teaspoons per day for the first month. Cancer gone. This is from his book, Curing with Cayenne.

I know nothing about MB. But I know that all of my health issues - facing two surgeries - heart and knee and getting my affairs in order at age 66 - where cured in a month by learning how bad eating too late is. Learn the science of Dr. SAtchin Panda (2016) at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-R-eqJDQ2nU&t=3869s

I declined those two surgeries to read and learn as much about my conditions as possible (lots of inflammation) and found that video interview by one of my favorites Dr. Rhonda Patrick.

I am a freak of health at age 73 now. I ran 6.2 miles on very hilly grass cross country course a few days ago but I only run about a 5K every two weeks - which is nothing (1.5 miles PER WEEK).

A month ago I ran that same course 3 times (9.3 miles) in about 90 minutes.

Per Panda, "WHEN you eat is more important than WHAT you eat." I say eat healthy food earlier in the day and manage your day and your eating so that you don't have "Excess circulating glucose" (ECG) in your blood as the sun is setting. Christ talked about eating relative to the sun's position which was written on ancient papyrus documents called "The Essene Gospel of Peace" - your first meal "with the sun at its highest" and the 2nd/final "with the setting of the sun." Note he advocated uncooked plant food (no meat) exclusively for optimum health.

The historian of Christ's time wrote about Him and the Essene community saying "The Essenes were long lived and nearly devoid of illness." How long lived "many of the elders are over 100 years of age" and "the Essenes lived on average to 120 years." In 1762 a British Lieutenant, Henry Timberlake, lived with the indigenous Cherokee Indians (SMoky Mtns area) and observed that "the elders (eldest) are 150 years old and still quite active" and he said "even the elder women do things that I am not physically capable of" but he was age 35, 5' 9" and a VERY fit soldier. The chief's mother, in her 80's, had a chore of carrying wood on her back for 1 to 2 miles that he estimated at "200 weight" -British term for 224 lbs. And this was in natural terrain.

That's what God's normal looked like before we were spoiled and pampered.

Feel free to ignore me. :) I share the wisdom I've earned to you and your readers.

At ages 28 to 32, I voluntarily spent 4 years in psychotherapy - both individual and group therapy - because I learned from others that they benefited - and "anyone would benefit." I'm 73 now. THE objective of therapy IS to learn the objective truth in all things - the good the bad and the ugly. It's not "therapy' (a human construct label) - it's learning. My advise is NOT to try NOT eating after sunset but to learn the wisdom FIRST that enables being able to not eat after sunset. Christ said He was "The Way, the Truth and the Life" Truth/wisdom IS the center of the way in life. He advised not to eat after sunset.

You are a warrior for the truth 'in battles for the narrative and what people believe and thus what they do." Words of General Flynn to Alex Jones around early 2021. Flynn called Jones a "field general". You are a field general.

SO, know this truth. Deficiencies in minerals OR water CAUSE hunger - triggering a release of hormones including insulin which makes you 'FEEL" pangs of hunger. So I start my day with a few kernels of high mineral Celtic salt melted on the tongue thus absorbed into the blood stream. Then "chase" it down with water - as much as you'd like but not all at one time - fullness stretches the size of the stomach and our body has a mechanism for wanting to be "full" - taking advantage of times of plenty.

Deficiency in water ALSO triggers a release of hunger promoting hormones - our body crying "EAT something like plants/fruits with water." As THE water expert Dr Fereydoon Batmangehlidj wrote one of "Our many cries for water". His book "You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty." I add "You're not hungry, You're Thirsty and/or salt deficient."

Most important is that our body - our God's spirit trying to keep us alive - notices patterns of WHAT we eat and WHEN we eat. And those patterns cause circadian "Alarm clocks" to be set. So if one regularly eats at, say, 8AM, 12Noon and 8PM, guess what, "alarms" are set for 1 hour before each time and EVERY day at those times, those alarms go off and (you guessed it) hunger promoting hormones are released - for survival because "food appears to be abundant at these times." God's design. A similar thing for taste - our taste buds will change to enjoy those foods that are abundant and of value.

The science behind this was proven by Dr. Satchin Panda - Salk Inst. See his videos.

So, if one is changing when they eat constantly (never eating at the same times) then those "alarms" are never set and one is never "hungry" due to patterns. Same with WHAT YOU eat. Keep changing what you eat and the taste does not become a craving.

The ultimate mechanism for controlling hunger is to be "fat-adapted" - called "ketosis - your body can MORE automatically and easily switch to fat-burning mode (we all have fat). Thus, I have found, if the body is low in calories/nutrients, it can easily switch to use of fat. In my late 50's/early 60's I ran entire marathons in ketosis - by choice.

God's design is amazing and wonderful. I am never hungry.

Not surprisingly I proved last may that the hardest thing to do is a fast of 7 days ( As Christ advised to "cure all of your sins against your body). Also not surprisingly is that the emotional state that one enters is true bliss - nirvana. So much so that my primary thought switched from "eat SOMETHING" to "I never want to eat again and LOSE this most wonderful state of being."

Feel free to respond OR NOT to respond.

I saw this two and a half minute video three or four days ago that convinced me I need to learn more about MB given the health silliness I live with....chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, sinusitis, infected bones, etc., etc., etc., etc... all from having too much radiation a long time ago. I don’t agree with all of Dr Group’s ideas. But, this made sense. (I’ll do my own research to find the best product.). It should be the first video on the top of the page.

https://drgroup.com/videos/

My own advice....

Life is short!

I don’t give a rat’s ass as what any doctor....md or nd or dc, acupuncturist, herbalist, essential oils expert, health coach....blah, blah, blah says!!!

You know your body best! You’ve lived with it the longest! We’re all unique!!!! Not all good things are good for all people!!!! You need to do what works best for your body....period! MB may not even phase your gut at all, but reeks havoc on someone else’s. If your gut is feeling a bit off at some point, don’t take it every day, take two drops instead of three, do a little extra to keep your gut healthy.

I apologize if I come off as sounding rude, especially, since you don’t know me from Adam, but I’ve had too many people or “experts” in the “healthcare” industry attempt to kill me over the years. No exaggeration!

I think this information pretty much sums up what is really going on with methylene blue. https://chemtrails.substack.com/p/methylene-blue-is-toxic-waste-from

I also wonder how much wireless radiation you are being exposed to because you symptoms sound a whole lot like radiation poisoning. Fatigue, brain fog, neurotransmitter/frontal lobe issues -- all of this can be radiation induced. And frontal lobe damage is scary since that is the part of our brain that allows direct communication with our Source. Cell phones cause frontal lobe damage.

We have to get to the point where we are willing to let go of these wireless devices for good. True, long-lasting healing can only come when we get to the source of the problem and eliminate it. I hope you find the solution to what you are experiencing.

Celia -you would need to get rid of all the wireless in your environment in order to have permanent and stable health results. It will certainly help to get rid of the phone and you can purchase a skype phone number (or a magic jack), for example, and have people call you on that and leave messages if your are not online. You can then call them back when you get online. Ideally, you would be interacting with others through a WIRED computer instead of a cell phone. This is what I do. If you need help figuring out how to get off wifi and get yourself connected through ethernet instead, please reach out. I do teach people how to do to this. I've turned off wifi and for me it was pretty easy. Got a lightning to Ethernet connector for my iphone and it works fine for internet on the phone. I keep most/all of the wireless phone stuff off most of the time which again in my situation is not much of a inconvenience

I do wonder however, since wifi calling works on our smart phones, MANY people use it when they are in wifi range to keep their data down etc., since wifi calling seems to work just fine I wonder why Ethernet calling has not been fixed so it will work on smart phones. IE, if you get a Lightning (or whatever) to Ethernet adaptor for your phone the Ethernet calling feature does not work. I think that is true for Android and definitely for my iPhone

Wonder why that is? Seems like it would be an almost trivial fix that would allow a lot of people to shut their wifi's off with almost no inconvenience

I suspect the reason is not technical because technically it would seem like it should be "trivial". Easy for me to say I know. But once in another life I was an embedded systems programmer and it seems like little more than a subroutine call. So why doesn't it work? If they were trying to keep call bandwidth of the internet one would think they would turn off the Wifi calling also. Wifi to internet vis Ethernet to internet. SImplistically it seems the same

But perhaps I show my ignorance. No one has given a reason why it is not fixed. If nothing else it would allow Apple to sell those vastly overpriced $100 Belkin adapters. (everyone else sells them for $20 - $50 or something but many people want "officially sanctioned" so would go with the Apple sanctioned adapter)

I would suggest it is because they want you dead. They want you to be irradiating yourself 24/7 so that you and your bloodline will be no more. That is the agenda behind ALL wireless technology. And if they can't kill you with pulsed microwaves and millimeter waves, they intend to control your mind with the frequencies. I recommend getting rid of the phone entirely,. It's really not that hard!!!

I like that "get rid of the phone entirely" idea. Maybe also the land line.

Ever since I inherited the cell phone (was paying for a family member line & they did not want it) It is rarely on and I almost never use, I've been opened to frequent angry scolding, "turn your dam phone on" and the requirement to be in full tracking mode all the time. It was nice when I could leave the house and not have to listen to "why did you leave the phone off". There is something alien to be always tracked by both family and the state.

Expand full comment
jeanice barcelo's avatar

You are on it Ray. Alien is the right word. This technology is not of the Earth. Microwaves and millimeter waves were never meant to be on the Earth. All of it is weaponry brought to us by creatures that have a desire to take over God's beautiful Earth for their demonic overlord, Lucifer. Sadly, billions of people have expressed great spiritual and mental weakness in refusing to resist this takeover. Most happily use these technologies and are happy also to be tracked, traced, spied on, etc. and treated like slaves. I'm glad to connect with someone else that IS resisting it. I want no part of this stuff.

Please consider taking a sledgehammer to the noxious device called a cell phone and telling your friends and family that you are not available 24/7. If they are unhappy about it, that's their problem.

It was quite interesting that Hazan figured out that low bifido is associated with bad outcomes with Covid, but much of what she says in this interview is not really very substantive. It seems a little like turf wars and a business model lies behind the fear-mongering. Mercola, on the other hand, may not really know either; he has flip-flopped on so many remedies that it feels safest to approach whatever he says with an eye to other sources, but Makis seems quite knowledgable to me. Chlorine dioxide is supposed to be an anti-microbial agent, and yet we find natural health people who swear by it.

Andreas Kalcker recommends Chlorine dioxide solution in enemas too. Quote:

"The second most effective method of application is by enema. The walls

of the large intestine rapidly absorb the liquid gas, and chlorine dioxide gets transported to the liver via the portal vein. This method is beneficial for all diseases affecting the hepatic system, and it helps to remove acidic toxins since oxidation causes alkalinization."

Bacteria divide and multiply faster than most human cells. The "damage" done my MB would, perhaps, be undone soon enough by the rapid rate of growth of gut bacteria.

Roger, I was thinking of this last few days. Also wondering if tobacco enema is safe, as I have been soaking pure tobacco, my latest obsession, as per Bryan Ardis. It took me 7 months to get around to ordering an enema kit. Coffee enemas is another polarizing subject. I am pro.

Detoxing is so Sisyphean. Who else gets sick of it, no pun intended?

Coffee enemas are great for the liver. I did 5 a day, per Gerson therapy, for quite a while with the cancer thing. Yes, detoxing gets exhausting, but once you are well and can keep yourself well, you only need to do one detox quarterly. :) Laborious yes, futile no.

Start low & ramp up slowly is good advice from CDS proponents...it avoids bank runs, too.

I tried methylene blue and found it enormously stimulating even at the lowest dose (1 drop/0.5mg).

It did seem to help with brain fog during the day but kept me up at night, so ultimately left me more tired long term. And I stopped.

Not a scientific test.

Might try it again, maybe it will be different this time…

Ian, did you try diluting your drop of MB with a drop of water and rendering a 0.25mg dose?

I know some people who've tried Lugol's Iodine have had to do this

I read lots about MB 3 years ago, deeply impressed, and from that point took 5 drops/morning until I heard about the gut info and stopped taking it for some months. I reassessed recently and began taking that same amount again, enough for me at 77, and my mind sharpened quickly. My dearest friend is co-owner of an IV clinic in Tucson, Advanced IV Health, and they regularly use MB, knowing what a wonder it is in even the smallest amounts. They offer cutting-edge protocols for profound life-enhancing treatments, which I receive regularly, and they would never use this if it was detrimental, continually being on top of relevant research. I'm guessing if there is a downside, it is far outweighed by the good. I'm including their recent blog piece on methylene blue: https://advancedivhealth.com/blog/what-is-methylene-blue-used-for-supporting-mitochondrial-health

For over two years I have used methylene blue about 20 drops once every three days, I eat a very healthy organic diet, along with several Mercola supplements like vitamin D3 K2, organic fermented chlorella, Trace mineral supplements, baking soda twice a day, and I work out a lot, do yoga most every day and I'm 75 with no co-morbidities. I I think MB works for me..

You have not been beaten up by anti vitamin D gangs?

😳

Good work. I agree about baking soda. I have bought it, step one. Now to start taking it regularly.

Check out Dr Marc Sircus on baking soda. He has a stack. Great info!

I would also read Ray Peat and for a helpful breakdown of Peat find Jay Feldman-Energy Balance podcast. Energy and structure are the foundation of health. Without energy many things fail over time.

I have used MB in the past as well. Good discussion going on here about it. I am not really in eitger camp but I am very careful about what I take into my body and so I opted to stop using it in any regular fashion.

On another note-I cannot fathom how one gets actual sunlight in a pill. The D3 out there is synthetic and taking it for years made me very hypercalcemic. I stopped taking it over a year ago and that has been resolving itself. A D lamp is a much better option if you can’t get out into the sunshine daily😊

Blessings on your quest for health💕

If you're taking vitamin D it is very important to also take vitamin k and magnesium.

Dear Celia, you mentioned simplicity and certainty. Scientists hate those words. Online "health practitioners" abhor those words. It's an insult to their hypersophisticated thought processes, that approach asymptotically quantum computing. How dare anyone ask for truth. Science is not about truth, there is no truth out there, not even this sentence.

Any person who thinks science is not about truth should stop sciencing and go back to the carbon mines and do something useful for once.

Sorry about all that snark.

Let's see:

1 Did you take MB and survived? Check.

2 Did you feel better? Check.

3 Do the people who fear monger 24/7 about everything in this valley of tears have an explanation of why MB seems to treat the symptoms, and what would be a safe alternative? I doubt it very much. Fear mongers are not helpful people like that.

4 Do people who get an MD degree also develop a God complex during training, or they already have that miserable personality disorder before they started studying medicine?

5 About chemists and biochemists and data scientists, none of whom have ever seen a patient, and all of whom should spend six months living among dogs to see if they learn good manners in how to deal with human beings, I can only say that their opinion about toxicity or lack of toxicity of anything is less important to me than the opinion of an experienced practitioner of any form of medicine.

I think a lot of what happens to us is psychogenic. But I have no idea how to undo the spells we put on ourselves. I think it's best to simplify as much as possible. So I stopped listening to people who love to make things too complicated. It's a hard pass for me.

But psychogenic or psychosomatic or whatever is a big no-no for many other people. Fine with me, because I have no followers, nor I want any follower. People seem to obsess about very complicated and iffy stuff. Perhaps they like the air of novelty. I don't know why they always seek greater detail, which is largely conjectural and will end up in the trash bin in due time.

I'm reading now the old classic "Anatomy of Melancholy" by Robert Burton. My interest in such an old text is mostly literary and astrological. It's in old texts where we can find how different and how not-different the super-modern, high-tech things are from all the traditional and suppressed opinions, arguments and investigations. My intuition tells me that all the modern technological talk is just worthless balderdash created by sycophantic marketing crack pots, who just happen to control the entire scientific publication industry in the West. Another sign of utter decadence!

So, I simplify.

I recommend simplifications: turpentine, sodium bicarbonate, good water, as pure as possible.

Jennifer Daniels also recommends the infamous shilajit as a mineral source. I've seen videos of her taking a minute amount of a paste of that product. But shilajit is too complicated for me. I prefer jamón ibérico as a source of minerals, thank you very much.

Simple things!

LOVE this Roger.

We agree. There is something spiritually off about the super complex crowd who want to impose their grasp of complexity on us all.

Jamon iberico has minerals? Can you write about this for me? I'll pay you.

doble kerfufflent Roger W. 🦂's avatar

Okay, I was joking, it's just that I think shilajit is yucky.

But it's impossible that real meat like jamón lacks minerals. The muscle fibers of the legs probably use lots of zinc and magnesium, because pigs can rush at predators very hard in an instant, and then run away with surprising agility. This low time of reaction is probably mediated by ions moving fast on actin fibers... yummy actin fibers, pure biological bliss.
