Yes, and murder is a state offense. The usually BS spouting governor of Texas should spare no effort in investigating it, and if a good case may be made for causality of the flood, Doricko and any accomplices, should be indicted for third degree murder or in some states titled involuntary manslaughter. With this charge, no motive need be impugned. When the bodies are finally counted, say at this point 60, he should be charged with 60 counts. If convicted, he should be sentenced to the maximum penalty, to be served CONSECUTIVELY in a MAX state prison. This would set a good example for Thiel, technocratic acolytes.

What about all those guillotines they have hidden for us...I think they have already approved their use for death penalty. But, if they do use them on us, as Israel wants to do to those who don't keep the Noahide laws, it will be quick and almost painless, and we'll get to go HOME, in the twinkling of an eye, those who love the Lord, that is. I hope ya'll do, because that is the reason for ALL of this. Those who serve the devil and those who serve their creator, and will never forsake Him, even if they say...off with their heads.

But are there any judges left that are not bought off that still have a conscience and would convict them? Only subverted judges are put into power now. All good judges have been ousted or eliminated. But their day is coming, as there is one who will judge THEM, and their sentence will be for all eternity, in the lake of fire, if they keep serving the devil. So we are not to fear what man can do to us...only take our lives, but they cannot have our soul--what they want most. NEVER FORSAKE THE LORD. That's how we win!

The governments of major powers such as USA, China, and Russia can to a large extent control the weather. What was a conspiracy theory 20 years ago is a conspiracy fact today. While seeding plays a minor part, it is dwarfed by HAARP. Ionospheric heaters, such as HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), are powerful radio wave transmitters designed to heat the ionosphere and upper atmosphere by inducing controlled temporary modifications to the electron temperature at specific altitudes. The first one was built in Alaska but they now dot the whole planet. They are particularly effective at controlling the strength and direction of cyclonic disturbances such as hurricanes. Check out this video about a super smart master plumber's year at the south pole. The whole video is very interesting, but the kicker comes in the last 15 minutes which is basically whistleblowing about what is really going on there.

If they were not all in on it we would already have the geoengineering stopped, the Epstein client list, the glyphosate out of the food supply, the mRNA out of service, and the money out of politics. We would also be able to sue glyphosate manufacturers for spraying our food and medical companies for harming us. If they were not all in on it then we would have real transparency in government, and better outcomes for humanity.

In order to fix this deep of corruption we need to build new transparent systems for humanity 100% controlled by the people using collective swarm intelligence. This is the way to fix it:

In more pragmatic terms, the content of copper and silver of coins from outside Jerusalem may have been greater than that of the coins of Jerusalem, and travelers who came to Jerusalem to do sacrifices, were forced to buy the less valuable coins, or they couldn’t buy animals. And maybe if they brought their own animals from home, those wouldn’t be acceptable, and the temple workers told them to buy the animals there.

In reality, the racket involves three parts: the money changers, the clerics, and the Roman Governor, who also took his part via indirect taxes and direct taxes, maybe more than that.

We know this scenario well. Living in Asheville, in the mountains of Western North Carolina (WNC). Last year, in late October hurricane Helene ripped apart all semblance of an orderly world and completely terraformed ancient riverbeds into 33 foot high walls of water...sometimes in mere minutes. Those beds today look like mini Grand Canyons and are forever contaminated with waste from nearby nuclear sites in nearby Tennessee, just over the border from WNC. Rescue animals got sick and died from chemical deposits in the soil of riverbeds and in some instances, clean up crews had to wear hazmat suits to protect themselves. There were reports of approximately 80 small scale tornadoes ripping up entire sides of mountains. Official reports of dead hovered around 109. Locals bristle at that number, knowing full well the number was over 1,000. Our bucolic neighborhood was ripped to shreds with the now familiar tractor trailer rigs bent and twisted up in tree tops along with human cadavers. The area is slowly rebuilding but who will ever forget how this area was treated so callously by the "Biden Administration" until President Trump took office and quickly began to turn things around. FEMA is also now exposed for the heartless fraud it really is due to its shameless non-response and confiscating of vital supplies for the afflicted area. How was that even possible??? We are in complete, heartfelt sympathy with the residents of Kerrville, Texas, a place where we have friends and visited not that long ago. And, through all of that, life goes on... (Krys)

Did you hear anything about the government trying to seize land for a lithium mine in North Carolina? I heard Kamala’s husband was involved in it & she signed off on it while still VP but haven’t heard anything further. I had also heard how horrible FEMA was there. I hope your lives are returning to normal although I’m sure you never get over something this traumatic. 🙏

Thank you for your kind words. We happened to be among the fortunate ones who only had a flooded basement and no real damage. Others paid dearly to the cloud-seeding gods with life, limb and utter obliteration of the world they had known only a day before. Gone in the blink of an eye. It is still impossible to drive around our neighborhood without being confronted with gutted buildings not yet cleaned up and twisted tractor trailers on the sides of some roads. As for the lithium mines, what we heard was that they were located in Tennessee on Kings Mountain. Can't be certain. What we have here is mica mining and massive quartz crystal deposits, some of the largest in the world, which I imagine are used for computer components. And yes, FEMA buried itself in duplicitous filth in the opinion of the residents of this area, not in small part because they went so far as to confiscate desperately needed supplies from local groups trying to clabber together essentials for their neighbors and to actually interfere with local rescue attempts. Journalist Ann Vandersteel did exemplary investigations into their shameful behavior. Yes, life has returned to a semblance of normal. Humans are incredibly resilient and "mountain people" even more so, it seems. I often think of the people of Lahina, Hawaii and the terror they were subjected to. No one mentions them much any more, or the children who are still missing. Not a peep. Just the fact that you cared to offer condolences goes a long way. (Krys)

The terrible flooding that occurred during 2017's hurricane Harvey was reported to have been caused by a 'rain-making' outfit 'seeding' the skies over dry regions of Western Texas. Allegedly, the Texas Attorney General motioned to sue the company but I never heard another word about the matter. Also, nothing was mentioned about how, after the storm, the rains having dropped upwards of 40", just up and stalled for 3 or 4 days over the coastal areas around Corpus Christi and Houston. My guess is that either haarp or some other sort of modern, sinister flood-technology was employed to accomplish that little stunt.

I have photos from 2021 of patches of snow in my backyard that contained splotches of that same color of blue. Others here in Northeastern Minnesota reported same concerns to local television stations. Incredibly, the 'explanation' broadcast in response to citizens' concerns was that it is a 'phenomenon' (yawn ... still, such a useful word for those wannabe weather gods) created due to the temperatures and the waters of Lake Superior. Maybe because the app ended. Bit it is probably more accurate to state it is just another symptom of a larger underlying issue. Later.

Yes, There has been some proof here. Check the aviation monitors. They were over me day in and day out-24/7 until Trump pulled USAID funding. Then it literally stopped...for 2 mos, then it started again. Interesting though, that it stopped for 5 days over Thanksgiving or Christmas-cant rember which. Just remember thinking "good riddance".

I dont even open my windows anymore. Block any drafts.

Now, its almost every night once dark rolls in.

My understanding of “cloud seeding” is that it consists of inducing fine particulate matter (smoke) into clouds in an effort to provide nuclei around which water may condense and thus precipitate out of clouds. The effect is mostly local (tens of square miles) because the smoke density obviously must rise beyond that comprising the ambient particulate concentration to make any difference, and of course the density declines very rapidly as the smoke disperses.

The Doppler weather radar for July 3 into July 4 showed a very large area of rain covering central Texas — tens of thousands of square miles — for hours, causing roughly 2.75 cubic miles of water, or around 3 trillion gallons, 12.5 billion tons, 4.5 million Olympic swimming pools full, to flow down the Guadalupe River.

To seed clouds with such dramatic effect over such a large area would conceivably require a very, very large number of airplanes producing staggering quantities of smoke into existing clouds. Surely someone might have noticed?

If you have evidence of this, you should share it. It would be interesting to find out who might have incurred the massive cost of planning and executing such a complex and stealthy airborne operation and why.

That's the rational question to ask. Here's a *hypothetical idea* I have long wondered about but haven't seen discussed anywhere, I wonder about your thoughts:

In the infamous "2025 - weather as a force multiplier" they talk about soot as a potential way to do cloud seeding if I remember correctly.

What do airplanes burn? Jet fuel. What does Jet fuel produce if it is burned with the wrong air:fuel ratio? Soot.

What controls this air:fuel mixture? Some sort of engine control unit (ECU). Now, airplane engines are not your typical car engine and I suspect that there's a lot of dual use / military overlap and also for commercial proprietary intellectual property reasons, the engine manufacturers have a very tight grip on the software that runs inside these ECUs. These ECUs likely also have live geo-information (GPS) data streams available.

So that's already just a small team and for conspiracies, you need small teams to prevent leaks. Now imagine someone from some TPTB 'intelligence agency' inserted itself into one or several of these ECU software teams and added a small little module that switches to a more sooty combustion depending on some kind of parameter table which gets uploaded every flight (from the engine vendor) but might again be abused for "higher purposes" ...

Maybe even arguing that this table is for special dual purpose military use and so gov wants to have a say what gets into this table - basically creating plausible deniability why exact engine configuration is off-limits maybe even to the engineers building these engines.

This is, of course all just hypothetical speculation.

But I think this would be a potentially viable scenario on how the devil could pull such a thing off. What do you think? I am usually rather a non-believer in too outlandish conspiracies, but then I also think the public needs to be *really* creative (within the constraints of natural laws which many conspirational people seem to forget!) to have a good guess at what might be going on...

Maybe. I’d need to see numbers to convince me that it’s physically possible.

Can airline engines actually deliver that much smoke? Over the many hours that the storm poured rain? Remember, the smoke gets washed out.

Here's a further hypothetical idea why they might only need to "nudge" the weather systems, same way that they "nudge" us:

Weather is often described as having elements of deterministic chaos and that's the main reason why forecasts can only go so far into the future. "The butterfly effect". What if they have a lots and lots of computing power at hand to calculate the current weather forward, but with various small hypothetical deltas (due to weathermodding) added and they simply computationally look for patterns that will self amplify and then cause the "desired effect"? And then go and implement that?

Expand full comment
soshulmedia's avatar

I had another look at "2025 - weather as a force multiplier". Most notably, the idea of "nudged weather forecasting" was already in that document, and so was the idea of burning airplane fuel for the "desired" effects. (I forgot about that when I wrote my comment and thought those were also my own extrapolations - so my hypothesis is strictly about hiding the delivery mechanism effectively, which in turn makes it less of a stretch and more likely viable as a conspiracy).

Furthermore, there is the following paper quoted in that document:

https://journals.ametsoc.org/view/journals/apme/15/4/1520-0450_1976_015_0355_wmbcda_2_0_co_2.xml

In there, an exemplary amount of 200lb / (square mile) is given.

So for ten thousand square miles, you'd need about a thousand tons of carbon.

I have no idea about the airplane density over Texas or wherever the water came from (weather patterns might help to concentrate a more dispersed application). Assuming 200lb ~ 100kg of fuel is about the amount a midsize 737ish airplane could easily "accidentally" lose during a flight as soot (and assuming 1:1 fuel - soot which is inaccurate but then unclean combustion still does propulsion so order of magnitude it should be correct) without the airline or anyone else getting a clue, you'd need about an airplane per square mile in the desired area per day or so, assuming its heating effect dissipates within a day.

So it seems quite plausible to me?

And see this physical analysis of hurricane rain:

Physicist, Anastassia Makarieva is back from a month off-grid in Siberia: Science Insider #1: The Overlooked Role of Precipitation in Hurricanes

Refusing to answer valid critiques should not become a way to silence them

To stress the key point again: in an intensifying hurricane, more air flows in laterally than flows out, and precipitation removes several times more mass than the net inflow. This removal is what causes the total air mass — and thus pressure — to drop. It follows that even a relatively small change in precipitation could tip the balance, turning an intensifying hurricane into a weakening one. https://bioticregulation.substack.com/p/science-insider-1-the-overlooked

Unlikely the seeding was the real problem. The wrong type of low pressure spinning in the wrong spot for too long causes this to happen. It can happens anywhere, but is usually not so moisture filled or stationary. Circular storms are always a flood danger. Frontal storms more of a severe weather danger. Sad, but not unusual with bad conditions. The southwest is always susceptible to flood disaster and the wadis are there to prove it happens enough to create them and keep them available for the next one. Don’t build anything near a dry river bed. If it rains, don’t be anywhere near one. It is normal for the Army to lose equipment and an occasional soldier to flash flooding at Ft Irwin. Same problem, wadis and too much rain. When the wadis flow into the Pecos, ugly things happen fast.

Pretty good.

Fine-particulate matter is fine dust.

How to spread enough dust?

Maybe, hurricanes suck upwards a lot of dust, that floats around way up high for a long time, because it's too fine to fall rapidly. As hours or days pass and heavy mass clouds come, the dust falls slowly over the clouds, destroying them, causing precipitation.

If so, maybe the found a way to imitate what hurricanes do to clouds. I imagine they would fly far above the clouds level, and release a lot of dust, in anticipation of clouds that will come soon. The most dispersed this dust is, the better, because it will affect more clouds and cause faster, sudden precipitation.

It can be objected that airplanes cannot fly so high. Maybe the airplanes are a decoy to confuse people. It's the best alibi: "I didn't release anything up high, your honor, my planes cannot reach that altitude. If someone did something else, you'll have to talk to them, but I don't know nobody. I was just hired for a few pictures and a mockumentary. I don't qualify even as a necessary collaborator. I'm just a normal dude trying to hide his psychopathy under a false pretense of care for humanity's future, is all."

When I worked on cloud seeding in the 1970’s the technique used (should my memory of events nearly a half-century ago be reliable) was to fly planes in the updraft of the storm with “candles”, I think they called them, suspended beneath the aircraft wings. The candles burned a mixture that produced smoke containing (or mostly comprising) silver iodide, if memory serves. They did this to small, convective storms. Seeding from the top would not have been effective since the air was moving upward (and the clouds were rather tall for the unpressurized aircraft I remember being used).

Now, I don’t know enough about the storm in Texas (or about storms in general) to guess how much upward movement of air there was in a relatively stationary storm of that size, but I could be convinced it was a lot.

Amazing. Thx.

It's not unthinkabe in these 50+ years the may have invented other compounds. Maybe, small plastic spheres laced with some compound that would be the payload.

If we let imagination fly, maybe there are types of plastic that may be attracted by electrostatic force from the clouds. This would enable, perhaps, an attack to be executed days before the clouds arrive. A bear trap for clouds, so to speak.

My point is, the the hypothetical spheres that protect the compound are very light, they won't fall very fast. If there is no wind, or the direction of the wind is stable, you can throw the spheres here and they will show up days later several miles over there.

Or an artificial dust cloud of invisible plastic spheres maybe can be moved around with a drone, that acts as the pied piper of Hamelyn, and the spheres follow his tune. So nobody would necessarilly notice where the weapon comes from. Only the perpetrator knows when and where.

Then, the active compound inside the spheres has to be released in some way. When they enter in contact with the clouds.

But all this speculation assumes naturally formed clouds with a lot of water. Very massive.

Looking at the riddle from the other side, what machine can be used to move huge amounts of water vapor up in the sky? Planes cannot carry that much water. Or hydrogen gas to react with oxygen in the air and form water. It could be, I speculate, that they have satellites that can dehydrate other gases present in the air, and form the water that way. Like degrading methane to produce CO2 and H2O. But, is there that much methane up there?

Yet another possibility: the creation of Hydrogen, in situ. In some way that I ignore, they would use electricity to create protons. Maybe, they can use those theoretical gluons and quarks that should be present everywhere, combined with some energy, and in that way they create new hydrogen atoms which will create new water. But this speculation kinda attacks the whole thermodynamics shebang. There should be no new "creation" of anything, or the equations bite the dust and they have to start over from scratch.

Nah, it has to be easier than all that.

I think keeping a sufficient number of particles, no matter what they may be, flying in formation is a big challenge. Air movement seems to be fairly chaotic at many scales. Observe the wiggly smoke trail left behind by rockets. Or notice (if not by sight but at least by smell) how quickly you know someone burned the toast even if you are in the bedroom.

Effective cloud seeding seems to me to rely heavily on seed density. Seeds have three dimensions in which they may disperse, therefore density is roughly inversely proportional to the cube of the “radius” of the region over which the seeds have dispersed. Dilution happens pretty quickly.

Expand full comment
iterating Roger W.'s avatar

I was imagining more of a swarm of small plastic spheres that would be very sensitive to electrostatic force, and not very sensitive to air and the usual dispersion phenomenon. But it's pure speculation, to address the problem of just how much payload and how extended would be necessary to precisely provoke a flood on over specific target-region. Because it's not like you put 1 gram of silver iodide or whatever and that brings down the whole big cloud, or several of them.

Another imagination of mine is to use a laser ray (that probably does not exist) such that it causes the water vapor to condense and change phase, and that could affect many clouds. And then, the iodide and other nucleating agents and the drones that are used to attack the clouds would be a red herring, meant to make sure that people do not think outside the province of chemistry.

I was watching all the press conferences live and in the first one on Friday just hours after the disaster had struck, they already had dozens of agencies in the area prepared to help. I thought that was great but strange, prescient even. Now I realize they knew ahead of time that the weather modification had been taking place in the area up until July 2 and that there was a good chance of flooding so they were on alert and had mobilized for it. Perhaps that is a legal requirement in the weather modification program. https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/weather/
