There's no such thing as a "false flag" where Entity A is really responsible for Crime C that it blames Entity B for ... because the Crime C is never as stated. It's not just the culprits who are wrong, it's also the nature of the crime. In false flags death and injury are always staged - at least I havent seen one where they aren't. The rest of the crime might happen such as destruction of buildings but death and injury are always staged. If they're lying to you why would you believe any part if their story without clear evidence? Why disbelieve one bit but not another?
