Thanks for bringing the role of light in health to wider attention.

We should keep in mind that the entire electromagnetic spectrum matters - not only the visible portion we call light.

As with the visible spectrum, seeking the types and amounts humans were designed/evolved to thrive in - and avoiding wavelengths / types / doses humans have not been routinely exposed to since the beginning of time - just makes sense.

But food matters, too. A lot.

This is possibly every mechanism used to receive light and their purposes.

Let me list them:

1. Photoreceptor cells in the skin (simple detection of light/dark, circadian rhythms, camouflage).

2. Ocelli (simple eyes in insects and jellyfish, detect light direction).

3. Compound eyes (insects, detect movement and form images).

4. Camera-type eyes (vertebrates, detailed imaging).

5. Pineal gland-related photoreception (detecting light for melatonin regulation, found in some fish, reptiles).

6. Extraocular photoreception (in organisms without eyes, like some mollusks or larvae, using skin cells).

7. Plant photoreceptors (phytochromes, cryptochromes for phototropism, though the question is about animals).

8. Dermal photoreception in cephalopods (skin colour changes)

Light is so important for all living things, plants and animals, this natural light, has such an important influence to our entire being, and the whole ecologic Landscape. Unfortunately the importance of real light is truly not recognized. It would be foolish not to believe that most of the light we’re living in is artificial light and our receptors, those ones listed above, really can’t do much with this artificial light. It can be harmful especially in this new environment of too much blue light lights night, fluorescent lighting, LED lighting, and the whole variety of lighting’s that was not available 400 years ago.

Dr Ana wrote a book called LIGHT MEDICINE: A New Paradigm — The Science of Light, Spirit, and Longevity. She has done an awful lot for our understanding of the techno-biological and spiritual war against humanity. She also wrote Transhuman parts 1 and 2, part 2 is to help us overcome the depopulation agenda. She is quite brilliant. She is no longer active on Substack but she has given us her all and now she turns her talents to enabling our spirits to leave this world while working and studying at the Monroe Centre. God Bless Dr Ana.

Yes, God bless Dr. Ana. I imagine she sustained profound attacks intended to kill her from many directions. These attacks are military. Also "scientists" are contracted US and military hitmen. And/or Israel or both.

just a quick note that Substack's "A Midwestern Doctor" has made 3 points about exposure to sunlight that stuck with me: 1) that, as humankind gradually migrated northward, our skin became lighter to better absorb sunlight; it was that important to our advancement as a species 2) it is deficient exposure that results in the more deadly form of skin cancer and not superabundant exposure; 3) dermatologists exploited the latter myth to elevate their status. #1 accords well with the theory of evolution by natural selection. #2 is consistent with #1. #3, if true, wouldn't, I suspect, surprise many of CF's steadfast readers.

Thank you Celia for sharing this podcast, it sheds “light” on something that has been puzzling me recently. I was in a third “big box” store in as many weeks that had changed their lighting dramatically. The first time I couldn’t figure out what was going on, the second time I felt faint and had to rest for a moment on the merchandise and today’s was so bright I was driven from the store. I had already researched that it wasn’t my heart but the flickering of the LED’s that made me feel faint. I came home to the always candid Dr. Kruse’s interview on the harmful light radiation emanating all around us. I was fascinated by his focus on the latitude at which we live in relation to the quality of the light on our health and well-being. If we had been taught this important information, having grown up in a more favorable latitude, I now wonder whether I would have chosen to move to the NE for my adult life.

As to the uptick in obnoxious retail lighting, I checked on that again before opening my email. I had to ask the AI about the topic because the search was useless. AI confirmed the feeling faint effect and as a remedy told me to shop elsewhere or wear sunglasses if I insisted on shopping at these places. A recent Presidential Executive Order is once again allowing incandescent light bulbs but I fear the damage is done. Goodby to “retail therapy,” Amazon will never be as therapeutic.

K Lolli's avatar

Oh gosh, my hopes lifted a little when I read where you wrote that a recent presidential order will 'decriminalize' incandescent light bulbs – so much so that I searched for the order. Come to learn that, sadly, much (more) confusion ensued post-'order' ... i.e., obuma-bulbs will remain our only choice and the criminalization of the incandescent bulbs stands, per obummer's signature.

If interested, please see link:

https://edisonreport.com/2025/01/27/about-that-executive-order/

Incidentally, we can still purchase incandescent bulbs in the form of 20 - 30 watt refrigerator and oven bulbs, but nowhere are 80 to 100 watt bulbs to be found. I did, however, find 200 watt bulbs (upwards of $8 /per) recently on Amazon. Lol, prior to the criminalization, I didn't know 200 watt incandescents even existed.

This reminds me of an idea I had put on the back burner: Do a satire (with an utterly straight face) about how carbonation -- seltzers, wines, and sodas -- is a conspiracy by the usual suspects ("Club of Rome". Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Illuminati, Jews, etc.). We could trace it back to 1798 when Phineas Q. Fizzleworth, a Freemason (of course), invented and patented the first carbonation device (based on an ancient Hermetic treatise cross-referenced with Paracelsus). The motive would be to dispel dyspepsia and gas -- burping and farting, you see, are divine gifts to Mankind, good for our health and joi de vivre, which the evil Kabbalistic Cabal wants to deny us! Etc.

He certainly is a strong character. He reminds me of a New Yorker - is he from there?

Anyway - he’s a brain surgeon and what captured my attention was when he operated on his patients brains and exposed them to red light before closing them up .

He said HIS patients left the hospital days earlier than the other patients.

I personally have experienced peripheral neuropathy burning, all over and pins and needles and movement problems that all occurred after a visit to ER in California that left me with these problems i did NOT have prior to going in just to get an abscess removed.

I was given FLAGYL IV overnight along with morphine and toradol, etc while waiting for a surgeon to drain the abscess .

Within a week I could barely walk, struggled to talk, couldn’t drive for almost a year and that dragged on and I’ve seen 4 neurologists and had multiple MRI’s on spine and brain with nothing obvious showing up. I believe the FLAGYL caused the damage.

Red light therapy at a local clinic for a few months twice a week exposing my body to red light and near infrared on a $53,000 coffin like light box made a HUGE improvement.

Now I expose my legs to the sun for 20 mins a day and continue to work on my movement challenges which are 70% better.

There are many positive studies even published on well known medical study sites on red light therapy, which is what I read before going forwards with it. It really does help the healing process of many issues.

My mood even felt uplifted from it and my hair started growing where I’d lost a lot of it! Loved that part.😊

I received the IV version which may be stronger one time dose, and who knows what “other” adjuvants they put into it. It’s the undisclosed poisons to make the body “react” to the invader that cause most issues with “vaccines”…

They even use snake venom and other venoms (synthesized in labs) to INVOKE an IMMUNE reaction - isn’t that lovely to know.

A little venom never harmed anyone you know.

God did not make us to have to be ENVENOMATED. It’s crazy.

Apparently FLAGYL comes with a black box warning that states a high risk of peripheral neuropathy. Well I had terrible 24 hour burning throughout all my nerves under arms and legs for months. Told the drs but they did nothing. Basically I think it fried my nervous system…I’ve lost my reflexes completely in my legs and have a weak one in my arms.

But…I’m hoping it will recover over time but it’s not a guarantee.

If they had informed me at the ER (i was fully alert and responsive) that it came with a black box warning, I definitely would’ve said no thanks, let’s use another general antibiotic (I hate meds as it is though…)

Anyway, ANOTHER lesson learned about the medical industry.

Ask questions every step of the way.

The food thing is where I disagree with him. These things are not "either/or" they are "both/and".

Especially if you live in a Northern latitude where the sunlight is not strong enough, often even in Summer.

Fascinating!!! Recently underwent a light therapy for my gums to regrow bone for my teeth... which it did! So much to learn on this topic... Everything Dr. Kruse is saying powerfully resonates with human instinct and intuition. We must all pay attention to what "naturally" repulses us: if you are paying close attention to your physical feedback, you will notice that blue light literally makes your skin crawl. Likewise... AI generated "art"... which is now everywhere. Humans instantly detect what is inhuman... albeit often on a subconscious level. More, so much more to investigate in light... and also sound and frequency. They should be healing... but have been used against us as weapons for millennia.

I think when periodontal issues are caught early enough, teeth can be saved. I don't doubt that dentists and doctors will learn how to apply the treatment more extensively as time goes on...

Back in the early 1900s, when electricity and lightbulbs became commonplace, doctors (old-fashioned ... meaning real, caring, wise doctors) would advise people suffering from the 'winter blues' (SAD) to go home and sit under a bright, warm, inexpensive incandescent light bulb. Strange, then, how 'happy lights' prescribed today are over-priced contraptions that emit blue-spectrumed led and or fluorescent light.
