If Joe has died then there are some serious Continuity of Government issues. I think it more likely that he has been stricken with something far more serious than Covid--and could be in a coma. If Harris had to assume the Presidency, then both houses of Congress would have to appoint and approve a VP. Given that she appears to be running for President and may not yet have all the dots lined up for VP--that and internal Democrat party strife--could be the reason for masking Biden's true condition.
