Jeff Childers,

The Matt Walsh piece I watched yesterday revealed a simple solution: The mother's property had squatters. She and her adult son prepared a lease, had it notarized and the son moved into the house with the squatters. Then called the police to remove the trespassers , who could not provide the lease they said they had.

saw the NYC squatters video, owner cuffed …she actually had a paper deed, the squatters had a fake invoice on their phone… the system is screwy… she will hire the lawyer, fill out the paperwork and by the time she prevails they will have trashed the place, long gone… everything is rigged.

To me, this is another perfect example of (criminal intention) social engineering and class warfare.

Create a loophole so sheisters like those fellows who were squatting can exploit the actual homeowner and put the costly legal burden of proof on her.

Unbelievable !

Oh, what to do when Marxism is vaunted at what is by many wrongfully, (because our Constitution says otherwise) considered the highest level. Here's a U.S. "Supreme" who doesn't even understand the 1st Amendment. Start around 17:00 https://thenewamerican.com/video/peter-navarro-michigan-election-crusader-arrested-whos-next/?mc_cid=5a9450c07d&mc_eid=fdcfccdf96 1) Get personally involved in local government and hold public functionaries accountable in this hierarchical order, each being a sovereign government: the local level, county level, state level. If they don't follow the will of the people, then vote then out or recall them. These guys have the same right approach pertaining to congress. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JS3SyB37uM0&t=5s Study at length the origins of Common Law https://www.amazon.com/Excellence-Common-Law-Contrasted-Scripture/dp/0976552000 and the Militia of the Several States (Militia, a word intentionally maligned by the propagandists and social engineers to shape negative public perception). https://www.amazon.com/Militia-Several-States-Constitutions-Enemies/dp/0984481354 Or simply return to handwringing and helplessness and wait for the other guy to take the initiative, a favorite American pastime.

The state of New York is allowing this to happen with all its residents: billionaires and middle class alike...one way or another. And I suppose the people voted for this... one way or another. So they still hate the bogey orange man and still feed in the frenzy of msm constant spins, all the while, their cities and state are being taken from them. If they try to vote (which they won't) themselves out of this mess, they can't, because their voting systems are totally corrupt and hijacked. They liked it that way to eject orangeman, and they cheered it to no end. But now?? I think the only solution is to get the hell out of the blue states. Meanwhile, I wish there were sheriffs that were like the ones in certain AZ and CA counties who refuse to jail homeowners in such situations...

Possession is 9/10ths of the law. My dad once purchased a property with a bunch of non-paying squatters who were all LAWYERS, (last owner couldn't get rid of them). My dad got in while they were gone one day, threw all of their crap outside, and hunkered down there with my brothers. The cops told the lawyers they'd have to file a lawsuit and get a court order if they wanted to evict THE OWNER and move BACK in. That was the end of that.

Expand full comment
Linda O's avatar

Yep. Squatting requires that at least one of the marauders remain on the premises at all times. That's why they often take possession of a property as a pack.

Expand full comment
Joy Lucette Garner's avatar

Yeah, they need to always have at least ONE person there to call the cops on the owner. It's a matter of spying on the property in advance and locating a part of the day/night where one can take charge. And owner has to FIGHT in a very clever way.

As I was saying in 2020, if the police refuse to proscute the crimes of politicians, then they are not police, and they are impersonating police officers, and should go to prison for that.

Replace them with policemen who actually want to fight criminals.

If not, well, it's a government by pirates.

I was born in Brooklyn in the early 40's. Formative years in Westchester County, Irvington, NY.

Returned in 1968 after college, Marine Corps and Vietnam. Worked in Manhattan for three years then attended grad school at Columbia, graduating in 1973. Departed NYC and NYS at that time only to return for my mothers funeral in 1991.

City and State are shitholes created by politicians. And the USMA at West Point has erased "duty, honor and country" from its mission statement.

Advice to property owners with rental property. Sell it if even at a loss. Then sell your own home. Then get the hell out of New York. It may be financially challenging over the short term but long term you will better off, safer and maintain your sanity.

Neither NYS nor NYC will rebound. Both are third world sewers. Thank the politicians.

You too, Celia. Move on.

As to your reference to Communism, say the word loudly.

I'm going to read your substack because I'm eager to learn what keeps people somewhat (or more) engaged in the struggle when they are on the last 1/3 of their lives. Ron Paul, who I saw in a Tucker Carlson interview, has the right mindset. Despite the gravity of today's dystopian world he takes it in stride enough to not succumb and still enjoy life.

I think it's obvious that states like NY should split up in two or three smaller states. Or maybe form their own country, outside the US corporation.

I mean, the republic of New York is not defending its own laws. The State is attacking the people. The citizens ought to destroy that tyrannical republic. Peacefully is preferable, right?
