Turns Out Brains Do Not Experience (Neuro) Connection On Zoom, No Surprise: Let Us Stop Using Human Contact Surrogates And Monkey Mesh Mothers. It Is Actually Other Humans That Make Us "Healthy"
I've spent the spring as an Aspen eradicator. Not as fulfilling as vegetables, but I have some leeks and cantaloupe I started from some produce I bought.

Even the anti-social distancing, as well as masks, imposed on the public - with zero scientific basis for the alleged purpose of reducing the spread of a "virus" - interfered with the human connection so important to all humanity, even casual interaction in public.
Back when you were first discovering virology's weaknesses, I began a decade-long search to reconcile inconsistencies between scientific hypotheses I was taught in college and my own personal experiences as a biological researcher.
Examined was not only biology, but also geology, astronomy, genetics, paleontology, population studies, anthropology, archaeology, and dating methods, among other disciplines. My finding? No more scientific evidence supports the evolution hypotheses than exists for the viral hypothesis (that is to say, zero.) And, scientists in all these fields, in their candid moments, acknowledge that they have no workable explanation for any aspect of the evolution hypothesis. It is the original great hoax.
Not that the public was ever informed of these facts, so, I don't fault the average person for believing the scientific propaganda we've all been inundated with. But you are correct, it is difficult to rely on information from a person mouthing a refuted hypothesis. More so, that particularly pernicious hypothesis, which has led to the mistreatment and death of untold millions in the name of "superior" humans.
While health hazards such as that discussed here may successfully be identified, true health cannot ultimately be achieved through a false premise. And that includes spiritual health, perhaps the most important factor of all. Or as one man stated, worshiping the creation rather than the creator leads to, at best, an unfulfilled life.
David, thanks so much for your wisdom and learnings. I want to share a simple wisdom that aligns with yours. Christ said, in the little known ancient papyrus document "Your first meal should be with the SUN AT ITS HIGHEST and your second meal WITH THE SETTING OF THE SUN". Not surprisingly a scientist, Dr. Satchin Panda (Salk inst) proved, as he said: 'WHEN you eat is more important than WHAT you eat." Eight years ago at age 65 I was getting my affairs in order and facing heart and knee surgeries. I declined both and learned of Panda. I stopped eating by 4PM EVERY DAY - in total desperation. Four months later I was in perfect health. So I tell this to others. I told this to a stranger on a golf course - I figured he wasn't listening. FOUR WEEKS later he saw me and told me in tears that he was age 73 and a Type II diabetic for 20 years "taking insulin often" and "I had tried every recommendation, diet, fad that offered some hope - ALL TO NO AVAIL" "So THAT DAY, I stopped eating at 4PM like you (me) do". He then said "I am here to tell you that my glucose this morning was 78 (normal) and I can't tell you how long it has been since I have seen such a low number."
Feel free to reply with questions - there's more. To your health.
That is very interesting. My husband is Type 2 and I have him on a very low carb diet (which has helped him lose weight) but he still has high blood sugars in the morning. Maybe this might work for him. The sun does not go down until 8pm so it may be quite a challenge, but worth a try. I will have to chain him to his recliner before I go to bed. LOL
I am not a doctor but if his morning glucose test is taken right after awakening, then he is in effect measuring the "excess circulating glucose (ECG)" that, per Dr. Panda, was never removed after sunset/sundown the NIGHT before. So here is an illustrative hypothetical. If I ate a steak today at, say, 5PM - per Dr. Panda that steak will take roughly 6 hrs to fully digest AND it WILL result in an increase in blood sugar. So that increase in ECG would occur around 11PM and, per Panda, it would not be removed from my blood until about an hour AFTER awakening AND being exposed to light. The pancreas doesn't "wake up" - and be functionally able to release insulin - until one is awake and exposed to light - ideally light from the sun.
I know of a man in his 40's who weighed 295 lbs (on a 6'2" frame so not a small man) and out of frustration in being unable to control his eating made a rule to NEVER EAT AFTER 6PM. He knew nothing of Panda's science. He started enjoying the taste of water more and drank more - started dropping weight and lost 95lbs in 12 months. So he was definitely not following Panda's science precisely because of the earlier sundown in winter. The key finding is that he confessed: "I was still eating my favorite food." DONUTS!! Our body knows what to do with a donut DURING THE DAY but cannot handle any excess circulating glucose/sugar towards the evening. Panda's seminal interview was by Dr. Rhonda Patrick in 2016 on Youtube. It was that video that changed my life at age 65 and poor health. MOST IMPORTANT if one is to try a new routine of earlier eating is also from Dr. Panda whose specialty is "circadian" functionality in the body. By example, if a person eats at, say, 7AM, 1PM and 7PM every day for, say, a week - the body "spirit" recognizes this pattern and "concludes" "there is food available at these times". So PER PANDA, circadian 'alarm clocks" are set for 6AM 12Noon and 6PM and at THOSE times going forward the alarm goes off which signals the pancreas to release insulin WHICH IS A HUNGER PROMOTING HORMONE. An ancient survival mechanism. From my experience we are never really hungry from nutrient deficiency but from pattern eating. Change the patterns often and I am never hungry. Per another scientist, a similar thing is true about eating the same food regularly. If a food is deemed to be "abundant" because one is eating it regularly, the DNA in the taste buds is modified by the body/God Spirit, for you to ENJOY THAT FOOD MORE - since it is "abundant" - which can drive cravings. Finally, per Panda, two other deficiencies trigger the pancreas to release insulin to promote hunger. Sodium/Salt and Water. I start and end my day with a quart of water and a pinch (not tiny) of salt. Sodium IS the 3rd most important nutrient for life and water is 2nd most important. Finally, in the book "The Salt Fix" (great book) the scientist/author says that hypertension is actually caused by the "other white crystal" - SUGAR. The kidney's will not remove excess salt/sodium in the blood IF there is also "excess circulating glucose" in the blood. That ECG is FIRST addressed (stored as glycogen, fat, etc.) THEN the kidney's reassess the sodium need and level. So we must keep our sugar consumption (in all its forms) a safe distance from salt consumption. Take care. Feel free to reply again if there is a need.
Have you heard about 'the dawn effect"? Through a process called gluconeo- genesis, the body makes glucose (blood sugar) in the early morning in man people in preparation for the start of the day's activities. Those who exercise vigorously each morning or routinely experience stress at the start of the day may be more likely to see this.
Many athletes and those who exercise vigorously and regularly, who are on very low carb or ketogenic diets also find that their blood glucose levels rise before their regular exercise time- as tracked by continuous glucose monitors.
This physiological response to stress or exertion may not be changed by having the last meal of the day earlier, but it's worth trying. Having one meal a day, usually in the middle of the day or early evening also works well for some people.
I am listening to the interview of Dr Rouse and feel compelled to comment *somewhere* that the interviewer could be mistaken around 19:45 mins thinking Switzerland is so calm and they “give a crap” about EMF: I have been living in Switzerland for >10 years and have these last couple of weeks tried to get a response from the Directrice of the primary school my young child will start at in August regarding a 5G tower that was erected last year about 250/300 metres from the school building. She got irritated with me and fobbed me off with a response that she « is not the appropriate authority » regarding the installation of the mast. I then wrote to the Director General for compulsory education for the canton and have thus far had no response whatsoever.
The Swiss seem to live in the bubble of still believing their government would not possibly be as bad as coercing them to get gene-editing shots. In my small village there has been at least 2 cancer cases in previously healthy women.
We have several Ukranian families in our small village being put up in private accommodation (with two big, black Mercedeses, a Jaguar SUV and a Bentley (or is it a Rolls Royce 🤷♀️) being parked in an underground garage at a local block of apartments - they were parked with the UA number plates on street for a few months but the optics was, of course, troublesome). The Syrians etc have to petition the canton about their awful dormitory-style accommodation in a basement of a building somewhere in the city.
I have lived in 4 countries, but that was before C0v1d, and even though I cannot imagine how it is in, say, America ATM, it is certainly not the promised land of milk and honey, utopia in Switzerland.
the response to covid included staying six feet apart. this would prevent an electromagnetic connection. it was to dehumanise the energetic connection. i've seen energy research that speaks of the heart's energy field being 6 feet diameter around the body. so being less than six feet apart keeps us (our body) outside of each other's heart field. i think it's how we sense each other. and it would -logically- mitigate the external EMF exposure (like the broadcasting of frequencies that provoke dis-ease states, fear, anxiety, despair, helplessness) for mind control purposes which i felt amped up with the covid fear mongering.
same with masks covering faces. dehumanises.
dehumanisation (the severing of human recognition) buys more consent when we are asked to commit/condone atrocity.
and yes. get outside, on earth, turn off the artificial lights, power down the cellphone at night. and huge: turn off the wifi when not using it - that's a big one that reversed my attention issues, cured my insomnia, almost eliminated my anxiety and pulled me out of a years long suicidal depression. i got intentional about my use of EMFs and it was life changing.
I did the same thing too with no EMF devices in my room at night & definitely sleep better. Recently got a grounding mat after my friend with fibromyalgia (which I also have) said it completely got rid of her fibromyalgia after using it every day for the last couple years. I’m just hoping for improvement. It’s too hot where I live to go barefoot in the summer outside.
Remember the complete absurdity of a push by some at the height of Covid to also wear masks while on Zoom calls? I’m committed to never forgetting the insanity. It was all about isolating us, making us lonely, sad, suspicious, fearful and more connected to technology than “diseased” humanity. What is funny is I can’t find these stories now (just some empty Reddit links of archived stories), but I can find stories trying to debunk this. There was even a Zoom option to add a mask to your face in case you wanted to pander and make people feel better. Such virtue signaling insanity. The damage they did to humanity, particularly babies/children and their development over all this nonsense can’t just be allowed to be forgotten. Or forcing small children, toddlers, to endure wearing masks on planes and throwing families off that couldn’t keep a mask on a 3-year old while everyone on the plane just sat there, looking down, too cowed to bother to fight back acting like it was normal. If ever there was a call for never again! And even in central TX I still see some people wearing these damn things out and about.
Yes, I remember. As though warding off a computer virus! Or a human 'virus' could be transmitted through the computer.
One good thing about just how totally absurd thing got, was that it revealed that the whole 'circus' was never about human health. It was about control.
I personally know the author of this article and vouch for his high professionalism and honesty (and brilliance). So important to understand the hideous dark and powerful forces.
(Recommend following Dr James Lyons Weiler for more insight).
I’ll never forget riding my bicycle through a park in the summer of 2020. The good people of New Jersey, still in shock about the Covaids scare that had kept them indoors and isolated throughout that crazy spring, were just coming out. I guess Fauci had said something like it’s okay to go out “of course taking proper cautions like keeping your distance and masking up”. I just couldn’t take the stupidity of it all as I rode past young couples with their faces covered along with their kids, even the infants in strollers. So I mstarted in as sweet of a tone as possible to tell everyone of them, “You don’t need to wear those things here. You’re in nature and you’re safe. This is the safest place to be and the experts all agree !” And one by one I saw these folks remove them and smile as they thanked me for the good news. Occasionally I’d run into what I refer to as the Covidiots who wanted no part of my suggestion. And what is totally mind blowing is some of them are still wearing them and probably will until their dying day. I guess fear when mixed with ignorance produces an effect that makes people do things that we once considered ridiculous and most puzzling.
All I know is that if mask madness ever rears its ugly head again, I for one will not comply at all and will continue to be evangelical about these strange phenomenons called breathing fresh air and getting up close while embracing others. No elbow bumping here.
I’ll be right there with you on non-compliance. What got me were the people riding in their cars by themselves & wearing a mask. 😂 I even saw a lady walking on the street by herself wearing a crocheted mask with open weaves in it. I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard at the sheer stupidity.
Yes, even if there had been an actual scientific basis for isolating, anti-social distancing, and masking, it violated the medical principle of First, do no harm'. And it was illegal.
We the People created the governments of the States, and of the federation between, them "to secure these Rights" - our UNalienable rights - "and to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..."

What I see here is the attempt at keeping alive empiricism, which is a false philosophical theory.
Academic scientists cannot simply admit that the mind exists or that there are more things than the brain.
The modern version of empiricism is called "eliminative physicalism" and it presupposes that everything that is related to the mind is caused by the brain. As if there were no other mindful and interesting parts in the body, like the spleen, the heart, or the perineum.
But, because there is more data that contradicts the hypothesis that everything is in the brain and all experience is limited by the sense, they have to salvage the hypothesis by introducing electric fields. And then, they try to reformulate everything in terms of brain only, no mind.
All this moving of goalposts works for some people. Not for me.
Today's mindlessness is a very popular philosophical position. Some people really think they are robots. Critics of Descartes would lament his 400 belated victory. I humbly suggest that such a view would be wrong, because Descartes did not deny the mind. He was more connected to reality than modern analytical philosopher
Back to our topic. I don't enjoy either zoom calls or in person communication. Of people like me it is said that we need a lot of "down time" alone to heal. Nothing to do with individualism per se. Individualists are very sociable, most of them. And many collectivists are also sociable but anti-social and anti-human. The preference for being alone is different from opinions and beliefs.
The "healing together" idea does not appeal to me. It sounds dangerous.
But I understand that "scientists" are slow. They just discovered that there is something called "earth." And it seems it is related to "being alive." Okay. Congratulations on their progress.
I insist: a lot of education is fraudulent. People have degrees that say they know things they don't know.
Easy to describe, hard to understand.
Education was better in the past, compared to the present. The more expenditure on education, the more unlearned people get. Same thing happens with "technology." It makes life more difficult, not less difficult, in many cases.
Notice the aggressive marketing of the podcaster. Why is that? Well, it's his job. Could he have a better job? I don't know, maybe, he seems conscientious and driven. But technology disables good jobs, and enables very weird activities and behaviors.
Why would ever be a productive job to tell people to be productive? There is no necessary connection between telling people something and people doing something. Podcasters are weird!

I guess I'm wired like my father, for whom vocation was integral to his sense of self-worth. That's one of the reasons I find a dysfunctional and/or toxic work environment so objectionable, or should I say intolerable? In addition to assorted odd jobs including stints in used/rare bookshops, I've spent a couple years dashing around So Cal doing extra work. So I've, as an insider, observed several hundred different work zones. For a movie or television program to be executed, a certain minimal standard of coordination and efficiency is mandatory. That's true, of course, for every work place, but it's especially the case when so much of critical importance has to be accomplished on any given day. One can't just pack it up and try again tomorrow. Of all those work places, those that I can describe as thriving for one and all can be tallied on one hand.
Now at most work places lapses in judgement aren't life-threatening. And that holds true for most movie sets too, until, suddenly, in an instant, they are. Lead actors aren't immune. During the filming of Star Wars 7.0, Harrison Ford was conversing with the director when some bozo thought it would be fun to push the button that lowered the cargo ramp of the Millennium Falcon. It slammed into Mr. Ford's hip and nearly ended his life.
These many instances of me putting myself out there only to be disappointed or worse (I was subjected to a near-death experience of my own on the set of Transformers 1.0) have taught me that, when it comes to something of such vital importance as my own peace of mind or the capacity to flourish, the more distance I place between myself and other humans, the better.
Albert Einstein: "I live in that solitude which is painful in youth, but delicious in the years of maturity." Albert Einstein again: "The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits."
I remember a week of zero air conditioning for a poplular TV series in NL Una Voce Particulare , wherein a camera was literally dropped onto a bassoon ,due to the crack cravings of the general camera crew .The question of 15hr days was hard enough for the sober - without above 30C winter fires literally being part of the set for the duration .

Wow great info! I will watch that video and if you do not mind, may have some questions for you. Most likely tomorrow, though. I go to bed at 8 pm.
Blessings!

Hope you and your husband find what works for him.
Disclaimer: I am not a physician.
Have you ever read The Body Electric by Robert Becker? It was required reading when I was studying acupuncture.
The doggie foot protectors are very cute though:)
😂
Never again!
The Plot to Get RFK JR
I personally know the author of this article and vouch for his high professionalism and honesty (and brilliance). So important to understand the hideous dark and powerful forces.

Our Independence Day celebrations is a good time to re-read the Declaration of Independence - and the U.S. Constitution. Or at least the 1st Paragraph, Article IV, Section 4., Article VI, and the Bill of Rights. And discuss them with friends and family.
If we don't KNOW our rights, how can we defend them from government overreach?
Happy Independence Day!

Amen to that .
