Are you familiar with Attny Rolph Hazelhurst at Children's Health Defense?
His case was part of the bellweather cases (6 families out of 5,000) litigated by the "Vaccine Court" in the early 2000's, pursuant to the 1986 Vaccine Act.
(For those who are not familiar, the 1986 Vaccine Act is what prevents you from suing a Pharma company over vaccine injury. The US Govt took over that responsibility. So now if you want to sue, you are actually suing the Govt. And who defends the Govt? The US Dept of Justice. You can't make this stuff up)
