I believe weather modification was directly responsible for this tragedy. Also, TX should have loud sound alerts as they have had for decades in OK warning of tornadoes.

It can be that Doricko's company has nothing to do with it. But the technology seems to be there. If he is telling the truth about not being involved, and he is telling the truth about China being able to do weather attacks, and he is telling the truth about his company being able to participate in defense from that, then it's possible that some other contractors of some government can do an attack like this. Not definitive evidence.

But intuition (which can fail) tells us it's possible there is some form of attack and not a natural event.

And logic has nothing to say against such hypothesis.

Add to that the fact the Ted Cruz denies it. Which automatically increases the credibility of the hypothesis of the attack, because Senator Cruz is a good contrarian indicator. He is wrong often, and he is not a moron, and it's unlikely that a Senator can be so wrong so many times on so many topics. He lies, IMO.

Politicians in European Nations lie 30 hours a day, all 10 days of each week. It's part of the program.

Let’s all go back in time…where did the wealthiest people live? At the highest points away from the water. Not sure what caused this but I do remember Hurricane Agnes ripping through Pennsylvania in 1972. Flooding wherever there is a river. Perhaps best not to camp along a river when remnants pf a tropical storm are coming through.

Dig deep and odds are Mr. Augutsus Rainmaker (looks like a low level scapegoat to me) has very deep connections to Aerospace Corporation, the (wink, nod) "private" biz set up right next door to Los Angeles Space Force base to write ultra secret contracts for everything from satellites and supersonic drone-missiles to who-knows-what. So very similar to the Research Corporation for Science Advancement set up pre-WW1 in 1912 to manage gov-private patent royalties for new tech like radio waves and poison gases and later used for Ernst Lawrence's cyclotron patents. Discussed that old corp here: https://ajvalleyheartsdelight.substack.com/p/killers-and-healers-part-2-war-poisons

Another causation factor for the super fast floods is the many dams sitting along the Guadalupe River and its tributary, the Cypress Creek, the latter wrapped around Camp Mystic. Once one dam was full and failed, there was a cascade of other failing dams downstream pretty much all at once. Camp Mystic has 2 dams so it had a lake on what otherwise would often have been a dry arroyo. Scan the satellite imagery in the flooded area to see the huge number of dams in the Texas Hill Country.

Those people had good reason to fear that the Israelis would storm onto the boat and do violence to them, as had been done before. Maybe Thunberg being among them saved them from Israeli violence because Thunberg brought international attention and so they didn't dare to do harm. I do have a copy of a picture of Thunberg being held and cuddled by an older woman "handler" a few years ago. All very creepy. Taking advantage of Thunberg being perhaps autistic, or having been emotionally damaged by these "handlers" grooming and mind control and/or hypnotic techniques? She was oddly hysterical around that time when she was put up in front of the UN.

A recent BBC article had the basis of normal rainfall - one single unattached bacteria ,or a specific dust particle incidence and size . These then attract moisture ,normally ,which in its turn ,may ''fall'' appropiately .

In some scenarios formation of specific bacteria can be allowed to travel thousands of miles .

Australia has been tracking this over the Wallace line since 2010 .

The stringent preparations of scientific '' lock down'' within areas where bats may be eaten in northern australia is not trigger happy ,so much as discovering Nipah virus travelling through ''thin air'' from South China to bat colonies in australia .

I copied someone’s comment from one of my Patreon accounts about the predictability of the Kerrville rain

“The flooding in central Texas had nothing to do with Hunga-Tonga.

Over the last week a tropical storm hit the Gulf side of Mexico and the mid-level low pressure circulation slid up the coast into central Texas where it became stationary.

At the same time a hurricane formed in the Pacific off the coast of Mexico and moved northward toward the Gulf of Baja where it hit cold water. Both the tropical storm from the Gulf of Mexico and the hurricane ion the Pacific were under the same upper level high pressure so when lower circulation of the hurricane dissipated due to the cold water, the mid-level circulation moved northwestward into Texas where it joined the remaining circulation of the tropical storm. these two systems brought all their deep tropical moisture and associated lift in the atmosphere. This lift center cause the center of the upper-level high presser system to establish itself directly over the combined mid-level circulation of the 2 merged tropical systems.

When you have this type of tropical system come together you get rain-bombs at night, because all the rain consolidated at the center of the circulation. During the day the rain spreads out away from the center. This system was so obvious I warned family members who could likely be under this rain bomb 2days in advance.

The system though weaker was still visible in the satellite images which allow me to tell family members to watch for the first strong thunderstorm to form after 10pm last night. (July 4th TX) A little after 10pm a small thunderstorm developed about 20 miles west of Austin Texas and dropped a rain bomb of 15 inches in five hours. This rain bomb was on the northern water shed of lake Travis which has gone up 13 feet since 7am. Lake Travis is 60 mile long.

You can see the mid-level low pressure system with weakening high pressure still sitting over central Texas as of the sending of this post.

July 7th 2025 Breaking: Officials, company head denounces cloud seeding accusations in Texas floods, then admits they were just cloud seeding! Make sure you read the stories, not just the headlines. https://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local/article/cloud-seeding-texas-floods-20759516.php He explains that Rainmaker's last operation was on July 2, more than 24 hours before any kind of flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service. In that instance, a cloud seeding mission was conducted over the eastern side of South Central Texas. Two clouds were seeded, and they were gone no later than 4 p.m. Those clouds, says Doricko, were gone more than 24 hours before the tragic rains of July 4 began to fall.

Painted lady butterflies pupillate in England (UK) and Holland(NL) - hatch their crysalis' - - and fly very far . 3000 kms to sahara ,little further to SW sahara . And feed in the wetter areas .

Occasional high winds find clouds of these butterflies - high over the atlantic - if they glide ,dont descend into the warm moist air - within 8 days they'll hitch a ride to Guyana - where hordes of non native painted ladies colonies exist ,studied over 10 years .

To the weather modifiers and their apologists like Ted Cruz I have this to say.

When you choose to play God because you have the hubris to think you can control the weather don't act all shocked, outraged and hurt when what used to be accepted as "acts of God" gets laid at your doorstep on the occasion of things going way wrong.

Right or wrong, when you choose to play in the God tier some of those "acts of God" may end up being blamed on you. It just means some people believed what you claimed you could do.

I suspect that if the weather engineers were truthful they don't know FOR SURE any more than we do whether the climate engineering has anything to do with this particularly event. Nor do they know if the meddling has anything to do with rather unanticipated trends in macro weather we see. Too many variables.

Of course that ambiguity is the plausible deniability they ALWAYS hide behind.

We can't PROVE their meddling caused the disaster same way we can't prove that turbo cancer was caused by the clot shots. But we have our suspicions. THEY DEPEND ON THAT and hide behind it to continue the madness as if madness was normal and just an expression of the "can do" spirit.

As Clint Eastwood would say, "A man's gotta know his limitations". We need to upgrade our cowboys to those who know their limitations.

As I've always understood it, weather like other extremely complex chaotic systems follows precepts of chaos theory. IE they really have no clue what they may be unleashing. "Oops" is a fundamental part of chaos.

In Wikipedia they use the butterfly effect as an example.

"The butterfly effect, an underlying principle of chaos, describes how a small change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state (meaning there is sensitive dependence on initial conditions).[3] A metaphor for this behavior is that a butterfly flapping its wings in Brazil can cause or prevent a tornado in Texas."

If that theory is true about weather then they really have no idea what's going to happen when they meddle with it. They have a general hunch, cross their fingers and hope the checks for the contract clear and no one ends up in court. But that's about it. They have an idea how it's going to go. But they don't KNOW how it's going to go. It is built in to the game.

The fact that they aren't making small butterfly changes with their weather meddling further exacerbates the situation.. They are making HUGE changes and I suspect that if they said they actually knew what the outcomes might be they would be lying to you and themselves.

Just like how stealth, time-delayed and unpredictable deaths in the clot shot programs makes cause and effect near impossible to prove, the sheer complexity of weather and it's modification of inputs make negative consequences hard to anticipate or prove.

Whenever they're in cowboy mode they use "you can't prove it" as protection when things go wrong. In the case of the clot shots even if you CAN prove it they say "oh well, we have EUA protections so pound salt and cry to some one else"

A little less playing God and a little more humility might be in order for lots of things we are doing. Not just with the weather.

Why - because it does not uphold the standard of loyalty that a (malignant) narcisst like Trump could be have said to have proven to expect .

He ,as benevolent despot (lord Temporal & lord Spiritual) descries concrete ; ie no legal accountability between reducing air traffic control staff - and subsequent crashes .

Even more so between T's Holy Pink Slipping of meterological standby emergency scientifically competent staff ,as the BBC are anxious to show in that article - and impossibility of alerting any of the 150 drowned and missing (+minors) to date .

It is trolling because 67 lives ,not remotely american - were saved by one newly adopted dog - who sensed the danger - and outdid Trump in waking everyone - mid landslide Nepal -

My dad ,an oz -was fond of the saying ''why keep a dog and bark yourself?'' - especially used in gardening - bricklaying outhouses for the horses in summer holidays .

Trumps trolling of the universe has transcended subject and object by pretending any who see where he ''is but man'' -ARE dogs .

Off the rails - stigmatisation -are the minimum fruit of Trump's complete life's work .
