The CEO of Moderna is not really dumping any stock. Stephan Bancel and other Moderna top executives were selling about the same amount of stock at least for a year or longer, and the current pattern is nothing unusual.
Yes, he closed his Twitter account, but that might be for a number of reasons, perhaps he got tired of mostly negative comments, trolling, etc.
In my opinion, the Stew Peters show is a low-quality podcast full of often sensational and low-quality information, outrageous claims, and it shouldn't be taken as any factual reporting.
However, this reporting on Pfizer's warning to investors is interesting and worth looking at.

Celia, I did a bit of a dive into "Insider Screener". The stock sales during Feb. 2021 (76338) up to the 16th day where twice as much as so far this month (38000) for Bancel. Also, looking through the last year, he isn't the only executive selling off stock. It appears the stock sell off is not a big deal.
