Fill valves and relief valves are protected, and the type of steel the tank is made from does not shred into shrapnel if the tank is over pressurized to the point of failure, but would simply split open. If the responsible people are found the law will protect them because we are at war. The owners and operators of the u.s. gov't are at war against the people of the usa. He suggests the contents were not as reported and claims he knows where they originated, where they were headed and why. Is the supposed aeration of contaminated surface water rather the hydrolysis of volatile air contaminants which refers them harmless?
