Anything which distorts your biofield will deplete your life force and scramble internal signaling your cells rely upon to maintain resonance. What is true of clothing is true also of food storage, cooking methods etc. (Steiner taught about this.) Microwaved food intake is obviously the most dangerous and synthetic. Your biofield extends from within the trillions of atomic nuclei composing your billions of cells all the way out to distant space via a deluge of subconscious beliefs and feelings. Pendulums and special vibratory rods can help the average person identify which clothing and other materials are toxic, neutral or beneficial for them.
Celia, I loved this post of yours so much - I'm fanatical about natural fibres. I had been planning to get a paid subscription to your substack anyway, and that fibre article you reposted coupled with the chat tonight - Im hoping to take part! - decided me... so it made me laugh to see that for the first time ever I couldn't comment on the photographs of babies article without being a paid subscriber. I have now paid, but just wanted you to know I was about to do it anyway! You didnt force me! But I do think it's a good idea for you to do this. God Bless! And thank you for the intro to the marvellous Dr Nina Laibaw! (Cant remember her name exactly but you know who I mean - I had never heard of her!) xxxxxx
when we renovated the house we live in, the contractors and architect could not get over the fact that i would not have a microwave in my kitchen. they kept leaving space for one in the design and i kept reminding them that under no circumstances would i have one.
we have some frequent house guests who keep one in their room on the 3rd floor. i always laugh when the husband carries a bowl of soup up 3 flights to nuke it when he could easily warm it on the gas flame of the stove
That's a funny image. Stomping up 3 flights of stairs to go nuke a bowl of soup when there is a handy stove right by you on the first floor! Gotta nuke it :)
Yes, Arthur, Steiner's discussions are found scattered through a large number of his lectures. You can find some of these references by going to the online archives:
To keep it very simple and practical, however: wood cooking is best, then natural gas, then electric (and of course, the worst would be microwave). Since most of us do not have much choice, we may be well limited to electric and microwaved food cooking. It is similar in that sense to clothing: at best use linen, wool, then cotton and avoid as much as possible polyester and synthetics. We know that the Morgellon's type fibers that self assemble can protrude through the epidermis and seek to penetrate another body just like worms seeking new hosts, and we also know that they are attracted to polyester fabric (like attracting like). However, as Celia has said above, it is very important not to be fanatic or paranoid. Balance is key. On that note, Steiner also spoke at some length about a person's susceptibility to parasitosis as predicated upon their karma (greed and selfishness in a previous life can precondition to parasite infestation in a following life). Since the essentials of all the bioweaponry could be distilled down to the concept of synthetic parasites, this is something for us to think about because it suggests that individual pathological reactions to the synbio and related toxins can be mitigated by our current psycho-spiritual state of vibration as much as by taking medicinal substances to eradicate nanotech.
I believe to some degree our attitudes towards the food we eat play a part in our health. Even people who may have a fairly unhealthy diet can thrive as long as they have a positive attitude towards what they eat. IMO.
Personally I’ve been eating mostly organic food since college and I’ve never doubted that I would not suffer the diseases that most people, certainly at my age, treat with a passé attitude these days, like a forgone conclusion. Also I ignore statistics or I’d believe I’m at risk for cancer alcoholism high blood pressure strokes mental illness ! I’ve never tested for cholesterol or gotten any invasive tests and no pharmaceuticals drugs. I did have a mammogram once out of curiosity. I’m rely on herbal remedies and homeopathy when needed. I’ve never had a flu jab and even living in NYC for 35 years rarely every got sick, certainly never got the flew. I’m 78 and fit as they say as a fiddle ! And, I might add, never allowed my beloved dog to be jabbed either, and tried my best to feed him real food.
i also have never had a mammogram or colonoscopy or any other cancer screenings. i've been to a GYN 4 times in my life, every time i was buying a house and just wanted her to feel my breasts so that i'd feel comfortable committing to a 30 year mortgage (pretty silly, isn't it). she would have a melt down over my lack of mammograms, write me a prescription which i would ignore and eventually throw out when i cleaned out my wallet. the food we eat (mostly meat) comes from regenerative local farms and some vegetables that i grow in the backyard. i cook it all.
i used to watch my female employees be nervous every year while waiting to be told if their body parts had turned on them. that was not for me. i only go to doctors who don't take insurance.
in 1976, my cousin's wife spent a year in a wheelchair after taking the swine flu vaccine. that was the final break between me and conventional medicine. sure, when i got hit my a texting driver while riding my bike to a private strength training session, i went to a western doctor. they are capable of setting broken bones and cutting things out, but not good for much beyond that.
Wise woman ! I don’t have a primary and when ai looked around I was disgusted by the whole system. Once I tried to get an epipen and was told I needed to have a colonoscopy first, no joke. Doctors are mostly stupid, IMO. I went to a new clinic nearby that operates totally differently from conventional clinics. I told them what I wanted, and they responded. I was having some digestion issues and requested several lab tests. The dr was a bit condescending but I held my tongue because she’d never heard of activated charcoal so I lost respect right then. If she hadn’t poopooed the idea and tried to learn something from this helpless uneducated old woman, I’d have given her some respect. But I got what I wanted out of it, and she called in a prescription for two epipens and all tests came back perfectly normal.
Colonoscopies are truly invasive and for me totally humiliating, much like having to wear a face mask, but of course much worse. It’s humiliation and fear they’re most in search of. There are other tests simpler than can be used but they always go for the worst possible option. I’ve never had one and never will.
I know three people much younger than me who died after vaxxing. Several others who suffer recurring severe eye problems, burning feet, recurring bouts of shingles amongst other things, and one who had a leg amputated from cluster clots.
I eat meat occasionally, in fact I feel energized from it. But I only buy from a local farmer who raises free range and practices regenerative farming. Most meat farmers and chicken too will lie to your face claiming free range and organic when it’s half true. Nowadays meat is getting a bad rap but I figure from the dawn of man and woman meat has been a mainstay. Til they slaughtered all the buffalo, Indians lived mainly on meat. And while it’s true people live longer nowadays, they also live much sicker. That’s the idea right, make people sick, keep, them sick. It’s good for business, esp pharma.
Anyways, it feels good to be on the right side of what’s real as those around us act against their own best interests and not just refuse to listen to us, but treat us with contempt. And it’s always good to know there’s many of us out there who see the truth AND act accordingly.
and PS, i've been out to all the farms where we source our meats from. i've talked to the farmers and their families, i know their interns and their crews.we've even volunteered to help them and/or taken classes in canning there. i've seen how their farms run and how they raise their animals. we also are part owners of a small farm of our own which we visit when we can.
oh my god! when my friend needed a kidney transplant, they told her she would have to have her ovaries out first because her mother had died of ovarian cancer, as if that made it certain that she would get it! they didn't want to "waste" a kidney on someone who "might" someday get ovarian cancer.
this was around the time that mickey mantle had been given a liver transplant after a lifetime of heavy drinking and smoking and having cancer spread throughout his body!
if you're gonna have standards, you may as well have two!
Geez, I wish we were neighbors. I’m 61 and have done much the same and I’m in great shape too! (No mammogram tho) and have avoided processed foods as much as I can (hard to do when visiting some family events). I live in the town where I grew up and I run into people from my class every now and then - I’m always shocked at how debilitated most of them are.
I know, women talk about breast cancer like it’s the common cold. Occasionally I’ll eat processed foods when I’m visiting. I’m game to eat any meal prepared by someone else ! If you’re not brainwashed or perhaps lazy or even worse extremely poor, it’s not a stretch to eat healthy. I don’t think most people associate their diet with their health. It’s sad. In a world where things are going crazy what else do we have control over but to eat healthy…??? Kudos to you, I wonder how some of us get it when most do not.
Exactly. We are “freaks” or “radicals” for wanting to live the way we do - eating Whole Foods and living well without the medical complex. It is backwards.
And, I forgot my mother had recurring cancers. Never got a flu shot and despite living in Teeming Manhattan for 35 years, rarely got sick, certainly never got the flew. I also never got jabs for my beloved dog and always tried to feed him real food. I believe the primary cause of illness is stress. Thanks….
I've noticed differences in how synthetic vs. natural fibers make me feel for many years, and buy my clothes accordingly. I also do my best to avoid toxic foods, water, and thoughts. I purchased an expensive water distiller (PureWater) and hydrogen water machine (Lourdes) more than a year ago, and that was one of the best investments I've made.
I have some of Steiner's recordings and look forward to exploring the content rsarchive.org.
Yes, I feel exactly the same way as you and have done for many years. If one is sensitive to the vibration of things one reacts viscerally against all synthetic substances since they are emitting frequencies the body does not recognize and does not like.
All my bedding is organic and my foam mattress cover contains wool which eliminates the need for fire retardants. My comforter is also filled with wool. Even my dish towels are organic. Fire retardants give off a sickly sweet smell which makes me gag. I only wear organic underwear too. Not all my clothes are organic but I try and actually I keep clothes forever so I hardly shop and mostly buy second hand, only from local yard sales. Salvation Army and those stores sell clothes that smell of either cigarettes are gag worthy laundry detergent. A few weeks ago I bought a beautiful winter coat at a yard sale 100% cashmere. It’s clean and beautiful and fits like a glove … $2.00 ! No kidding. 💕. When I moved here the first thing I did was remove the microwave. I don’t like non stick pots at all. I like to cook the old fashioned way. I also removed smart meter in favor of old analog. No cell phone either, just an old princess.
I've never been able to wear synthetic fabrics. I worked at a fabric store when I was 16, 17. When the bolts of fabric were delivered, the smell of formaldehyde was overwhelming. It made me very particular about which fabrics I would wear. Just the touch of a synthetic is disturbing. I don't know about frequencies--but it's an interesting idea.
Fabric stores turn my exposed skin bright red in seconds. Since I'm obsessed with fabric color and weave, it's not good. I recently found I can tolerate Pendleton wool fabric stores. It's heaven.
I think of the billions of poor people in the "3rd world", relegated to plastic shoes, even in the early 1970s. Good, organic, self-contouring leather had heretofore been their natural custom. So tragic, the plastic scourge. Cheap, ugly, earth-destroying.
It can be extracted from straw, cotton waste and other natural materials, but in the case of rayon, it mostly comes from the wood pulp of pine, eucalyptus or beech. It is often marketed as an eco-friendly fibre because it is made from natural, renewable materials (trees).
My shock is to look at a label and read ‘ recycled plastic’ or something similar!! Really!! I put it down and do without! Nothing recycled can be good on your skin! And trying to find 100% cotton is impossible ( almost). And, ladies, our under garments are not good!
Good stuff Celia, thank you! Though I have a high tolerance for synthetics, I typically keep cotton or wool for direct skin contact. I live and work at high altitude,10K ft most of the year so I do use high tech synthetic shells and insulators.. try to take exceptional care of them so they last.. 70% of the wear and tear in our clothing is found in the dryer, so hang dry everything you can..

Thanks for this. I know it's true - well, we can feel it. Natural VS Synthetic shows up as the underlying battle everywhere. Even in fabric.
I need to stop buying my clothes at Costco.

rayon fabric made of plastic?
It can be extracted from straw, cotton waste and other natural materials, but in the case of rayon, it mostly comes from the wood pulp of pine, eucalyptus or beech. It is often marketed as an eco-friendly fibre because it is made from natural, renewable materials (trees).
Cotton and wool fabrics break down in landfill; however, synthetics and a mix of synthetic/natural fibres take a long time.
Rayon is not synthetic. It is manmade and comprised of cellulose. It is nothing like polyester or nylon. It is not plastic.
dissolve cellulose in hydrochloric acid and run the resulting solution through a spinneret to produce rayon fiber, to be more specific.
I had no idea that’s how rayon is made!
that was the method in the 1920s, anyway. likely it's “evolved” to use higher complexity methods and equipment which drive up cost
Yes.
I wonder why I don't like the feel of it on my skin.
Vital info, maybe esp if you have a tendency to be down, depressed, hopeless. Wear an "upper" fabric.
GR8 article. The synthetic cloths problem affects most people, others not at all. It's like EMF radiation.
Agreed. So, experiment.

Yes impossibke to find cotton bras that are wearable! Ive gone back to synthetic bras but everything else I wear iis cotton or wool or linen...
i have moved to a cotton tank top as my bra…. works pretty well
I never thought about this. I guess running around naked is the best option. For health that is.
And how about all that chemical residue from fabrication and the application of highly toxic flame retardant chemicals?
Bromine is bad. It displaces iodine, which we actually need
Good stuff Celia, thank you! Though I have a high tolerance for synthetics, I typically keep cotton or wool for direct skin contact. I used to sew my own clothes in high school and i could identify fabric fiber content just by touch… my favorite is cotton lawn.
I recently learned that glyphosate can be used as a crop desiccant on cotton, leaving residue.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crop_desiccation
Cotton requires the most pesticides of all crops is my understanding. This also stay away from cottonseed oil in food ☠️
