I don't believe Charles does and if the Monarchy goes, communism comes in. That appears to be the direction this is going. Something appears to have been released with the death of Queen Elizabeth. Whatever controls she knew how to operate, Charles either doesn't know or can't. Chances are he's dirtier than Andrew. I think the Monarchy is quite possibly on its way out. That's the only way I can see to interpret this. All those Barons and Dukes--the last great landholders--they are the only thing standing in the way of the communist takeover. From that standpoint I think it's pretty clear. The palace controls are not working which either means Charles is a complete inept moron (not a stretch) and there are traitors working from the inside. I could go on, but that's my basic gist.
I don't care much for the Royals and couldn't care less if she's had a hysterectomy or something and doesn't want to talk about it. It's not like she has an important job. I just found all the fake imagery they released fascinating.

If they're doing fine why not give a short video.

Or it's like the fainting nurse where they'll hide until later to dismiss the quackzines concerns as "crazy".
Maybe it's not so much a mind control experiment, but the use of yet another distraction/talking point/mental energy and time consumer designed to keep the predictable proles busy while the technology they've injected into people (see blood analysis stacks of Ana Milhacea, Carnicom Institute, David Nixon, Karl C, et al) completes its construction cycle and becomes operational. At the moment you have the choice of what to focus on and how to use yourmental time and energy. Use it wisely.

It could be for the same reason they keep showing the fake Biden on TV. People will believe ANYTHING these days that the fake news tells them as long as its on your TELL-LIE-VISION!! The fact that people cannot tell the corpse in the white house is an imposter just boggles the mind.
