So bummed that I missed the substack announcement about this first meeting. I will definitely attend the next one and look forward to catching up on the ideas discussed, imagined and exchanged. I love the idea of stepping away from the brawls and internal battles within the "movement." I come to The Truth Barrier for the balance of refreshingly poetic writing that still delves into and captures essential, soulful truths. (It's been a long ride since being a media fellow at CHD in 2022 and I've noticed how the sucking vortex of constantly searching for and broadcasting "the truth" becomes draining. At times I still get caught up in the quagmire of identifying and weeding out from my inbox the agents inserted to cause chaos, divert, stifle and redirect the boundaries of investigation. While useful in small doses, that kind of mental work feels like the opposite of expressing creative energy and seeking light and beauty in the world...) I would be so delighted to be part of a group producing a magazine. Perhaps I'll find in this project the impetus to complete unfinished essays and turn video footage and audio recordings into those mini-projects I've been collecting material for since 2022. Happy to contribute writing, editing, copyediting, video/audio or whatever is most useful. My husband is a graphic designer with motion graphics skills, tons of experience and a keen eye if help is needed in that department.
Make sure you come…it was a very empowering and filled with so much ‘good’ discussion. You would have loved what was said today…many echoed what you said…”expressing creative energy and seeking light and beauty in the world”…vs the “sucking vortex of constantly searching for and broadcasting “the truth” becomes draining”…many of us recognize the need for the ‘former’ rather than the ‘latter’ comment.
Thank you for organizing it and letting me join. I was happy to be there, though had an odd feeling like I was a party where everyone already knew each other. Was that just me?
Thank you so much, today was exactly what I needed! It was so wonderful to see and listen to such similar souls. I worked for my college newspaper (decades ago) but was a great copy editor and really enjoyed the work. I’d be happy to volunteer my time to your project.
I would have mentioned this during the call, but I didn’t want to divert my attention in order to find it. I first (and only, actually) heard this on Jean Shepherd’s radio show.
I am fully aware that those of you who weren’t there may have no idea what this is about. Sorry.
So, a little break from all that ails us, turning the world around... A little program from a radio station in Ottawa about songwriters Gary Bonner and Alan Gordon, writers of "Happy Together" by the Turtles and a few other surprises. https://www.mixcloud.com/thesixties/songwriters-garry-bonner-alan-gordon/
I didn’t say anything but I was there! I was watching in bed because it started at 3 AM in Japan. 🤗
Thank you for setting that up and making it happen! It was great to see everyone. Next time I will try to have Molly handy.

I didn’t know anybody accept Celia who I got to know through Reiner Fuellmich.
Enjoyed hearing you speak today. You are very brave. It was thrilling to me to meet at community of like minded individuals.
Same! God bless you all.
Collapse Life - I felt that, too.

Sea horses may be Romanized
By calling them hippocampi;
If you would do the same to shrimp,
Add garlic and they're scampi.

What an enthralling meeting. So happy to be part of this. Thanks Celia and everyone.
Celia, it was so nice to meet your community of subscribers. Thank you for your efforts to bring this group together. IMO once a week meet-up works.
I tried, but couldn't keep the connection. I'll definitely try again. Thank you Celia.
I'm sorry I missed this one. 7am NZST was not convenient for a happy wife/life but I will do my best for next time
Celia, it seems Tessa Lena would be a good fit if you have not reached out yet
Thank you 🙏❤️🙏
I used my phone to say "bye!!" before I went out for a walk in the rain before dusk set in. Hope I didn't ruffle any feathers.
Good!
