I couldn’t even continue to read till the end because I just wanted to say I’ve been down this road. My whole family was sick with CIRS one child w Lyme was particularly effected by the mold. I too had a consultation w Dr. Shoemaker. Put him on speaker and have a scribe with you. He is terrifyingly intelligent and with brain fog, it’s hard to comprehend everything he says.

I’m happy to speak directly to you as a fellow sufferer. It was the hardest part of my life and happy to say we are healed. Forever changed and vigilant but much much healthier. Please let me know if I can help or support you in any way. The Lord’s blessing to you dear Celia for health and healing.

Me, too, Celia. But I am now nearly 100% healed. In my case, the traditional, establishment lab stool samples "missed" finding, gasp, 6 parasites, 2 worms + eggs, and candida - ALL living "on top" of the mold. Once my naturopath killed them off first (6 months) we then proceeded to kill the mold from below my neck (90 days). Done. We are now in the final weeks of treating my eyes, sinuses and brain. We are using Natacyn eye drops (much cheaper from Canada) and BEG compounded nasal spray. My vision and brain fog are now finally on the mend. Hugs and prayers to you, Celia, on this most difficult journey!

John, that's amazing. May I ask who your naturopath is? I have taken a fair amount of anti-parasitics including Ivermectin, Turpentine, and more. When you killed the mold, did you use Chorystamine? The doctor I am working with as of today is trained by Dr. Shoemaker but does not believe in it. He plans to use a step-ladder approach. I know that is more wise but I am so impatient. Apparently Lyme hides under mold, so mold has to be removed first, and then Lyme can resolve itself once the immune system is "organized." I'm so happy for your success!

Hmmm... I sent you an email reply that didn't go through. So, here's a copy and paste of that message.

-----------------------

Hi Celia. I'm a huge fan. Wow. Keep up the great work!

Per your request, here's the link to my naturopath, Jason Porter. He practices in Arizona but can certainly give you a second opinion via phone. You have my permission to tell him I sent you.

And, no, he didn't use Chorystamine. Go figure...

I know many medical "experts" seem to favor the layered approach. Jason, however, seems to revil in being Godzilla the Destroyer.

Celia, I, too, am impatient but the quick way seems to be working for me. So far, so good. I had spent the previous six months with a prominent, award-winning doctor who was "layering" me the entire time. But I just got progressively sicker doing it that way. Different strokes...

Note: My mold originated in 3 different ARIZONA residences. So, it's prevalent here in "The Valley of the Sun", too.

Last but not least:

Please, please reach out anytime or just keep me in the loop.

Heart-felt blessings to you.

John

Celia, wonderful story about your adopted Rooster, and I hope you can find a way to keep him you might break his heart if you let him go.

Oddly I decided to spend some money on some tests after watching a Zonia series, and was a bit skeptical. I was just looking at the results last night for Organic Acids Profile, Toxic Metals, and Mycotox, and still awaiting results for the Advanced Adrenal Stress test with saliva.

Surprisingly all my results look pretty good so far except a few like on the OAP like an OAT i guess, the Pyruvate reading is just over the Max range in the Glycolysis category which has to do with cellular respiration and energy. In the Fatty Acid Oxidation category also to do with energy the Adipate and Suberate levels are much higher to be concerning, and in the Markers of Bacterial Metablolism my Indoleacetate which I'm not sure relates to yet is less than half the minimum, but from what I can assess is I'm not getting enough oxygen in my blood.

On the Toxic Metals my Thallium is just under the top of the reference level and is considered very toxic associated with Pest control which I did a brief stint back in the 90's most of which ended up in the office but wasn't listed in the reference area of the report, where as my Cesium level was over the max but not in the danger zone yet, and does show up in the reference area of concern, and is associated with Radiation and cancer treatment medicines which I've never had and a few other things that would only bring low level results.

The Mycotox profile which ties into yours as all my readings are Zero on except Ochratoxin A which the max is 7.5 mg/dl mine reads at 10.76. Which of course shows up in the reference of concern area stating

"Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a nephrotoxic, immunotoxic, and carcinogenic mycotoxin. This chemical is produced by molds in the Aspergillus and Penicillium families . Exposure is done primarily through water damaged buildings."

My biggest concern I thought was Fatigue and thought I was doing fairly well with everything I've been undertaking since my Mother passed and can now focus on my own heath as I'd care for her 24/7 365 for over 6 years and about 10 overall. With these results which I think all tie in together, at least I hope anyways as the Toxic metals is concerning and not relating to the water damage issue, but realized I've had concerns with breathing properly and had an issue back in August that involved my eyes that still carries on today and fit's in with what you described, and the VA told me was natural with old age. So I too am looking forward to my last test now to have the results analyzed and my interpretation consult.

So I was fascinated by this CIRS test you took and wondering where/how you did it?

My regular health care is through the VA and have only had PA's and now have been downgraded to an NP I believe due to my vaccination refusals that predate covid, and refusing Statin's my last visit that had nothing to do with my health but my family history. I don't feel like I can count on them for proper care. I'd like to find someone closer to home but not finding much in searching, and may have to call some eye clinics, and will check out your link too, but wondering if there's a link to a self test to start.

I do sincerely hope you finally come to some resolve as society is atrocious at labeling people and thinking they are fakers when they don't understand an unexplained condition. I think a lot of people don't understand the toxicity we've unleashed on ourselves through corporate greed and government complicity in allowing acceptable amounts of chemicals in our air,, water, and food and now to find develops in our living quarters as well.

God Bless and I'm praying for your healing, and that a solution is at hand and your suffering soon to be over.

You'll likely receive hundreds of advice comments on this one, Celia! So I will skip any advice giving.

What I want to say is that my partner and I have lived our own versions of your wild medical (alternative and conventional) journey. One step along that road involved an extended mold exposure that flattened us both (and our two cats ... very tough).

Anyway, my partner found Cholestyramine to be of profound benefit. I'm not at all sure where she'd be now without having taken it a good long while, rather religiously. Having been pummeled by western medicine for decades, she'd mostly sworn off it. But she was in dire condition, and Richie Shoemaker's books gave hope. Cholestyramine it was, and it was a great boon for her.

Okay - one 'advice' point. My partner found the Cholestyramine WITH sugar more effective for her system than the version with some other kind of sweetener. She tried both - there was, for her a notable difference in efficacy.

Wishing you tremendous success, a day at a time, because clearing these things can take time. But we already know you have what it takes - sufficient patience, barrels of fortitude, and lots of loving support from all sides ... and, damn, you've even got a rooster now!

Big love and all the best ~

I love your rooster. Thank you for this essay. After three out of five people in my household had strange illnesses for our age, I outgrew the old paradigm and began to consider all environmental exposures together -- the unique interaction that perhaps cannot be untangled in each of us. Our new electromagnetic reality now contains frequencies unknown to us and changing at all times. These frequencies are not labeled, and We The People are unable to measure the synthetic waves as we move about. We have no idea how they impact us, although the science is very clear. These frequencies confound all previous Knowledge on heavy metals and toxins, including mold. New frequencies explain flu-like and covid-related illness prior to injection campaign rollout. Different frequencies 'cause' different things to happen and to grow, mold included. Changing the frequencies in our surroundings changes our microbiomes. Main conclusion of this epidemiologist: no amount of ancestral nutrition or supplementation or positive intent can make up for the harmful effects of ongoing chemical and/or electromagnetic poisoning, or the biological results from their changing and infinite interactions. Alternative medicine is better in one way -- the patient is not gaslit. This feels SO good -- to be listened to, but there is little recovery happening, even in alternative medicine! This is because we are being poisoned, in an ongoing fashion, via water, food and now atmospheric chemicals and frequencies that are not even acknowledged. Alternative medicine fails to account for ongoing poisoning, and until this is addressed, recovery is not likely, even if everybody were to shift to alternative medicine. The most reasonable recovery attempt is to eliminate any metal in one's mouth and body, wireless from one's surroundings, and give the body rest, clean water, nutrients and time. I love the new biology / terrain concepts and science of water, but doubt that these concepts can overcome military-grade operations bombarding synthetic frequencies, pulsed and beamed. I keep wondering: is it possible to express freedom if poisoned?

Dear Teresa, you bring the whole thing right to the heart of the matter. Do you think frequencies could remove mold from a home? Come back Royal Raymond Rife!

Dietrich Klinghardt has been all over the mold and EMF issues for decades. He cites a growing body of research showing that EMFs cause mold spores to reproduce at like 10xs the normal rate. Reducing your exposure will tame the mold problem in your home and also allow your parasympathetic response to come back on line, and that's where the healing is.

Expand full comment

Rife!! I've only peeked down that rabbit hole.

That's an interesting question. I think of it the other way around... the synthetic EMF environment grows the mold, so eliminating the man-made frequencies would change the EMF environment, and that mold would maybe no longer thrive.

Also consider: Mold or no mold, would your body thrive better with or without being irradiated?

When trying to understand EMF, I think it's easier to imagine somebody ELSE's situation. So here's a real-life example: My daughter went off to college last fall - southern city, urban environment. I walked the gorgeous historic campus with my EMF meter and was incredibly concerned. The main academic quads, the streets leading to the campus, and her dorm's entire block were all reading HIGH RED - meaning topping out my meter's ability to measure -- not a safe sleeping environment according to the building biologists. It is an extraordinary thing that happened, while we were focused on a non-infectious particle that exists in a computer. So--what is causing the over-the-top exposure to non-ionizing radiation? The wireless routers? The regulated towers? The non-regulated towers (yes, there are many)? The antennae? The satellites? The street lamps? A HAARP facility half a world away? The cameras? The apple watches? The laptops and devices? The phones? The pulsing utility meters? The answer is: all of it. The students move around in their campus environment, exposed to all of it. Many of them stay up all night. Many of them eat contaminated food. Most of them drink contaminated water. All of them get wet during programmed precipitation and breathe in any contaminants. Their exposures are not being monitored in any way. Nobody has any idea that they are being dosed by non-ionizing radiation, and this radiation is interacting with metals and toxins in each student. The kids who have amalgam fillings, tattoos and multiple boosters under their belts? Those are the kids who are more likely to become ill, or more likely to become ill first, or more likely to develop what we call mental illness. They are experiencing different presentations of scurvy and other deficiencies due to unmet elevated nutrient needs resulting from chemical and radiation poisoning. Bring back the word. Poison.

Now, time for the next layer. There is a well-known little secret that is ignored and swept under the southern rugs. Campus mold. Mold coming out of the pipes into and through the dishwasher... mold in the bathroom. Last semester, there was a photo making the rounds of a dorm -- with actual mushrooms growing out of baseboards! I know a girl who was so impacted that she was unable to go into her dorm, was hospitalized, and had to move out. 3 out of 5 girls (that I know) accepted a new and serious diagnosis during their first semester.

I forgot to mention: When I was walking around with my meter, the main quad -- covered by exquisite live oaks -- was being sprayed with pesticides.

So, is the mold a cause of human illness? or is the mold an outcome-- an attempt at remediation-- of a poor environment?

Either way, can we consider (and agree) that there is not a single 'cause' of the multiple illnesses experienced by today's freshman on their new campus? The student reactions and diagnoses are varied but the CAUSES are multiple, interacting, hard-to-measure, non-ancestral chemical and radiation exposures. I'm capitalizing to emphasize, I'm not really yelling :)

What is interacting in YOUR environment to cause such a reaction to something natural, whether a mold, gluten, or pollen? Why isn't everybody reacting to the same things? These are difficult questions each of us needs to consider, for the thought experiment leads to the fact that we cannot possibly know our exposures in today's poison-soaked surroundings.

The best thing I did for my own recovery was to step back and see the whole mess. Doing this lowered my overall anxiety as I was able to concentrate on exposure elimination and minimization instead of doctors, diagnostics and treatments. So, I start on the far left of the causal chain and no longer worry about everything that falls between known harmful exposures and my symptoms. When somebody -- even a really smart person -- talks about what is happening in the body, all I hear is the Peanut Gang's teacher.

I am a fish. I spend my money, time and effort on my bowl. I do not want to go to a fish doctor. The fish doctor will have special fish flakes, gill protocols and swimming regimens. But the fish doctor will not even ask if I can see out of my bowl.

Bravo on such an enlightening essay. Frequencies can affect molds. Dr. Hulda Clark figured that out in the 70-80s and wrote many brilliant books, more like manuals, on how to cure everything.

Always, her first protocol was to have teeth work done. Molds hide under them and metal must go. (still battling with the dentist to have a 40+yo root canal removed.)

She designed a small rising-falling low voltage frequency generator, a DIY project that I made and used. After years of knee ache, it went with one week long session.

I use, irregularly, an Ozone generator, just 5 minutes in a closed room, freshens, sweetens the air. Use with caution, read up, but worth the investment for keeping molds at bay.

I agree so strongly with what you have written here, and believe that mitigating or harmonizing the EMFs is Job #1. After years of struggle and search, I recently had a home practitioner of BioGeometry come to my home to harmonize the geopathic grid lines in the earth below. These natural detrimental earth lines have apparently become exponentially more toxic now that our environment is loaded with EMFs. Other measures I've taken to remediate my place include using ethernet instead of wi-fi and shielding the bedroom with special paint and a sleep canopy. A spiritual teacher I follow, Robert Powell, received a message from Christ several year ago regarding 5G microwave radiation. It began: "Oh Human Being, Beloved, Protect yourself from the Death Ray..." I pray that we may all find ways of protecting ourselves from the Death Ray!

I know a lot about CIRS and toxic mold, all learned the hard way over 22 years. Too much to write. You can call me. 24% of the population has a genetic marker for inability to process toxins in their body, related to glutathione, so they accumulate. Ozone treatment helps. I went to a doc for IV ozone but then bought my own equipment to do at home more frequently - rectally, also in ears and can make ozonated water. You might want to test for SIBO and get a stool sample and maybe genomic test to compensate for genetic issues. You should take a vacuum sample from your house for an ERMI test - Environmental Relative Moldiness Index and send to EMSL. It doesn't go by location so much as building materials and water intrusion. I had impaired executive function. I would write about real things that happened, timeline of mold exposure, etc but NOT theoretical pieces with logical sequences. There's lots more. I was an advocate for the Global Indoor Health Network and testified in DC Council about mold in building. I am in a condo building where I don't have control over the common elements, they denied mold and retaliated against me. I will write you directly so you can call me.

Diane, I appreciate this very much and will call you. You had imparted executive function? That is exactly what I have. It leads to so much isolation and shame. I feel relieved I finally said something. My writing is actually probably also affected by mold spores, but it's also the place where I feel I can get away from it. It's where my brain is "my own" and I can create patterns of sense and meaning. Even if I don't always make sense.

Hi Celia, glad to read we, all of us are not alone. It;s a journey. Always more to learn. As long as i improve, I don;t care if I am ever "alright" again. No one is alright.

and

Garrett Smith

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iix5vSYu8Gg

They prove out the mechanisms behind all the intoxicants, mercury, mold, vitamin A,............

Grant's living his experiment improving from worse brain inflammation symptoms than you. Do well as you can with CIRS protocols and keep learning.

https://ggenereux.blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/extinguishing-the-fires-of-hell2.pdf

I just finished 12 years of paleo/keto and am now 4 months back into 40/30/30 diet. probably more like 20/50/30. I might be even lower on carbs. What I'm finding is that some carbs help via fiber. Soluble fiber makes it possible to dump toxic bile out of the colon before it is reabsorbed (with the toxins) back into the bloodstream and liver.

I found keto cpmbined with intermittent fasting relieved most symptoms - until I started eating organ meats. Then I learned about Paul Saladino's problems as he migrates from keto carnivore to getting crazier with fruit and honey and meat and organs eating nose to tail. Then I learned about Shawn Baker being wrecked in bed 3 days after eating an apple.

What I think we;re all learning is that it's not about this or that toxin so much as what and how the toxins impair our immune and detox mechanisms. Case in point:

https://sashalatypova.substack.com/p/conversation-with-dr-sabine-hazan

Who would have thunk that cv984 and the vax ruin the bifido content of our colons?

So all my advice is please keep learning and telling us what you find out. 30 years ago Mercola was my doc and he was learning and changing his views on these same topics. It all keeps going. You keep going too please.

BTW, you need to get that bird some girlfriends. Just make sure they are younger so they learn who is boss first. Too bad his former owners sent a boy to do a mans job. If they had let him mature better before sending him in, he probably would have done well. You might be surprised how easy it is to raise 3 chicks into pullets and integrate them into your yard. he will help you too.

As a chicken person, I think the hens attacked the rooster because he was so young. Chickens can be brutal when another chicken(s) are introduced. I learned the hard way!

Our first rooster was a volunteer - he was literally walking down the road when he found our flock. The hen lowest in the pecking order, named Penny, was very flirty with him. She would rub back and forth along the gate and coo at him. The first night he roosted on our back porch. The next morning I walked down to the chicken area and opened the gate. The rooster walked in and the 'head' hen flew at him, aggressively, three times and then it was fine. Penny, was now following Rodney the rooster everywhere! I'd close them in at night and she'd be squished on the roost next to him. Unfortunately, a few weeks later he sacrificed himself trying to protect them from a fox. I have mad respect for roosters.

We now have a rooster named Ted. He's gorgeous and the hens seem to like him.

As for your health, I'm praying for you and your new doctor. I've never heard of CIRS, I'm off to learn more.

He must be a heritage breed; he's quite beautiful! My spouse wanted me to tell you about our 'house' chicken, too. She was our oldest chicken (a golden buff) and the 'new' chicks we raised beat her up badly, so she we took her out of the coop area. Goldie was out and about in the yard by day and would either roost on the back of a chair on the porch when the weather was nice, or come around to the basement door to be let inside where she would roost on our animal supply rack when it was cold or raining. Goldie was stand offish in her younger days, but would let us pick her up and pat her as she got older. She quit laying eggs years ago; clearly we're not people that get rid of animals that don't produce. This philosophy has also earned us eight goats, with perhaps two more on the way, despite our best efforts of keeping the only intact male away from the only female.
