We need to fully understand why the German Court is so desperate; and as I understand their situation; effectively, the individuals directly involved are facing a completely valid case of crimes against humanity, which in turn, means they face the very real potential, if found guilty, of being hung by the neck until dead. Yes, innocent until proven guilty; but until so proven, unable to continue to act as a Judge in any court of law? The most important aspect of this case is that whatever is set into motion; it must fully comply with the rule of the law. Food for thought?
